    I've been taking my vehicles to Colony One Auto Center for years now and I've always received the best service for a great price. I trust them so much that I prefer using them over the dealership, and the price is so much better! They're always very honest and even educational so I know I'm making the right decision. 100% recommend them and will always be back!

    On 4/18/18 I brought my 2005 F150 to Helfman ford for a diagnosis on an electrical issue. I was able to talk to the technician who was very polite and I was able to explain the issue and let him know what I had already tried. I am a car enthusiast and I usually do all my own repairs but this time I decided to put a little faith in the dealership (which I never do). My truck is a custom build but is factory as far as electrical goes. He agreed to look at it and within the week I received a call saying they found the problem. They told me to replace the FTP sensor and the EGRSM sensor and the issue will be fixed. He left the shorted sensor unplugged as to not cause any more damage and I replaced both parts with OEM Motorcraft parts and the problem was not fixed. I sent an email to the Tech Advisor on 4/30/18 and did not receive a response. I went up to see him on 6/6/18 and he informs me that the Tech no longer works there but he can try and put me in touch with him because he does work on the side. I���ve already paid $300 in diagnostic from this Tech and $370 in parts I didn���t need. I emailed the manager and requested a re-test to find the issue with no additional charge or my money back and they said there is nothing they can do but I'm welcome to bring it back and keep paying them money until they find the issue. Never trusting the dealership again.

    In October 2017 a semi-trailer truck rear ended my Ford Fusion Energi and it was totaled. I liked the car so I decided to replace it with another Ford Fusion Energi. I couldn���t find one that was exactly the color and had the packages I wanted, but after contacting several dealerships Helfman Ford said they would order one for me. I was told it would take 8 weeks and it would certainly be available before the end of the year. Since my car had been totaled, I did not have a car but I though getting by for 8 weeks would only be somewhat inconvenient. I put down $2000 for them to order the car. The 8 weeks pass and I call to check on the status of the car. I am told the salesman is no longer working for them and they would look into the order and call me back. When they called me back they said it would be 2 more weeks before it was available. I asked this salesman if it would actually be 2 weeks or 2 months. He told me 2 weeks was probably too short and 2 months was probably too long and that the previous salesman had ���overpromised���. I am told they will call me to keep me up to date on what is happening. Two weeks pass and no calls. Another week passes and I decide to call. The salesman tells me he will look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours pass and the he finally calls. I am told they don���t know what happened and it did not look like the car would be available at all. They do offer to refund my $2000, but I have been waiting 11 weeks, without a car, and I am told they do not know what happened. That is pretty much the definition of incompetence. Also, if I had not called them after 3 weeks I highly suspect I would still be waiting on their call.

    I was told what needed to be fixed. I asked for something related to that repair to be done, but I was told that they normally didn't do that. I was given an estimate on total repair cost. As the repairs would take a few hours, I was given a complimentary ride home. I was also given a complimentary ride back to pick up my auto when the work was completed. The bill was only half of the estimate. I questioned why this was so and wanted to make sure that all the work had been done. I was given a satisfactory explanation and was pleased to pay less than the estimate. Later, I found out that the related repair that I had asked about had also been done, and still this was all done with the cost being less than half of the original estimate.

    They are wonderful. They are family run and give you a ride if needed. My whole family uses them and they are very honest and reliable. They still send you a thank you note in the mail after using them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    The good thing about Safelite was that everyone I talked to was very friendly. But that is the only good thing I can say about them. That's why I did not give them an F. They were a complete waste of my time. 

    After making three appointments and waiting each time for them to install glass at my house, I cancelled the order with no glass installed. The first time they came out to replace the windshield, they told me it could not be repaired and they would have to replace the glass. I already knew that and had expected them to replace my glass. I had to wait a week for them to get the glass. That time they did not show and I had stayed home waiting for them. When I called, they told me my appointment was for another day. The third time, they came to the house and sent the installer without the proper glass for my car. When I called to arrange another appointment, they told me I would have to wait eight more days for installation. The service rep confirmed that I had an appointment for the day they told me I did not. 

    I could not rely on them. I was planning to cancel my auto insurance for a savings of $100 a month after I had the windshield installed. But Safelite dragged everything out so long that I had to keep the insurance for another month. I will never deal with them again.

    My wife could not get her car to start one night as she was leaving Subway. We were aware that there was an issue was the ignition cylinder but had been able to use a trick (tapping the back of the key) to get it to start for a couple of months. However, on this occasion we could not get the car to start no matter what we tried. Professional Auto Care (PAC) was closed but they have a convenient overnight car drop off, so we had our car towed there that night. PAC contacted us the next morning and said they would work us into the schedule the next day. The a/c had also not been working on this car for a couple of months, so we decided to get that taken care of as well. PAC put a rush on the parts to ensure we got the care back asap. They sent us frequent updates and pictures of the progress. This is not our first experience with PAC, but they have always been extremely kind, informative, flexible, and professional. They understand that most normal people are living on budgets, so that work with you to prioritize work and point out the stuff you could easily do on your own. They are also very fair and honest and they are now our go to mechanic for all of our cars. I would highly recommend Professional Auto Care to anyone who is looked for a trusted mechanic who feels more like a friend.

    I have a 2002 Camaro that's still in great condition thanks to Colony One --I've been a repeat customer for several years - as has my mom and her Toyota.  The technicians are courteous, skilled, helpful and honest -- if I hear a noise and they can't find a problem, they don't try to make up a problem that would require an expensive repair.

    They have a courtesy vehicle that takes me home and comes to retrieve me when repairs are done, so I don't have to find my own ride or hang around all day -- very helpful.

    As a 69 year-old 'little old lady,' I find it comforting and reassuring to deal with a business that treats me fairly and with respect. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs car work done --

    They were very professional and courteous.  Repaired my car and even repaired my side-view mirror which was not part of the accident damage at no additional cost.  The quality was very good, however, I marked them down 1 notch because I had to take it back due to follow-up issues with my front end.  They were great about correcting the follow-up problems.  They also gave me a ride to my home and picked me back up to pick up my car (I live within a few miles from them); so I didn't have to miss work or wait around the shop all day.  I have since taken my car back to them for another repair and would do so again.

    This is the first time I have gone to a mechanic outside of the dealership or Uzi's Autohaus and it was such a great experience. 
    Tony made me aware of the work that did or did not have to be done.   Such Peace of Mind.
    When i asked to have a stainless steel tip installed on the car's tailpipe, they went above and beyond in making a picasso out of steel - so beautiful.  
    And Justin drove me to the park and ride - excellent driver - conversationlist - so great.  
     Honestly, if I was blessed with more than the (3) brothers I have I would wish for them.  
    I would highly Colony One (and a stainless steel tailpipe tip if your car is not equipped with one already).  Their business is a credit to the Stafford/Sugar Land vicinity.
