They put little dogs with little dogs and big dogs with big dogs. My dogs are not anxious to go when I pick them up and they are very happy there. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Please take your animals elsewhere and read reviews. My experience involved me calling the police to get my animals. We dealt with Morgan when we checked in, we left 12/22. We were arriving back in town on 12/25/18. Morgan told us that the facility would be closed BUT someone would be there . She said they are not open to the "public" and gave me a phone number to call when we arrived so they could let us in the door to get our animals. We were quoted a price of $212.00 Upon arriving to pick up our dogs, Morgan was in her car leaving. I flagged her down and waved at her to get her attention. She rolled her eyes at me as she rolled down her window. In a very rude, I hate my job manner, she proceeded to tell me that "she wants to go home, I will have to come back and get my pets tomorrow, she is NOT going back to help us". I explained to her that I just drove 45 minutes from the airport and I lived 35 minutes away. She said "oh well, I want to go home". I became very upset and continued to ask her WHY she told my husband and I that we could pick our animals up on Christmas day. She continued to say she wanted to go home. We exchanged words and she drove away. I was VERY upset to say the least at how I was just treated I arrived today, 12/26 to get my dogs & speak with a manager. The manager, ASH {last name retracted} is one of the rudest & most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in a business setting. She accused me of yelling at her employee. Demanded that her employee never told me I could pick my animals up Christmas day. Although she was NOT there when we dropped our animals off, she continued to insist that I was a liar. She said she has me on video from when I dropped my animals off. I asked her if she did, to tell me what the conversation was and what was said. She refused and said " I don't have to explain anything, I just know my employee never told you that". I went back and forth with her as she continued to be rude and disrespectful. I agreed to pay and leave. She told me my bill is $276.00. I explained that I was quoted $212.00 with a nail trim that comes to $222.00. She AGAIN INSISTS that Morgan never quoted me that price and I was a liar!! She again says she had me on camera and knows Morgan never quoted me $212.00. I again asked her if she heard the conversation to tell me what was said. AGAIN, she dodged the question. She told me she would not release my animals until I paid the $276.00. I asked the name of the owner and she refused to give it me. I asked her name and she refused to give it me!. I called the other location on Louetta and spoke to a Kaitlyn who was very professional and helpful. She called the owner for me who was supposed to call me back. 30 minutes go by with no call. I then call the police to assist me. While speaking to the police the owner, RICHARD GATEWOOD arrived. He refused to shake my hand and was equally cold and uncaring. After letting me explain, while he stood there with a smug look on his face, he said that the $212.00 was the cash price and he would let me have my animals but I would need cash. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BY MORGAN. I told him I had a debit card and not cash. He continued to insist that I go get cash. Finally the officer told Richard that a debit card is the same as cash and he agreed. Richard told me to give him my debit card and he would go inside, run it and bring my dogs out. I told him that I was not going to just hand him by debit card and let him walk away with. Finally, we all walk inside & process the transaction. While waiting for my animals I asked Richard the name of the rude manager. He refused to give it to me & said "you are just upset you are not getting your way". Again ANOTHER rude person!! The owner was never ONE TIME apologetic for his employees actions, he placed the blame on me, demanded cash, & basically could care less. I will clearly NEVER use this facility again & I hope others will go elsewhere as well. They lie, overcharge, could care less about their customers and call the customers liars . I can see exactly why the employees act the way they do. Their boss is just a rude and uncaring. If you ever have an issue with this facility, do not take it. Call the police if need be!! They will screw you over if you allow it. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON YELP, ANGIESLIST,CITYSEARCH,JUDYSBOOK, YELLOWPAGES ETC. They are shocking! I only gave one star because I had too. I found the name of the manager Ash {last name redacted} through FB. Maybe she should delete her profile if she plans on being hateful and rude to customers.!!! Update: Since writing this review I discovered that they did not give me my dogs belongings. I called them & was told that I am not allowed on the premises & hung up on. I had an officer meet me there & escort me in. The officer was told by Ash {last name redacted} that they did not have our belongings and don't know where they are. They threw away our dogs blankets and toys. If you love your pets, please do not leave them here!!!

