My visit went very well.  He removed the ear wax and felt it was time to be evaluated again by the audiologist.  That was done on the same day as  my appointment. I didn't have to come back for the hearing exam. The audiologist is in the same office which is very nice.  After several hearing tests, it was determined I could benefit greatly from hearing aids as my hearing would not get better and likely a lot worse.  The audiologist was as friendly as Dr. Chenault and took her time to ask a multitude of questions about my hearing and was very, very patient to my responses.  Her testing actually went into after office hours and she was never rushed.  Dr. Chenault checked in on me before I left.  I came back for another appointment to be fitted for my hearing aids and what an improvement!  That appointment was also met with the same friendliness and patient attitude as the other times.  She explained the different hearing aids and why the one I received was the best for me.  I will do follow-ups with her and Dr. Chenault.  I could not have had better service.  They are wise, friendly and patient.

I was referred to Dr. Newland at Texas ENT by two of my coworkers who had used him to perform the same surgery on their children. They spoke very highly of him. They were correct in their feedback. He does explain things somewhat quickly but I believe that is probably more of a function of him being very busy (and in high demand). He does excellent work. The surgery was quite fast. The entire team at Memorial Herman Surgery Center treated my daughter as if she was their own. Dr. Newland called us later that day to follow up to see how Morgan was doing. My daughter is like a new child, she has been happier than ever and she learned a new word just 2 days after the surgery which makes me feel pretty certain that she can now hear much better. I highly recommend Dr. Newland if your baby is having a lot of ear infections!!!

From my initial consultation to my final follow-up visit, I have been completely pleased with Dr. Hung's level of service and expertise. He is very skilled and gentle with the delicate proceedure I elected to have done. Although it was a little uncomfortable I never experienced any real pain during the sensitive process. His patient communication skills are excellent, as were the results of my somnoplasty. It is a huge relief to be able to breath normally without intensive invasive surgery!

I go to Texas ENT whenever I get sick. The office is clean, and the staff are all friendly. All of the doctors that I have seen have a good bedside manner. They are able to do hearing tests, put a scope down your nose, allergy testing, and test reasons for dizziness all within the office. It makes it convenient to have all of that there, within the office. I trust the doctor's at Texas ENT, and they have always been able to treat me when I was sick.

My child needed tubes in his ears due to constant ear infections. I was referred to them by my pediatrician. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I filled out the information on the internet prior to my arrival and also showed up 10 minutes early since it was my first appt with this Doctor. After waiting about 30 minutes I was called back to have my sons hearing tested. The lady who tested him was super nice and sweet. Once finished, she took us back to the waiting room and then we waited, and waited. about 1 hour later we finally were taken back to the room and Dr. Chimenti came in shortly. He determined that ear tubes was the next step and I asked to setup surgery. His nurse took me to a room to watch a video of the procedure and when we were finished I wasto sign papers. By this time my son was on his last leg of patience and since we had been there for over 2 hours and the nurse was taking a while to get the papers together I asked to come back the next day to sign them. We then set up the date of surgery. They did go above and beyond to fit me in the schedule before my insurance ended, which I really appreciate. When I came back the next day I told the front nurse I was there to just sign paperwork and she asked me to sit in the waiting room. about 20 minutes later, the paperwork is still not ready for me to sign so I tell them I will come back since I wasn't planning on waiting there for longer than 5 minutes. (the paperwork should have been ready) I returned later that day and they did have the paperwork ready and i signed it in 2 minutes and was done. The surgery went well, no issues. I was to return for the 2 week check up and was hoping for a different experience. Didn't happen. After checking in 10 minutes before my appt. I waited about 30 minutes again for his hearing test. Again the lady (different lady) was great, she really knows how to deal with children. She concluded that the tubes were in and open and he was hearing fine. I was taken again back to the waiting room like before and spend another hour. at about 40 min into it, i asked the front desk how much longer since I wanted to change a diaper and she said that I was next up. I held off on changing the diaper. After seeing about 5 people go in (granted there are 4? docs at this location) I was finally called. After sitting in the room to see the PA about 10 minutes a nurse walked in and started asking me - What is his name? What did he have done? both ears?, how old his he? how much does he weigh? - Are you kidding me? Your office performed surgery on my kid... you should have this info in your charts! She finally left after taking his temp. The PA then came in and did nothing except look at his nose and throat and breathing and tell me that the tests showed his ears were fine. (I could have left 1.5 hours ago with the same information)

Dr. Newland has been very helpful. He is very professional and he is very easy to understand. He has a great bedside manner and when I ask questions he responds very thoroughly. He has the equipment to do tests at his facility so that I dont have to go to another clinic.
