  Richard and team arrived on time. They left our home spot less. we noticed our A/C unit never stopped running, Richard came to our home and inspected our attic noticing we had little to no insulation, While Richard was in our attic he noticed we had two ducts not connected to our registers, he reconnected them. As well as taking pictures of our attic as he performed his work ( before after ) Now our A/C unit is not running all the time, We highly recommend them.

  Ridgeline Roofing & Construction Serv.

  After noticing a stain on bathroom ceiling, I contacted Eric the owner of Ridgeline Roofing in Spring, TX who came the same day and identified the source of leak which came from a defective roof vent leak. He also checked the entire roof to see if there were other issues problems. He sent his roof team who replaced the defective vent and shingles, had the sheet rock that I damaged by falling from the attic and primed and repainted both ceiling areas in an impeccable manner leaving the area spotless. Eric always kept us informed of the work to be done costs before doing the work. His prices are very reasonable and He is the most honest contractor I have had the opportunity to work with . I would hire him again without hesitation.

  Expo Heating & Cooling Inc

  We needed our A/C system replaced since it was 14 years and after we did some research we found out that EXPO has the best prices and services in town, I highly recommend this company. I went with them after getting other estimates from different local A/C companies but no one else was even close to what they offered us. Jubran the owner was there to check on all the work and called me a couple of times after everything was done just to make sure I'm 100% happy with everything. If you want to save money and time by dealing with the best then just call them and see what true honesty and customer service looks like.

  We worked with Don & Paula to design and do a major repair and update a 3000 sf home. From the soundness of the structure to removing walls, building cabinets replacing plumbing, electrical, AV systems; they even made it ADA compliant. Paula is the designer and she took the time to sit down and discuss every detail about furniture, tile, paint and overall decor and design. Don is the GC and he manages the job site and the subs. Don runs a tight ship! He maintained contact with us daily. Even with the challenges of Hurricane Harvey, they managed to complete the job on schedule. The home turned out beautifully!

  This is the second time we've hired Sammy and his team to do work on our home. We flooded in the Tax day floods in 2016, cheated by our first contractor, and then met Sammy the first time around. He did all the repairs asked, corrected any issues we encountered, both he and his home treated us and our home respectfully and professionally. He got us back into our home in May and we flooded in August. We reached out to Sammy early and he was able to get us scheduled in and going quickly. He was extremely busy but was honest with us on the timeline and met it as well. We didn't do anything new, we simply asked him to put it back to what he had just done a few months ago and he did. This time around though he did our floors as well and they turned out amazing. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and have already recommended him to others. I advise anyone seeking out a contractor in the Houston area to be wary of anyone offering to do things quickly or offering a deal that just seems to good to be true. It's worth waiting a bit longer to get someone you can trust in your home, the expenses you'll end up paying otherwise will be horrible.   Robert and his crew were great! Robert fit me in for a quote right away and scheduled a crew to come out within a few days. One of the crew members slipped and fell through the ceiling in the garage, but Robert had a crew come out quickly to patch it up. I cannot say enough good things; would absolutely hire again.

  All Attic Insulation

  The process was very smooth. The team of two came on time and were super clean. The only way you'd know they did the work was a few blades of grass with the radiant barrier pain on it. The covered everything, ran a hose to each attic as they worked it, tried not to keep the door open since it was warm and I had to keep the a/c off, closed the attic doors as they worked as much as possible with the hose, and even the spray insulation process was clean. Note I had people visiting a few weeks in a row so I cooled upstairs more and can update this review after a longer period of time. But I've been checking my meter online and it appears I'm saving around $3-4 a day. My house cools much faster and the air does feel colder than it ever has. I'm realizing that my washer/dryer may be consuming a lot more electricity than I thought. Either way, I really recommend getting Robert to review your house if it's over 10 years old. The cooler attic saves wear and tear on your system, the A/C shuts off much faster when it cycles, and our master bedroom is cooler than it's ever been.

  Woodlands Water Restoration

  It went ok. The job had to be rescheduled and due to my work schedule I was not able to stay home when they did the work. My stuff came back with some minor damage and some of the things that were left also had damage. The biggest problem was my storm door. It was working and aligned when I left. When I got home it was not aligned and would not close properly. When I asked about it they claimed that they didn't do anything to the door. I was also told they would put most of my things back where they belonged and they would be cleaned. That did not happen either.