I recently visited and brought our long hair cat in for grooming. He also had an appointment with the groomer about 5-6 weeks ago. After having him groomed satisfactorily for the last year or so....very satisfactorily...I'm sad to say that I am going to investigate other places to have him groomed. The time before last I was informed that he hissed at one of the groomers. This cat barely hisses when he's stepped on so I was suspicious there might be another reason. I discovered the next day there was a bald spot and broken skin on his back where the groomer had cut too deep. I decided to give the groomer one more try. After this most recent visit I picked him up assuming that everything was taken care of. The next day, I cut nearly 7 mats off his backside and the back of his rear legs. The mats are a critical element of us bringing him in for grooming. If I have to follow behind and finish the job, the $75 charge is definitely not worth it. I sent a letter to their office a week ago but have received no reply. If there is "another side to the story", I would be most interested to hear it. Otherwise, we'll find another vet clinic and groomer for our four kitties

The Service went as horrible as possible.. The vet ran a blood panel, and that was it. The vet said the panel results were a bit off but there was nothing to worry about. My pet was very sick and having a hypoglycemic-looking attack. The attack was happening as we were at the vet's office. The vet recommended that it was a "one-off" situation and not to be too concerned about it. No definitive nor educated opinion was given for a range of conditions that this could possibly be. They charged us almost almost $400 and said if it happens again bring her in, and they will run the test again. This was at the end of last year (2017). April 11th she had another attack and couldn't move, eat, drink, or use her back legs. She was very cold. We brought her to another vet for a second opinion, and they ran a blood panel. We also had the previous blood panel results sent to the new vet as well. They said they were a bit abnormal, but didn't explain her symptoms and condition. They ran a blood smear and saw there were little to no platelets in her blood, indicating renal failure. It was to the point that management was not an option that would be effective (as it would only give us a few more months with our ferret. She had no quality of life, and had to be put down. We were very distraught that Best Friends Vet Hospital did not find this, as their facilities are clean, nice, and they seemed knowledgeable at first. Suffice to say, we wish we would of avoided Best Friends Vet altogether. The price they charged us was inflated, and gave no answers, nor gave us the option to run any other tests. The second vet charged us $366.50 total for everything, the blood test, blood smear, euthanasia, and individual cremation. Best Friends Vet Hospital's level of professionalism is non-existent, with even the voicemails they left us had the employees laughing on the phone.

I'd have to say that me and my dog had a very unpleasant experience. one of the assistants there was not only surly, but ice-cold. She violently JAMMED a pill down my dog's throat. The exam was rushed, there was no sense of welcoming me as a first time customer and the price was outrageous. It's a strange place to avoid. When I told the doctor about this unprofessional, nasty assistant 2 minutes later, she casually said, "Oh, I guess she was having a stressful day. When I wrote them an email about it 4 hours later, the doctor called me back, didn't apologize, didn't ask me what she could do to remedy my and my dog's bad experience and disagreed with my story about that assistant. The vet was OK.... competent, but poor communicator and rushed me out with a huge bill. Besides that, there were several other incidences that told me these people run a poor business with poor customer service. I've never experienced a vet place this bad! Stay away!

She does wonderful, wonderful work. They are close to Alben. We use them all the time. We've been going there for probably 6 years so I don't know if we pay what a new customer would. We would highly recommend her. She also does boarding.

Each time Dr. Chung has been nothing but a caring, compassionate professional with extraordinary bed side manners and conservative diagnosis and treatment. His focus is always the well being of our animals through his care and education of the family members. His staff has the same philosophy and it shows. We are forever grateful to them.

Being surgery it was more than a little. It was about what you would expect for surgery. We had to bring him back to check something out but it was good. They were really good. They are terrific. They have been going to them for a few years now.

I don't remember what they charged, but I left them because they were astronomically higher than everybody else. There was nothing wrong with what they did. You make an appointment. They are professional. I found them on Google. I chose them because we were in a pickle one time and we needed to board our dog. They were the only ones who would give shots that day. I chose them for availability.

They charge by day. I guess they would charge by quantity as well. We used to love them. The last 3 times we picked him up, he was like, freaked out. He was really weird. He is a weird dog. The weirdest things freak him out. So I don't know if it's them. If it's dark outside, or overcast, he moves furniture because he is scared, so it might not have been them, because he gets kind of funny at home. Every time I pick him up, they are like "Aww, you are Pooper's mom!" They were really sweet. Every time I called they knew who I was. They'd send me pictures every day.
