    Ryan and Shawn came out to my house to check my Freon level. Told me it was low, charged me $60 a lb to fix. They even waived the $60 diagnostic fee for me. Others wanted $100 a lb to fix it. Ryan got in the attic and inspected all my ac components to make sure I didn���t have any leaks. Very knowledgeable guys, recommend their company 120%! Just gained a customer for life!

    We have a yearly contract with them to come out twice a year. We have been using them a long time. They are quick to come when we need them. We are at the top of the list if we have a problem. They will come at 10 o'clock at night. The owner usually comes and we have no problems.

    Classic Air Air Conditioning & Heating
    My air unit quit working on Labor day and so I called 6 companies before I was able to get a hold of Classic air company. They arrive really quickly just about an hour after I first talked to them. My outdoor motor went our and they clean and recharged my unit with coolant for just under $760.00. Wasn't sure if that was a great price but didn't have time to negotiate since it was a holiday. Just to ease my tension I called 3 other companies the next day and asked how much it would cost to repair those items on my unit, and to my benefit I found Classic Air company was a better price and there customer service could not possibly get any better then my experience. I will definitely use them again.

    Although my area is not usually in the service area, they took pity on me in the 90+ degree house that I came home to after a long [outdoor] work week of my own. They provided a same day service and didn't charge, as they could have, for the extra mileage. Emilio was super efficient and kind enough to check levels and vent temps to make sure everything was working before he left out. Perfect timing just before a rain storm, bless him!

    This provider made an appointment with me for today (1/23) between 8 and 11 in the morning.  I just got off the phone with them at l43 PM and they said they did not have an appointment scheduled and the first available appointment wasn't until Feb. 4.
    I needed my doorbell fixed, my mother has just come home from the hospital and needs to be able to answer the door for the visiting nurse.

    I love Mathis !  They installed my new outside unit in 2012 and even registered it for me and sent me a copy so I wouldn't have to do it.  This service call concerned some frozen pipe issues.  I contacted the company's office manager, Christi, who is knowledgeable about a/c issues as well and she made some suggestions for things to check.  She scheduled a service call - the technician, MM, arrived in the time window and spent a good amount of time checking the unit and the refrigerant levels and added refrigerant. 
    My area [Combine TX] is a sparsely serviced area by any type of service provider so I not only appreciate this Company making prompt service calls but for being one of the few who doesn't take advantage of the overall provider shortage by charging an arm and a leg!

    They responded very quickly on a Sunday on very short notice.  Basically, we woke up Sunday morning to our A/C drainage lines clogged (therefore the system wasn't draining the water and instead the water was collecting in the drain pan, and overflowing!) It was overflowing out onto the roof over our dining room (sheetrock).  Matthew arrived appx. 20 min after we called him which was awesome, and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable!  He immediately knew the problem and knew what could be done to fix it and also noticed that our system was not level.  He quoted us $750 to re-do everything and the $750 included a brand new drain pan.  He quoted the $750 before I asked about a police discount.  Once in attic and looking at everything, I mentioned the police discount, which he then advised me that he could do the work for $650 (applying police discount) but that the $650 would not include a new drain pan.  Then he said that if we wanted to go with the $750 figure and get the new drain pan, that the $750 would be with a police discount..... when previously he said it would be $750 (before he even knew I was interested in police discount).... So pricing went from $750 to do everything needed to $750 with a discount.... so that was a little confusing.  Basically I don't think I got a discount when their website says they offer police discounts.  We decided to go with the $650 price and kept same drain pan since the safety switch was being installed.  Overall work performed was high quality and prompt.  He came out and provided quote on Sunday 04/13/14 and services were performed 04/14/14, so very short notice.  He was professional and extremely knowledgeable, as stated before.  Two minor things that I also thought were odd, although I did not receive the discount, their police discount is only 5%, most places offer 10% (which is fine its their business they can offer whatever they want to offer) and when he came on Monday (the 14th) to "fix" everything, he was only there for maybe 30 min to an hour (according to my son, who was there at the house while I was at work).  So with that being said, I think the pricing is pretty expensive for something that is, what I would call, a "quick-fix", if it can be fixed within 30 min.  Again, pricing is up to the company and I agreed to the pricing for them to do the work, and I'm sure it would have been around the same price for any other A/C company to do what Xtreme did, I guess I just wish that services like this were less expensive, and I'm sure many homeowners in the world would agree with me.  The work done came with one year warranty.  I am pleased with their services and haven't had a problem with my A/C so far.  I will most likely be using them in the future for all of my A/C needs.

    I am very pleased with the work that Precision Air performed at my house in early February. It took them 2 1/2 days to do the installation because of the amount of work involved.When I was given the quote they explained everything (in detail) that I was getting and exactly how they were going to do the installation. Their pricing was extremely competitive considering the system that was installed. I have been using Precision Air since 2005 and I will continue to use them.

    I called NHAC because of their excellent reviews and was so impressed at their professionalism, flexibility, and affordabilty. I had my AC condenser fan motor, fan blade & capacitor replaced then Tom was able to throw in filters for a bonus because I could not figure out how to get up there to do it myself. I would totally recommend NHAC to anyone who needs their AC/Heating units repaired the right way the first time at an affordable price.  Tom was super awesome & helpful.  My expectations were exceeded.

    They came out when they said would be here. Their estimate was reasonable and they were courteous. I went and got a second estimate from another company and had the other company do the work. However if needed I would hire Precision Air for work in the future.
