  • I brought my 10 year old Chrysler mini van in on a Tuesday morning and they kept it all night. They phoned the next day and said that the emergency brake cable was broken and they needed to order the part and it would cost $500. and 3 days for the part to come in. I said OK and paid $300 down. The part arrived after 3 days and I brought it back on a Tues. morning. for repair. By Tuesday afternoon they said it would take another $200 and 2 more hours of work because something else was wrong and the emergency brake didn't hold. I balked but felt I had no choice. Anyway, $810 later I picked my car up at 5:45PM that evening. I am disappointed in their service as I think they should have stuck to their original estimate and not charged $300 over. Also, cleaning up after themselves should have been included in the $800. There was black grease and dirt left on my light colored leather driver's seat, steering wheel, dashboard, driver's side door panel, handle, and floor that I had to clean up. This one experience was enough to determine for me that I would not return. The employees were nice but that fact is not the defining factor in using this business.

  • My BMW is about 17 years old. It was done at a very good price and in a quick manner. If you take it to a BMW place it would be 3 to 4 times more. They did a really good job. Their entire professionalism and willingness to do a good job stands out to me.

  • He did the oil change fine, but he lied to me. He told me my Hyundai Santa Fe requires a transmission fluid change every 25,000 miles and the manufacturer says 60. I was going to use them for fleet maintenance and he was doubling the amount of maintenance I was going to be needing on the vehicle. As far as the oil change, they did fine, it would be like a 'D,' but as far as their integrity, it's an 'F.' They were flat out lying to a customer. I would tell a friend or a family member to hold on to their wallet. I would tell the company not to lie about the transmission service for my vehicle. The price was average, it wasn't cheap, it wasn't expensive. They don't specialize on oil changes.

  • The people at Northstar Dodge's Service Dept. could not do a better job. Everyone is very friendly and professional.
The work done is good and finished  in a timely manner. Things are explained thoroughly.
They will discuss things that they discover out of the ordinary with you to get your approval before the work is done. Having been in the automobile business for 30 yrs, I feel that they have always done the right thing for me .

  • I always have good luck with this business.    Ms. Hendrix is just as nice as she can be.   She and her family always take good care of us.   Their price is a little higher than you can shop around and find, but the extra money is an investment in the honesty and competence of the business.

  • Took 84 GMC for front end alignment they had to keep it over night and the next morning when the grandson pick it up was told it was leaking water. This was strange because it was OK when it was brought in. After he babied it home we found all the bolts on the power steering pump were loose with one missing replacing the one bolt and tighten the others fixed the problem.
While the grandson son was trying to get the truck home I called and talked to Justin and he acted as if he didn't care and wanted to blame the grandson for this problem and didn't often any help. We had checked the power steering pump the day before and it was NOT loose.
    Very poor service! !!

  • They did a good job. I had a problem with my truck and now my truck is getting better. They're friendly, professional and seem to be concerned about your vehicle. I found them on Angie's list and I've been using them for 10 years.

  • Unfortunately there is not a negative star option. We have traveled half way across the United States to purchase high dollar trucks before and never have we been subjected to the incompetence, unprofessionalism, and pure lack of respect that we encountered at this dealership. After much negotiation via email (they must not believe in using the telephone) we arrived at a deal. After spending 10.hours removing hitch, lights, and company logos. We proceeded to drive 1 1/2 hours to take delivery of the truck. When we arrived we were brought to the vehicle which was exceptionally dirty and had not been detailed as promised. Prior to our arrival the general manager, Mike Wilson, had stated he was taking over the deal and would make sure everything was done properly. Obviously he never looked at the vehicle as the detail work was not done. We then left the dealership for approximately an hour and a half to go have dinner while they did the detail work. Once we returned to the dealership we were able to inspect the vehicle and then found scratches on the tire rims and on the front bumper in the paint. This is a brand new 2014 Dodge 3500 very expensive truck. We were then told that the dealership would not repair the Defects in this brand-new vehicle as we were getting too good of a deal. We then walked back outside to look at the truck again when the new car sales manager, Chris Meadows, came out to greet us. He is the only individual at the dealership that showed professionalism. Chris then assured us that he would put in writing that these defects would be repaired. We proceeded to go back inside to sign the paperwork. It was at this point that the general manager told us that he would not sell us the vehicle. I will be going to a reputable dealership tomorrow to purchase a truck. I do however feel it necessary to let everyone know what kind of business Nyle Maxwell is doing. Buyer beware!
