    I purchased a sofa and chair in May, 2014.  The buttons of the tufted cushions began popping off.  I had purchased a warranty package and I called them first.  I was told that the construction of the sofa was not covered. They cover stains.  I was instructed to call Stacy's since the sofa was still under warranty.  I did.  I was asked to send pictures.  I did.  I did not hear from them.  I called and asked if they had received my email.  They said no.  I asked for an email with their email.  It was sent and it was the same one.
    Once I made the pictures, I noticed a large stain on the underside of one of the cushions.  Apparently, it had been turned over by one of the children that plays at my house or by my granddaughter.  I again contacted the warranty people.  Since I could not verify when the stain was made, it was not covered.
     I paid to have my sofa professionally cleaned.
    In the mean time, my husband contacted them.  Bingo!  Male voice and he got a response.  He then contacted the manufacturer. He was assured that new cushions would be sent.
    Yesterday, I received an email from Stacy's telling me the manufacturer would not send new cushions because of the stain. 
    This morning, my husband physically took the cushions to Stacy's.  He was told they would fix the cushions.  He first has to contact the insurance company that covers the warranty package from Guardian Protection. Once he talks to them, he has to again physically take the cushions to the store for repair.
    We have had a tufted chair from Ethan Allen for many years and never lost a button.  We have a chair from Haverty's that's tufted and it has done beautifully.
    Stacy's did not stand behind their product.  The warranty they sell is worthless.
    I'm sure Stacy's will respond to this.  I will be happy to show my cushions to anyone.

    We needed our house prepped for sale. The house felt empty once we removed all our "personal items". Tammy, our decorator, was very friendly and professional. She took her time to find the right decorations and furniture pieces that would go well with the house plus suit our tastes. I know she did a lot of shopping for us and we made her return a few things, but once it was done, the house looked fantastic. We received an offer with the first buyers that came looking! Would highly recommend!

    All work has been extremely high quality. We had one mixup when the carpenter had some conflicting information about the table and made a judgment (couldn't phone for confirmation!), but otherwise, Dennis and crew have been extremely accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and reliable. It's not cheap, but it's furniture you can be proud of and enjoy for a lifetime.
