  • I run a business out of my home as well as take care of my father. I have a hard time finding the time to give my house cleaning duties the attention it deserves. These maids are simply FANTASTIC! They leave everything better than I left it, as most days, I’m running behind. They are timely and efficient; and I love the smell of a “clean” home when I walk back in the door! The security the company provides in vetting their employees makes me feel comfortable enough to be able to leave the house and enjoy a peaceful few hours of “me time” while knowing my home is getting the attention it deserves! The maids treat my home as if it were their own, which is more than I can say about any other company I have employed. The owner is attentive to all of my needs no matter how big or small; which means a lot in my book! An owner that takes pride in how his business is ran while treating his customers like family, is the type of person I want to do business with any day of the week. I highly recommend Detail Cleaninf Services for your home!

  • The project was done on time and with as little disruption as possible, especially for such a large project. I work from home and had no problems continuing to do so, even when demolition was under way. The project took four weeks to complete. Jackie and Jimmy, the owners, were on site every day and were very professional and easy to work with. They paid attention to detail and produced a result that was spot on with our vision. They consulted with us on design and made useful suggestions. They gave us great ideas at to where to look for tile, granite, and fixtures as we were making our selections. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and of their subcontractors. The end result has been a stunning visual transformation of the space, and it is much more useful than it was. At the same time they were just nice people. Our dogs liked them, and they would let the dogs out or in if one of us was not around to do it. One one occasion, Jackie chased down a Waste Management truck that had threatened to bypass us on garbage day because of the number of trucks in our cul-de-sac. We would happily hire them again and recommend them to others.

  • Seek Design and Renovation were really easy to work with and went out of their way to provide us with exactly what we were asking for at a fair price. They were very responsive and timely and made us feel at ease with the process. I felt like I was in great hands with a trustworthy, customer focused company. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

  • A&R Granite did an excellent job. We had them manufacture and install quartzite and granite. They helped me choose the right edge and before all of my edges were manufactured, they allowed me to come by their shop and get a sample. We were very happy with their whole crew.

  • Initially it looked like it went well. Then the grout between the sink and the counter top began to fail. I had to call them multiple times over a long period before they came out to repair. They did a poor job of repair and the caulking is now worse than it was before the repair. I have been calling them repeatly over a period of months and they promise to rectify the situation it but do nothing. Obviously nothing but legal action will get them to live up to their responsibilities.

  • Beth was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted to achieve in our new home which was built in the early '90's. She was very responsive to my initial contact and gave me several recommendations and professionals (tile, painters, granite fabricators etc) to contact as I did each project. About a month later after using the painters and tile professionals recommended by Beth in our powder bath remodel we decided to just get all main living areas done. Beth guided me throughout the project on design ideas, paint colors etc. She went tile and granite shopping with me to help coordinate and even went back to mark off a section of granite for the fabricator to use as the backsplash for the stove (which was Beth's recommendation that I love). Beth was accessible via phone and texting for input on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Beth with Second Glance Design. She will work with you as much or little as needed.

  • Do not waste your time with this company! Work that was scheduled to be done never happened on time. Always some excuse as to why they could not show up when scheduled. Multiple times we took off work to meet the installers at house while work was scheduled to be done, and Pierre would call and say they could not make it out that day. After the work was done, we had to have them come out on 2 different occasions to fix mistakes, and it seemed as some sort of inconvenience for Pierre to have his guys come and fix the work. So now we are left with a very uneven wall section of the back splash that is not level and Pierre has been refusing to send his back splash guy to fix the problem, even after we told him that we would pay to have their mistake fixed. This has been going on since December 2017. At this point we are left with having to hire another company to come out and fix the mistakes that they refuse to correct.

  • Jason Bell has been a delight to work with during a very emotional and stressful time in our lives. His attention to detail, attentiveness to our phone calls, and honest opinion set him apart from others. Everyone that has worked on our home has been professional and respectful. We had not planned on renovating our second floor, but Home Renovations and Remoldeling was too affordable to not do it. Interview as many as you can and want to for your project, then HIRE Home Renovations and Remodeling!

  • The sub contractor they employed to initially handle the project was not reliable or professional, when deadlines were missed I was promised additional services that were not followed through with. I had to live in the house during the remodel because of my pets, I was often out of town giving them the opportunity to get the work done faster only to come back home and nothing was completed as told, this happened on numerous occasions. The initial contractors painted all over the existing windows throughout the house. The painting had to be redone by other hired labor. My large screen TV was stolen from my house and Team 6 replaced the TV and the initial contractor was at this point was terminated. A new crew was brought in at this time and the work progressed but very slowly as Team 6 was trying to manage too many projects at the same time. Even though I had already paid my money upfront in installments and the project was late I was made to feel other newer projects took precedence over mine. I was told the project was take 4-6 weeks weather permitting. I have paid $27,000 to Team 6 and they have abandoned the project since January 2018 with out installing the windows or doing the corrective work. I was told on numerous occasions various excuses as to why the windows hadn't been installed. I have reached out numerous times by email and phone to resolve the situation only to be told they don't have the money to complete the project and are dissolving the business even though I have already paid for the work to be done in advance. They have told me to keep the $2000 that is owed on contract and to call it even. When I told them that was not acceptable they suggested I could pay the contractor direct and they would install the windows, once I got this approved from my bank stating the money would only be paid to contractor once the windows and corrective work was done. I was then offered a refund of $1,600 to be paid in installments. I gave them a final deadline to complete the work or issue a cashiers check for the $1,600 which they have chosen to ignore. I have had 2 contractors come out to estimate my windows and the least expensive I could find was $6,500. I was also told they were dissolving the business which is clear by their numerous completed project pictures that are posted on Facebook and advertising for new work. Team 6, employees and business partners are now ignoring any attempts at resolving or completing the work they have been paid to do. I have attached all email correspondence showing my attempts to resolve this and pictures of the corrective work incomplete.

  • We worked with Don & Paula to design and do a major repair and update a 3000 sf home. From the soundness of the structure to removing walls, building cabinets replacing plumbing, electrical, AV systems; they even made it ADA compliant. Paula is the designer and she took the time to sit down and discuss every detail about furniture, tile, paint and overall decor and design. Don is the GC and he manages the job site and the subs. Don runs a tight ship! He maintained contact with us daily. Even with the challenges of Hurricane Harvey, they managed to complete the job on schedule. The home turned out beautifully!
