  • When I first met with Jason 3 1/2 years ago I was really down on myself and want to do something about my fitness, but I didn't know what.  A friend recommended Jason and I gave him a shot.  I eat fairly healthy, or so I thought, and exercise fairly regularly, or so I thought, and no results. From the very first time I met Jason, he showed his caring and compassionate nature.  I sensed by the questions he asked he was trying to figure out what made me tick and get in my head to see what was really going on and not just what I was telling him. He figured me out pretty quickly.  He helped develop some short, mid and long term goals.  Because I live over 60 miles away and because money is really tight, I go to him once a month.  I don't see it so much as a personal training session but more like a fitness coaching session. I can say unequivocally, Jason has ALWAYS been encouraging, even when I messed up.  He always finds the positive and builds off it.  When I screw up (or think I have), I come in feeling pretty defeated.  By the time I leave, I have a renewed sense of excitement, determination and resolve to get back at it.  Additionally, Jason makes himself available by email, text or phone in between sessions if I have a question, a concern, or just need a little pick me up in encouragement.  About a year ago my husband asked if I thought Jason could help him.  My husband and I have different types of struggles with fitness and are motivated by completely opposite things. In his very first session with Jason, my husband came away encouraged and motivated.  Jason figured him out pretty quickly too.  We now do joint session with Jason (heaven help him) and he juggles our individual needs and personalities with ease.  We feel so blessed!  Jason and his staff truly care about their clients as human beings and not just for business and profit sake.

  • It's and ldquo;Yand rdquo;. It is inexpensive and great place to go to exercise and do things with your family. I was going quite often because of my arm. I was there probably six months ago but I use to go all the time but I have a broken arm so I can't go back yet.

  • Cortney was very easy to talk to, very good at describing correct form for doing different exercises. She helped me work out a cardio plan and gave me suggestions for a healthy diet. I was able to lose some weight and loved the effectiveness of the exercises that she gave me. I will definitely be signing up again!

  • I like going there because it healthful.  I have been going there since they opened, about 7 years.  I keep going there because I like the people.  They also have personal trainers available.  I absolutely will use Oasis Fitness in the future.

  • She is very well trained in nutrition. She is a very good body trainer. I look really good, as far as I'm concerned. I like to see her in the mornings. Her first appointment is at 10:00 but I would like it to be earlier. She comes to my home but she does have a gym that she works out of but I have never been there. She is on time every time. She always texts me if she is running five minutes behind or if a train has stopped her or something. The effectiveness of treatment has been very good.

  • I have tried different training programs, including personal training and training at a gym. I enjoyed Adventure Boot Camp in The Woodlands more than those programs, as it was a lot of fun and didn't seem as tedious. In a short time, everyone in the group saw results(less fat, lower weight, better shape). The price is great, compared to other programs(about $14.95 per class). The trainer(Carole Goodpastor)was very good. And it was indeed awesome to exercise outside! I signed up for 12 sessions in the month, and they were very flexible in allowing me to choose the days that best worked for me. The owner, Justin, was very responsive in resolving a scheduling problem that arose at the last minute. I highly recommend North Houston Adventure Boot Camp(The Woodlands).

  • PERSONAL TRAINING WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. GUY DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN MY PROGRESS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. SEEMED TO HAVE A LOT OF PHONE CALLS GOING ON AND NOT MUCH INTERACTION WITH CLIENTS. NEEDED MOTIVATION AND GOT NONE, PLACE WAS CLEAN. CLASSES DID NOT FIT MY SCHEDULE.
