    Titan Remodeling
They did a very good job. The crew was very efficient and they had a supervisor who stayed on top of the job. I had gotten several estimates and their price was very reasonable. The salesman was very professional as well. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

    Integrity Services
I had spoken to a representative of Integrity roofing six months prior to the roof replacement and had received a written proposal for all work ordered. After a storm ripped most of the shingles and tar paper off the west side of the house I called Integrity and asked if the work could be started as soon as possible because we were susceptible to any further rain or wind damage. The same day or week the representative that had quoted me the estimates had changed jobs and the company did not feel inclined to fulfill the proposal. I spoke to the owner and told him I had the written proposal and ended up actually faxing the owner the copy I had for his consideration. The following Saturday the owner came to my home to see the damage and write a contract using the information that I already had including all the measurements and specifications for all projects quoted. The only thing he had to do was finalize the contract, order the materials and schedule the work. I asked him if bad weather was in our  area what could they do to help prevent interior damage. He told me they would send a crew to tarp the areas of the roof that were most susceptible of damage. It was about 3 weeks before work was actually started on the roof replacement and during that time huge rain storms were in the area. I called the company and asked if anyone was going to tarp the roof before the storms and they assured me that someone would come. One of their contractors that had come to measure the soffits had come to our home on the day of the storm and asked us why there was no tarping because storms were imminent. She called the company then went and purchased tarps and installed 2 tarps to cover the damaged. Needless to say 2 tarps were not enough. We sustained water damage that day in 6 different rooms to the ceilings and walls. I also had to pay her $450 out of pocket to complete the work. The work that was completed by Integrity Roofing was very good. All the workers that came to the job were very punctual and professional. The only delays that took place were due to a shortage of roofing materials at the time. I have no complaints about the work except where one of the machines that produced the seam stopped functioning and left a few seams looking uneven. I just finished the paint and retexture for all the rooms that were rain damaged at an additional cost of over $5000.00. We had to wait until the roof was paid off before we could do the additional work. My problem with this company was not the final product but the promises made before the rain occurred. I had called the company at least 3 times before the rain started asking them to please have someone come tarp the roof with the explanation that someone would come. I would have paid for tarps and done the work myself if I had known that no one was coming or paid someone else to do it. It might not have prevented all the damage but I am sure it would have been considerably less.

    Texas Professional Painting

We scheduled to have Andres come out to give us a quote a week prior to the start date, due to bad weather and ice we had to reschedule for the next day. When he came out he was on time and very professional, he answered any questions we had and had no issues when we requested the house to be painted using Behr paint. He did not ask for any money up front and was only to be paid when we were satisfied with the work and paint job.

Because of the good reviews from other customers and another quote that was astronomically high and the bad feeling we got from them we chose to use Texas Professional Painting, we felt comfortable with the quote we received and we believed that Andres was honest.

On Monday the crew came out in the morning to pressure wash the house which did not take long, Tuesday the same crew of 4 came out to start work on replacing trim and fascia, they were polite and professional. They said they would be out on Wednesday at 0930, they showed up but it was drizzling and foggy and not safe to be on the roof ( I agreed) and said they would return on Thursday at 0900. They finished the trim work and started painting, this is where the fun began, the guys seemed to be all over as if they had no direction (they were all very young), the supervisor Arturo was and wasn't on site at times, Andres came out to see how things were and at that time things seemed to be going okay until Friday afternoon, the painting done with the sprayer was shoddy at best and didn't look right ( I do have past experience painting commercial buildings and residential), we were not happy at this point and when Andres came out he was very displeased with the crew and the work they had performed and said that he would have it corrected. On Saturday the original crew was let go and Andres had another crew of 3 guys come out and correct and finish the job, they did an outstanding job in 2 days, and had much more experience, Andres was here the entire time and everything turned out to be what we expected and wanted, Andres stated that he would not be using the original crew that started the job anymore and he really was sorry for the length of time it took to complete the job and the things that happened, we recommend this company with the experienced crew not the inexperienced, plus he made good on his promise and that he would not be paid until we were satisfied and the job was completely done, honesty goes a long way and this company is honest.

    Amazing Exteriors
The company used 2 highly skilled installers who required about 4 days to measure, cut and form each piece of siding to fit each board being covered on my home. The job was commenced on the date as agreed, and all work and cleanup was completed in good workmanlike manner. The company guaranteed their installation work for the homeowner?s lifetime occupancy. On May 12, 2010, I wrote to Mr. Gary Warrington, Vice President of Amazing Siding to report 1 single 10? piece of siding had been dislodged by a storm and blown off the eave of my house and requested his assistance in re-installing this piece of siding. On May 14, 2010, Mr. Warrington called to advise that he would have a crew available in the area in a couple of weeks to perform the re-installation. He called again on May 25, 2010 to confirm this job and his 2 man crew arrived as scheduled on May, 26, 2010, and performed this warranted repair as agreed under the original 2002 purchase contract.

    Action Roofing & Remodeling
I had a great experience with Action. I got three bids to replace my siding and my roof. Action's bid was in the middle, and I also knew of them because they had replaced the roof at my parents' home several years ago. I could not afford to replace the siding and the roof at the same time, so I decided to do the siding first. Action was exactly on schedule, Bill Clarkson was excellent to work with and supervised his crew. There was no trash, and my yard was clean every day when I got home from work. They finished exactly when they said they would. My siding looks great, and I have recommended Action to others, who have used them and had great experiences as well. I plan to now replace my roof in October and will use Action again. Additionally I am going to have them apply Radiant Barrier and insulation in my attic.

    Southwest Exteriors
The job took longer than projected. This was partially due to the salesperson failing to tell me about the long delivery time for the Andersen door (Southwest Exteriors is an Andersen dealer, although the door was not purchased from them) and partially due to a number of days when no workers came to the job site (we are 30 miles North of San Antonio in a rural area). Communication was only fair; we sat home a number of days expecting workers and none came, and other days we would get a call advising that they were at our driveway gate. Daily clean-up was pretty good. The workers were all polite and professional. The finished product is of excellent quality.
