  • GREAT! No pain during treatment and I felt better after each visit until I was pain-free and healed. The staff got me in within an hour of my initial phone call. Dr. Andy did an X-ray right away as he suspected a ruptured/bulging disc. After the initial X-ray, I needed an MRI for a more thorough diagnosis which they were able to quickly schedule for me at a separate facility. Because of the disc problem, I had to re-schedule an abdominal surgery which was planned for in early July. Dr. Andy said I'd be healed completely by the time the re-scheduled surgery date came up and I was! Treatment started out 3x weekly spinal decompression (on a computerized table that VERY gently decompresses the spine), muscle stimulation and chiropractic adjustments (no "cracking" just gentle manipulations). It tapered to 2x per week, then 1x per week. Now I go in monthly just for an adjustment. My "Spinal Corrective Care Plan" included 24 visits over 2.5 months. The full price cost was $2,088.00. 3 payment options were offered: pre-pay discount of 10%, partial pre-pay with a 5% discount and a finance option.

  • It went very well. Dr. Zach performed the consultation for free, and he recommended 8 treatments over 3 months. So far, I have 2 of the treatments. I expected to have an adjustment done in my neck and back, but the soft tissue treatment therapy made me feel like there was some long term healing in effect. I was sore the next day...but in a good way, and the aches that I felt for days were gone. Dr. Zach has a very nice facility and relaxing environment. I look forward to my next treatment next week. Thanks Dr. Zach!

  • Dr. Dale and Dr. Christy are very good but their prices have gone up in their chiropractic because medicare and the insurance doesn't pay after you completed so many visits -- they don't pay for maintenance.  You have to pay their price.  I like Dr. Christy Constantine; she is very good.  Compared to other doctors that put you on medication that really mess you up; they are really good.  They don't use drug or anything else.  It is more convenient with them because drugs are more expensive.  She knows what she is doing.  Way back 1990 or so, I was having a problem getting up from my bed or from sitting down and so my leg are like dragging it.  It didn't take one adjustment, it took more than one probably three months or so but they got to the point that it was fine.  I can just go in without an appointment.

  • Norma's has been there forever, and is Dr Rankins mother...they know my family and are genuinely caring people. Dr. rankin treated my son when he was 9 years old for chronic headaches. She was able to determine that his headaches were a result of scar tissue buildup from a scull fracture he recieved due to a fall 1 year prior. After some adjustments his headaches where gone...she s the most sincere Dr. You'll ever have the Priveledged to meet.

  • It took me a few years to get the courage to visit another Chiropractor. Not all Chiropractors are created equal. In past experiences my and quot;treatment planand quot; coincided with number of treatments my insurance would cover. This is not the case with Dr. Mark Marquardt, as for me Dr. Mark is out of network. After reviewing Angie's List, I saw Dr. Mark Marquardt was highly recommended. Rather than visit the cheapest Chiropractor per my insurance, I chose to seek out the best.

As a former fighter pilot I suffered from some neck and back issues caused by high G forces (9.0). After visiting Dr. Mark Marquardt my headaches, caused by a herniated disk in my neck, disappeared. Today was my third treatment where I feel healthy enough to start some light running again. Dr. Mark has consistently said, and quot;consider me your coachand quot;. No bogus treatment plans, Dr. Mark simply treats your symptoms.

Thank you for the help Coach! I feel 5 times better.

  • She listened carefully to everything I said and asked pertinent questions. Through manipulation and massage she has relieved my neck and back pain. I do still see her every 5 weeks or so for maintenance and being pain free has definitely made a difference in my life!

  • He was excellent, he allowed me to walk in, I was a new patient. He saw me right away, listened to everything I said and did a thorough evaluation, and evaluated each treatment as he helped me. He customized the treatment to my individual response. Excellent customer service.

  • We were new to the area and my husband pulled his back, we thought that maybe he "threw it out" and we are believers of chiropractic care… so I began searching… I found Dr. Zaino on "Woodlands Best" and thought that was the place we wanted to be! I called the office and explained that we would like to get him in ASAP since he was in so much pain!!! The receptionist told me that they needed my information as well, and explained that they did not see "one member" of the family that they treated everyone. I thought that this was an odd request but they did get a high ranking so I went along. We arrived at OUR appointment and were a little perplexed… there were a ton of people being herded in and out of this practice. We were called into the back office and x rays were taken of my husband's low back. He was visibly miserable and in a lot of pain. As we sat in the exam room waiting on his results and to see the doctor we were informed that it was time for our "TOUR" of the practice. My husband responded and said with all due respect that he could barely walk and would just like to see the doctor… we were then informed that he would not be seeing a doctor on this visit, that this visit would be them getting X-rays and us getting a tour of the practice. I then spoke up and said that when I called to make the appointment I explained that my husband was in excruciating pain and needed to be seen ASAP and then I was given the appointment time we were at… I explained again to the person we were in the room with that we needed a doctor to see my husband and to let us know what to do at this point. We were then instructed again that today was not about the doctor… but our tour and for the practice to interview us and vise versa to make sure that it was a good fit! We were told that we would have to JOIN and make a monthly commitment financially and then see the doctor on a regular basis. I asked this guy to please help me understand why we were not told this on the phone, we waited a couple of days for this appointment and could have gone somewhere else and found out why he was in pain and SEEN A DOCTOR! It was like he was only allowed to say the same thing over and over. I then told him that we needed to leave, that my husband needed to see a doctor. I then asked him one more time, "so you are telling me that you just took X-rays of my husband's back and he is in a lot of pain and NO ONE HERE is going to at least give us an idea of what is wrong or see him at all today?" The response was, yes that will not happen today! I then excused us from the room and took my husband to the car so that he could sit. I then went back in to the receptionist and told her what happened and let her know that we were not staying and would not be returning… and would like our paperwork back since it had all of personal info on it and we would not be returning. The guy who we had been dealing with stepped up to let me know that he could make a copy of it for me but the paperwork was now their property. I did not need a copy, I know my info, I did not want to leave it there…. Unfortunately I had to leave without it. This practice makes a FUSS about being there to create healthy families… but after our experience it seems that their concern is not your health but your monthly commitment that they can lock you into… I don't ever write these types of reviews… everyone can have a negative experience and it can just be that someone was having a bad day… HOWEVER, this was just BAD PRACTICE…. we ended up at the emergency room at 3am and the X-rays showed that his disc was broken…

  • The staff is nice however beware this facility utilizes doctors which may not be directly affiliated with the center.  Despite this affiliation, it's still a reflection of the location which should monitor who they allow to represent within their business.  I say this because I had an issue with one of the doctors billing office and the Houston Spine was quick to point the finger and say "it's not our fault".

They estimates your co-pay and will not offer the option for the insurance to pay then bill after.  I was also asked to pay for items my insurance company typically covered or doctors typically provide.  For example shock therapy sticky pads which is a minimal cost.

I did not stay long enough for full treatment and decided to find another doctor and facility.
