I have used Final Touch numerous times. They installed nail down wood throughout our entire home. They did a beautiful job. Family members have also used them and raved about their work. They take pride in what they do. They also are very good about cleaning up afterwards. On our repair job we had water damage in the middle of the room. I was concerned that repairing only the damaged area would make it noticeable. I am so glad I was wrong. It matched perfectly and you cannot tell where the old was and the new began. We will be using them again to freshen the wood downstairs before selling our home next year!

Very professional and personable. Discussed options in great detail and made positive recommendations. Job performance was excellent and clean-up work was done appropriately. Would gladly do business with them again. Recommended to all.

They did an amazing job! Very punctual, professional and courteous team. Jo and his team worked all day and cleaned up each evening before they left. The job is impeccable. The sales person was very thorough and was not pushy. Overall, a great company to work with.

The project was completed over a two week time-frame while I was on vacation. I returned home to a completed project of which I am completely satisfied.  Benson Kelly (owner) returned to assist with putting furniture back in its proper place and move the piano back in position for us.  Benson and his wife Ashley are knowledgeable and patient.  They provided their expertise and gave us excellent suggestions regarding floor color, carpet style and color and tile design, installation and color.  Benson ran into a snag while re-doing a step on the staircase and it took him 6 extra hours to get it right.  This was unanticipated but he would not accept additional compensation for the time he spent.  Benson was punctual and lived up to his promise to have the project completed while we were away.  Benson followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and promptly returned to our house to address some very minor issues (filling in several small gaps in the wood floor).  Absolutely recommend them.

After the initial call to request a high level quote, someone came out within the same week to provide a written quote for us.  We then scheduled the work within 2 weeks.  Carpet Outlets was ready to do the job within the same week but we needed to schedule boarding for our two dogs and find a temporary living arrangement since the wood floors are the majority of our first floor.  Work was completed within the promised timeframe.  Drying took a little longer due to humid conditions.  A few touch-ups were needed but everyone was very responsive and professional in all interactions.  We had a great experience and would certainly recommend Carpet Outlets to anyone and will re-use them in the future as the need arises.

Right after the installation, we discovered many hollow spots on various part of the floor and notified them to check and fix the
problem spots.  They told us it?s normal and we should give it a few weeks to let the adhesive matured.  We waited but no improvement and it got worse.   3 month after, we discovered floor plank actually started to buckle up in many places.  In March, some planks pop out of the floor.  We contacted Jamie many times, he finally came out and told us that was due to the moisture in the house that he is not responsible for.   Before the installation he tested the moisture level against the install floor space and told us there was no moisture issue and perfect to install.  Now, when issue occurs, he is not willing to stand behind his product and services as he advertised.
After repeated calls and urges, he finally come with his crew chief, Fernando and fixed 1 little spot reluctantly ( that spot later pop out of the place 1 month later)  and made excuses not do anything further unless we pay him extra money for the work they did not do right to begin with.   There are more than a dozen spots on the new wood floor that planks are actually buckling up and some even damage the baseboard.  We had a second opinion from another floor professional.  According to him, this is
a clear installation issue that they failed to leave space at the edge of the floor so the wood has no place to expand or move.
I am extremely disappointed on Jamie C Flooring on their workmanship and customer services.  This has caused us tremendous amount of stress.  We have reported this case to the Better Business Bureau and contemplating a possible suit.
I want all future Angie's list customers to be aware what kind of contractor you are dealing with.

At first, the project seemed to go OK.  However, on the last day of the project, a Friday, Willy's crew had to repaint part of the ceiling because the color did not match.  They were clearly in a hurry and did sloppy work.  They did not put down adequate drop cloths, and I had to spend a Friday evening wiping paint splatter off our floors, walls, windows, counter tops, and furniture.  We were able to clean most of it, but a few spots remain on the walls.
To be fair, Willy offered to have his crew come back and "make it right", but the only way to really fix it would have been to completely repaint the walls.  We chose to live with a few small spots rather than have them come back and risk more sloppy work.
If a few paint spots were the only issue, I would not have bothered to write a review.  We paid for the painting job in full & never posted any negative feedback until today (3 months after the painting job was complete).
Before the end of the painting job, Willy agreed to repair one of our window screens for $30.  He took the screen away, but he has completely disappeared since we were dissatisfied with our painting results.  He does not answer his phone, and has even hung up on my wife.  We have always been respectful and polite, but he won't even answer the phone.  It has been 3 months, and we just want to get our screen back.  His behavior is completely unprofessional.  I would definitely never recommend MML Renovations for any job.

It went very well! Our first floor had a mix of carpet, wood laminate and tile. In preparation for the demo, the team did a good job of covering furniture, wall items, windows and closets. The original construction did present some challenges, but the team addressed them without problem. Great pride and accuracy in the precision cuts and installation, as well as the final touches to place and paint molding. Our rep Sam provided great information on the process and selection of the materials, and checked in to see how work was progressing.

It went very well!!! We had carpet in our master bedroom that needed to be replaced due to allergies. Clayton advised his team of my sensitivity to dust & they prepared the area well with plastic coverings on vents, etc. it was much appreciated! We had hardwoods already in place since 1995 that were in the hallway going directly into the master bedroom. They matched the wood surprisingly well!! Blended in and one would never know the master bedroom hardwoods were installed later than the rest of the house! Clayton's crew were timely, professional, and we are very happy with our new hardwood floors!! We would highly recommend Final Touch Flooring to anyone!!

We had to basically move out of the house and move back in as we finished the flooring. It was a huge job and I have not called them out again. I think speaks really highly, especially for this much flooring that we did and all the different types. I am just very pleased. The next house, if I have flooring needs, I will call them again. I did a price comparison and they were cheaper for the exact same product as another company was offering. So we went with them. All total for the tile, carpet and wood (the wood was throughout the first floor), was $22,000. They are very, very professional and have a woman there who is really part owner. She is also a designer and is not pretentious. She will help you and respects your taste, but yet she helps with color coordination and is a great resource. The installers were extremely professional and very, very good and gentle with my furniture. There were no mishaps, whatsoever.
