    Some of my home alarm sensors were not working and I wanted an independent person to fix this sensors. He only replaced the ones which needed replacing and fixed the others for free with simple tweaks. Great service.

    Hansel came out to talk about what we wanted and where to install. He is very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. A few days later he came out to perform the installation. He showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. No wires showing anywhere, and got the cameras positioned and focused exactly as we wanted them. He does the work personally and does not use subcontractors. The video from these cameras is amazing. We plan to have Hansel install a camera system at my son's house soon. Highly recommended!

    Install went great! I received a free automation & security survey were they came out and talked to me about what I was looking for in a system. We discussed how my day to day routine went and what would make it easier for my family and I. They designed a custom system for me based on what we discussed. It was very well prepared and easy for me to understand what I was spending my money on. When the installers showed up they were very professional and courteous. We walked through the home and verified exactly where all my equipment would be located. They ran all the data cables into one room and now all my electronics are located in one area, which means no more ugly cable boxes under my TV's. When they were done installing both techs took the time to make sure I understood how to use my system and said I could contact them anytime with questions. I am now able to control my lights, thermostat, doors, TV's and speakers all from one app on my phone! Plus I can arm and disarm my system as well as see my cameras from the same app no matter where I am. I was told that I still have many other possibilities with this system and can add on at anytime. I was very pleased with the service I received with smarttouch and look forward to adding more automation and maybe a home theater one day. One thing is for sure I will definitely be using them for anything I do going forward.

    They were very helpful, gave me an estimate for the changes needed. They honored the price, although they had to come 3 times and change most of the initial equipment quoted and in existence since it was having issues connecting to the network. They were always concerned about having the system done right and working properly. The technician was very helpful and knew what he was doing. The sales person and their office were all very eager to help and solve the problems. The system is now up and running perfectly. Thanks

    Installation and configuration was quick and error-free. Our technicians were very proficient. Our interaction with the home office (alarm certificate for insurance, alarm permit info, etc.) has been very good. The phone app has worked exactly as we hoped. We are very pleased with the service.

    The price is not good. They need to get a product that works correctly. There are too many false alarms. There could be more competetive pricing. I will probably not use them when my contract terminates.

    First off, the individual I talked to at Frontpoint adjusted the components of the deal based on my particular needs. He also answered any and all questions that I had about the equipment and services.  I received the equipment and while I had some difficulties because of the way our doors and windows are built I was able to successfully install all the different sensors.  Everything worked as expected right off the bat.  My wife and I feel much more secure in our house because of the system.

    I don't like them at all but I still have them. The reason I don't like them is because the 2 year contract is up and I don't want to sign a contract. The other system I still have them but as far as their dependability, it is bad. They don't keep their word. They lie. They didn't keep their word, to me they lied so I had to pay for a house that was empty, the security system for a year and they were supposed to get rid of it and they didn't do it because they didn't understand the note that somebody wrote. I kind of got rid of them and get another from a service provider but that is also on a contract so I kept Vivint. When I got the contract with Vivint, I had 2 apartments, I had A and a B, I told them 'let me move in and I don't want to have both but only 1' when I moved to Huston. I guess I find on top of the form that you can just get rid of that contract when you move but they wouldn't honor that, no. I am living here with it in my house and my apartment has no internet and it didn't even work but I had to pay for it every month until July so I didn't like that. If I hadn't had a contract, I could have cut it off anytime if I didn't needed it anymore and that is the problem. Paying for something you don't even use, it is stupid. The price is good, the price was really good. The quality of work is bad because they sent out somebody that didn't know what they were doing while hooking up our service, he didn't hook it up right and it took a month to bring somebody and I had to actually hook it up. They aren't professional to come out and supposedly hook up stuff and didn't know how to do it. I don't like that. Another guy came a month later and put it in right but that was still a month later though and I had to pay for that month, I had to pay for it even though I didn't use their service. They didn't give me a credit or anything. I think they gave me a credit when I moved to begin with, they didn't charge me the $99 fee for moving back in June when I moved here. They gave me credit for that and that is it. I don't like them and I don't want to sign the contract. They are pretty good about answering a problem. The professionalism was coming out here and being horrible, the other guy came out that was good. I will just keep them for now and when I move it will be somebody else definitely.

    The representative who initially set me up was very thorough and answered all of my questions, mostly before I even asked them.  Equipment was easy to install and took maybe ten minutes to activate via phone once I had everything set up.  It's been about ten days and no problems so far.  The system is easy to use and I like that I can track what's going on in the house when I'm away using the app on my phone.  You can customize alerts but you can also see all of the activity that has occurred with any of the sensors... so I don't have to ask if anyone let the dogs out all day - I know they didn't if they never disarmed the system or opened the back door!  And I can also see if they failed to re-set the alarm when they came back in if they did open any of the doors.  We fortunately haven't had any alarm events or false alarms so I cannot comment on service in regards to that.
