  • I just want to say, once again, that Charles Maund Toyota has outdone themselves with another car buying experience for our family. I guess you could say we are Charles Maund frequent buyers, since this was our fourth car purchase from them. My husband and I showed up at the dealership around 6:30 Friday evening after I had arranged an appointment with Humam Heet in Used Car Sales. From the time we entered the door until we walked out three hours later with keys in hand to our 2010 Prius, I cannot say enough great and awesome things about how well and how smoothly the entire experience went. Humam was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease while never having a doubt about our purchase whatsoever.
    Humam went out of his way to make the entire transaction run as smoothly as possible. It is because of the great experience I have had like this and the previous three car purchases from them that will make me return to them next year when we are ready to make our next car purchase Number 5! All I can say is Humam and the Charles Maund Toyota dealership went above and beyond my expectations.....once again! I love them and thank them for making this major decision as easy as possible! See you next year!

  • I use them all the time and I think that they are fabulous. The mechanic is very honest, reliable and very accommodating from the time point of view in terms of when you need to get your car in and stuff. I also normally get a loaner car which is nice. The mechanic is so good that I trust his assessment of my car. I do not think that I am getting ripped off which is really important to me. I actually have him compare the prices for me too. When you go for oil changes, others would say, "Oh look, this is dirty so you should change it." And then, they will show you their clean liquids but he does not do that. He tells you whether it is needed or not and he keeps track of the records of my car for many many years. I have probably used him for 10 to 12 years now for multiple vehicles.

  • The brake job I did on my wife's Lexus RX 300 didn't stand up as expected.  Lexus' tend to be pretty finicky (exacting standards and all that) so decided to try Lake Travis based on Angie's reviews.  The technician agreed to stay late so my wife could drop it off after work.  It was done the next day and he again stayed late so that we could pick it up.  He had to replace a rotor in addition to the brake job and I was expecting a much higher bill.  I was very surprised at the reasonable price (this is what I would expect to pay, but not what any other shop would typically charge).  Its been a few months now and its working as expected.  Very satisfied and will use them again.

  • Sandy at West Tire & Service is very personable. She's there to help. Usually, if you get there at the right time, you don't have to wait very long. It's probably in and out of there in 45 minutes, probably. They don't take appointments, you just stop in there and it's first come, first served. They give good service. If you get their early in the morning, it's the best time to get right in. They open at 9:00 a.m.

  • The price was expensive.  The service was pretty decent until I had a problem with one of the jobs that they did and I had to bring it back for the second time.  They fixed that without any problem.  In fact, they did something else for me for free.  They gave me a rental car for free as well.

  • It ended up not happening. They tried to sell me along. They told me that I had to use only them. My computer was messed up. They wanted $500 for a new battery. I could have got it for $200. They stink. I would not use them in the future.

  • Lexus of Austin did the 60k service on my wife's GX for 80% of what Northside Lexus in Houston had quoted us. I was very impressed with the attention to every detail in the service department. The service advisor went out of his way to get the SUV back to us as quickly as possible. A part had to be ordered from CA. When the part came in, they called me to set up an appointment. He promised 2 hours, we were on our way in 1 1/2 hours. Plus the car got an excellent wash both times. Since we split time between Houston and Austin, we will get our car serviced and repaired in Austin. Very satisfied.

  • When I go back home for a visit I take my car there. They have a great waiting room with computers, nice television and snacks. We have several cars and take them all there. I was treated very well and when they are done they wash and vacuum the car.
  • LAMBS is dishonest. They talked me into having work done on my car that did not need to be done. When I told him to stop work, he (Brian the manager) bullied me into having them finish the job. They even agreed that their pricing was too high to start with.
