    As the owner of an older car, I apparently have a wheel that has gotten pitted or damaged in some way and it isn't making a good seal with the tire, because I continue to struggle with a slow to sometimes moderate air leak. We are preparing to get rid of the car, so haven't wanted to purchase a new wheel because' in order to buy a match for my other aluminum wheels, would likely cost close to a couple of hundred dollars. When I brought it in again recently because the tire lost nearly half its pressure over the course of a couple of weeks, they unmounted the tire, sanded the rim, remounted the tire with a bead of sealant between the tire and rim... the best chance I've had to stop the leak, at least for now... and refused to charge me anything, even when I protested (and we did not even purchase or tires from them). And this isn't the first time they've gone above and beyond for us since we first began going to them for both of vehicles about two years ago. They also just repaired an oil leak on my husband 's Ford Ranger and performed a 40-point AAA inspection, and they did a great job for a fair price and didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell us on anything (which would have been easy to do, given that is also an older vehicle). We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

    The Collision Center doesn't honor their own warranties. By their own admission, if a part wasn't broke went they installed it, there isn't any warranty for defects that may be revealed in the future. In addition, they reused a existing gasket as part of an installation although a new gasket was provided. They claimed no accountability for a later problem.

    They are a little expensive, but are very thorough and do an excellent job. If you go in with a plan you can avoid spending unnecessary amount with their suggestions. Be Ok with saying “No” I don’t need any extra. I will highly recommend them and use them, again.

    I wrote an earlier review, this is an update. The owner of the store called and left a voicemail, when we returned the call he has not responded to us since. This place is an absolute nightmare, you drive in needing minor repairs, and leave with a vehicle that is absolutely un-drivable!!!! Save yourself time and money, and go somewhere else.

    I always get great service. Estimate of pricing prior to job being performed. I also get a very fair time of when repairs will be completed. Most of the time, repairs are completed ahead of schedule unless parts are delayed. ( Happened once)

    I went to the Lexus dealer for the LAST time after finding Clear Choice in The Woodlands. Michael and his staff are fantastic! Fair price for excellent service. They really know Lexus and how to fix them as well as maintaining the vehicle so it will last. They don't ever sugar coat anything, they've always told me what they'd do if it was their car. Don't ever get ripped off again, just go to Michael and know that you and your vehicle will be well cared for!

    Our family was pleased with Service First's 3902 Louetta Rd location for many years, but began to notice a trend of doing more and more unnecessary service. They do ask permission first. So they might be okay for those with mechanical savvy and the ability to say "No". This doesn't describe all members of our clan (myself included). So bye-bye to the $600 oil change (our "last straw").

    Poorly. After leaving the shop, a couple of miles down the road my check engine light came on. I had to turn around and go back resulting my being late to work. Manager checked and said they failed to properly close my gas cap after performing inspection. When I started the car to go home from work check engine light came on again, but by then the store was closed. Took car back next morning - evidently when they checked my air filter they forgot to re-attach a hose. Absolute carelessness with no attention to detail. Resulted in my leaving later than planned for a trip to Dallas.

    Found the problem right away-bad sensor. Replaced it. Provided transportation to my home. Used my car since the shuttle had just left. I had to bring back for a minor adjustment but very reasonable at 137. The dealership was much more.

    Fred is amazing! I arrived at his shop 5 minutes before closing on a Tuesday. My warning light indicated my car was close to overheating. Fred performed a test and showed me where the radiator was cracked. He allowed me to wait inside his shop while I tried to find a way home. He then called me first thing in the following morning with the quote, and my car was done that afternoon. I live in the Woodlands, and I would drive to midtown to have my car serviced here again.
