  • The staff in this office are miserable. From the receptionists to the nurses, everyone was terse and unhelpful. Even the office itself is designed to ensure patients know they are unwelcome as there are numerous signs posted about the fees for cancelling appointments, fees for getting perscriptions mailed/called/or emailed to a pharmacy (what?!), and warnings about being late or talking on cell phones. Despite my having printed and filled out the online forms ahead of time (per their reccomendation), there was an additional packet of information I had to sign indicating that I was aware of all of the insane rules and fees.
When the nurse escorted me into the back, she proceeded to again ask all of the medical history questions already on my paperwork. Neither she nor the paper gave me more than 1 sentence to describe the reason for my visit. She was more concerned about checking boxes on the form than actually filling out pertinent information.
Dr. Ogidan was nice and had a good bedside manner when he first walked in. My opion was quickly altered when he then started asking the same information I had already provdied on the forms and to the nurse- for the 3rd time "no I am not pregnant, and it hasn't changed since I walked into the office!". The visit was short, but resulted with a prescription for antibiotics. Unfortunately, this office only sends electronic prescriptions and insisted they could not provide a paper script. I was then chastised for not "having a pharmacy". I reluctantly picked a grocery store close to my house, which was yet again burdensome for them because I didn't have the address. (Who knows the exact street address of a pharmacy?!). So I googled it on my phone while the receptionists gossiped behind the desk about other patients.
In summary, the staff at this office are unhelpful and rude. They view their job as a series of tasks to check off a list and go home. I won't be going back.

  • I have been seeing the doctor for about 20 years. He is the best diagnostician and is happy to spend all the time you need with him. He is a top quality doctor. He has great referrals if you need. His office staff is very helpful and scheduling is easy once you are  regular patient. They can fit you in is you need.

  • My experience with him has been good.  I like his professionalism and ease of appointments.  There is no waiting time.  He is accredited and board certified.  It is a well-staffed office.  It is a large office.  A lot of the staff have been there for a long time too.

  • I really liked the Baylor College of Medicine. My doctor is fantastic and so is her staff. All of the medical personnel providing services to me were friendly and efficient. The nurses are well informed and helpful. The infusion center staff and nurses are top notch. I was taken care of very well during my chemo treatments. The only down side to BCM is thier administrative staff. They don't answer the phone promptly. They don't call back when leaving a message for an appointment. They are not very helpful on the phone. The billing system is a complete mess. My bill has been screwed up since January. I pay some amounts at the office when checking out and then I am sent bills that don't indicate amounts paid previously. They are always wrong. Then my account was turned over to a collection agency after I had paid it. This unfortunate situation makes it difficult to deal with an otherwise great facility. If you have patience for this kind of disorganization, you will do fine with BCM. Lastly, the location is easily accessible and parking facility good. But you hardly ever get out of the garage for less than $12.00. (a few rare occasions $9.00)

  • I have been with her for 6 years. If I walk in, she can always tell if I need to have blood work done. I can do walk ins with her. If I get sick, I call in and most of the time she can see me that day. The first initial appointment is the longest wait time though, because you will have to fill out paperwork, but I have never had an issue.

  • He has really helped me with all of my medical problems up until now. He's a very kind man and he gives good advice. I went and saw him in 2006 because he was rated as one of the top ten internists. He's hard to get appointments with and sometimes it takes a while to get one.

  • Great nurses and doctors. The visitor area and waiting steals need to be cleaned more frequently than once daily. Surgery was a success. The case managers are useless. You are pretty much on. Your own. They don't Nswer phones or return messages.

  • We have been going to Dr. Anna Molina-Anstee for several years. Our whole family see her. She has a way of making you feel at ease and that she really cares. She reminds us of doctors of the past, she is willing to take her time to examine and listen to you. The doctors we used to see seem like all they wanted to do is get you in and out as fast as they could.

  • Prep for this procedure (the day before) is, by far, the worst part of it.
The actual colonoscopy was a complete non-issue. The staff I interacted with were professional and compassionate. Very comfortable environment.
Multiple follow-up calls to make sure I was doing okay.
My doctor was Thomas Newton. Very happy with him.
Would definitely use this team again.

  • She prescribed medication for the vomiting and encouraged me to push liquids (Gatorade), light diet, and over the counter anti nausea and diarrhea medication if needed.  She is great every time that I go to see her.  I usually go in as a walk in and she takes her time with me and addresses all of my ailments and concerns.  She is someone that I trust with my medical care and have been seeing her for approximately five years.
