    Pitts, Dr. Philip W.
Check in and maybe waited 10 mintues and his nurse came and got me, weighted me check me blood pressure and went over everything, meds and if anything new had happen in my life and if anything else with any other doctors that I see had change so she could up date their records and if I needed any new prescriptions that he writes for me. Doc came in and we talk a little bit about what had been going on and then he listen to my heart and stomch then check to see if anything else needed and if I needed anything else like a referal to any other doctor or any new meds and if I needed anything new then everything is okay and said see you in six months unless I needed him before then. Ordered blood test for the next visit and check out for the next visit.Very friendly staff.

    Shawn Macdonald MD
I did not have medical insurance. I arrived with no appointment as this is an urgent care type facility. There was less than a 15 minute wait until i was seen by Dr McDonald. He gave me a full once over and made me feel like I was the only patient there. He listens to your needs. He referred me to a surgeon who previously did surgery on my knee for follow up and gave me prescriptions for inflammation and pain. He is a very caring. I also have other issues that i will discuss with him at future appointments. Thanks.

I would highly recommend him as a physician! Unlike many doctors he will sit and talk about whatever you need to talk about. A lot of doctors will make you sit and wait on them but he doesn't do that, he has very good bedside manners and he is very patient.

    Laing, Dr. Jennifer
In the 6+ years that we've been using Jennifer Laing as our family physician, we have been truly impressed with the way she cares about her patients' well-being. Someone once said about me as a medical professional that they would "trust me to treat their children", and I would definitely give this recommendation for her. I really can't think of any higher recommendation than this. Besides, I always look forward to seeing what color her hair will be at my next visit.

    Craig, Dr. Grand A.
He is great and has gotten me down to taking only two medications a day. Prior to him I had been on so many different meds. He actually found me a topical cream that allows me to use medicine without giving me stomach problems like a lot of medicines would. He is just the best I have ever had.

    Ramsey, Dr. David B.
I  had a degenerated L5 S1 in my back that herniated.  My family doctor recommended that I see a neurosurgeon. My first visit with a doctor was disaster and I found Dr. Ramsey and asked that he refer me there.
The office called me with the appointment date, they sent me all papers in the mail to fill out, they called me to remind me of the visit and explained how to find their office and went above and beyond to be friendly.  I arrived 12:15, appointment was at 1:00 and I took all my medical records.  The office was very clean, staff very sweet and I was called back at 1:05 and had a nurse go over things with me.  The doctor came into my room at 1:30 and I left the office a little bit after 2:30.   It was the a great visit, and he explained everything to me and took an hour just going over my condition and options and listening to my ideas and concerns.  He did an exam of reflexes and stuff like that.   He listened to all i had to say and he answered ever question and if I didn't understand he would explain it again.  I felt so much better when I left his office and now I can go on a 'as needed' basis.  he is not a 'pro surgery' doctor if he thinks you can recover and he wants you to understand your condition and he seemed to really like my input and ideas.  I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who had back issues they dont understand and needs someone to explain things to them.  If i get worse and have to have a surgery, I surely will use Dr. Ramsey.   He also had a notebook and took detailed notes of our conversations and things I asked him.  I cant say enough good things about this doctor, he was just great.

He is a really good guy. He is very thorough. He takes his time to answer questions and is very personable and caring. He has provided excellent care for not only my husband, but for a couple of my friends as well.

    Timothy Sandmann MD
The biopsy showed cancer.   When he told me, he was very compassionate. He recommended surgery and was careful to describe both the surgery and the outcome in detail.  I found that Dr. Sandmann was very considerate and caring and he had great bedside manner.  His surgical skills are excellent.   Everything that he described before the surgery was accurate and the outcome was as good as it gets.  His staff was respectful and competent.   I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing obstetrics or gynecological services.

I went into the surgery center and when they were checking me in I had a nurse who introduced herself and said she was the one who was going to take care of me. The first thing she did was start tapping my hand and said she was going to start an IV in my hand. I told her I couldn't take an IV in that area but she insisted she had to use my hand. I said no, then she insisted on using my wrist. I told her I couldn't to it that way either because of past bad experiences. She looked for an area in my arm but couldn't find a spot. She then went and got another nurse to help her who started to look at my hand to put an IV also. I went through the same thing with this second nurse. I explained to them that due to a genetic disorder my hands swell up when an IV is put in it. The first nurse asked to look at my hands another time, I told them okay and right after I gave her permission to look she said that it would be just little p****. I caught her trying to put an IV in my wrist even when I told her no previously. I told them no again and the nurse got very mad and stormed off and a supervisor came over to speak with me. I was in my right mind and not on any drugs at this point and I had every right to turn down a treatment. The supervisor argued with me and finally said that they could go ahead and use my arm. Not a minute later the first nurse had an IV placed in my arm. I called and complained the next day and the individual I spoke with said that maybe the nurse was confused when I told her she could just look. I explained that the nurse had volunteered she was only going to look and not start an IV.

Without a doubt, we could not have dreamed up a better obstetrician. From the very beginning he was very professional and knowledgeable. At every monthly appointment that I had I always left feeling better and more confident about all the changes that were happening to my body. My husband and I always felt that he genuinely cared and took the time to answer all questions that we had. He was very personable, reliable and I never had a problem scheduling appointments. I highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for an OB/GYN.
