Tile Installation reviews in Southlake

Had the pleasure to work with Mike and Carol on a recent update of granite and back splash of our kitchen. Everything went incredibly smooth. Mike met with us twice to make sure we liked the selection we picked for the granite. From the selection time to the measurement and installation went very fast. Our back splash was installation was shortly after. We plan to put in wood flooring in our den and entry, and also to update old tile in our bathrooms. We will definitely be using Mike and Carol again. Mike watched over both projects closely and they sealed the granite themselves. Very reliable, reasonably priced and just nice people.

We recently had three bathrooms upgraded. How lucky we were to find Whats Next Remodeling. Allen and Rene were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, ethical, and very patient with me from quote to job completion. This was my first experience with a major renovation project and I was a little nervous to say the least. We selected Whats Next Remodeling from several quotes. They stood out right away because the quote was presented line by line, included averages for items we needed to purchase, was fairly priced; and they project managed the entire job. Frankly, theirs was the only quote that was straight forward, with no hidden costs. We knew we had made the right choice when they started work on the first bath. They kept the work area remarkably clean and protected our home throughout the project. The workers were always on time; professional and courteous; and the quality of work was excellent from demolition to the final touch-ups. My husband is an amputee and Allen took the time and care to work with him to understand his special requirements. He did such a good job, my husband no longer has to use his medical chair because Allen designed the shower to meet his needs. We are beyond happy with our beautiful new bathrooms. I highly recommend Whats Next Remodeling. I wont bother getting quotes from anywhere else for future projects because Ive found the best. I trust Whats Next Remodeling with all my remodeling needs.

Matt was prompt in scheduling appointment for estimate, showed up for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment when he said he would. Matt was professional, did a great job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas and had great follow-up. Didn't come in with a low ball price and then try to sell additional services to make the job bigger. He quoted what he thought would be required for me to be happy with the job the first time.

I love these guys. Meagan was awesome to work with in getting a really detailed estimate of the work. I loved that they had a designer, Jennifer, on staff who met us at Floor and Decor to pick out time and trim. She was connected into Meagan's estimate and could keep us in budget and help place the order for them. I was SO surprised how much we could choose from based on Meagan's estimate. Other contractors had me scared that Meagans materials allocation was too small and that I was afraid that it would only provide for cheap, basic materials. NOT TRUE! Meagan's pricing was spot on and we had SO MANY gorgeous tile and trim to pick from. I brought my personal decorator with us, and we first picked tile and trim without regard to price (so definitely did not compromise) and turned out we came in slightly under budget. They took care of the ordering for us and it was super easy. Eddie and Leo were the ones that did the work, and they were the nicest people you would ever meet. Super efficient, super professional, very neat and tidy in their work and cleanup. There were a few touch up items that they took care of after my realtor walked the house. This company is a joy to work with. Extremely responsive, great quality of work, great customer experience, and great customer service. My only complaint is they aren't in Houston where we will be moving next. I'd use them again in a heartbeat if we weren't moving out of the area.

We could not be happier with the results! I was so impressed with the design process. I knew what I wanted and Ron Oliver worked with me to transfer our ideas to paper. Chuck then took over and made them a reality. Our kitchen, though highly functional, looks like a picture in a magazine. It is amazing. When friends visit, they are blown away with the results. If I am entirely honest, so am I. The bathroom, fireplace and utility room are equally impressive. I highly recommend Chip's Kitchens and Baths.

He just changed floor and tiles, did an extremely pathetic job for paint, all paint went inside the cabinets, tore down the wall for fireplace, left that in a hazardous condition. He didnt change counter, mirrors, shower doors, faucets, light fixtures, left the paint half done, left my big cooking range out from its slot, didnt provide refrigerator as per agreement. He left my home in a hazardous condition and half done after 3 months and payment of 40,000 out of 64900 (we already spent separately 10,000 of our allowance to buy fixtures, lights, tiles etc) he quit saying we are not paying him although he did not ask us anything. He lied and cheated on so many occasions,

The total price was $7,200, about $1000 of the price was an estimate for work by a company that would install a shower door. They were very responsive in coming to give an estimate. It did take them a while to provide that to us, we did have to send them a reminder. I probably would not use them, we don't have a need in our current home.
