    Allgood Electric
They arrived to give me a quote. I explained everything that I wanted done and they provided me a quote on the spot. I noticed they were one plug short that I asked for and the technician stated don't worry about it I will take care of it. As far as all the other electrical terminology on the quote I assumed everything was covered. (first mistake). They were scheduled to begin on Monday. On Saturday I received a phone call that a man was out front ready to dig the trench from the house to the shed to run the electrical wiring. (no notice just showed up luckily I was home) The trench was approximately a 12-14 foot trench, 19 inches deep and had to go through my landscaping. As the gentlemen was digging I told him that I was going to move the pave stones, rake the mulch back, and split the weed paper so it would be out of his way. Also this would prevent trashing my landscaping. Needless to say he piled dirt on top of my landscaping which defeated my purpose. He also returned the next day to finish and asked me if I had been digging in the trench because he found a damaged sprinkler line right in the center of the trench. For what I was paying do you really think I'm going to do any digging in that trench. I stated no, I had no reason to be digging in the trench. It took him approximately 8-10 hours by his self to dig this trench. They did repair the water line damage. On Monday the electricians (2) showed up and I stated I wanted to go over the quote one more time to ensure we were both on the same page. The lead technician stated he didn't add the Gazebo work to the quote that I had originally agreed to. I asked how much more was it going to cost he said he would accomplish a separate quote and let me know. So now I'm upset because they have already dug a trench in my yard and If I cancel I have no idea what I will be charged just for the trench. The quote was not broken down by the cost of each item to be performed. So I let them continue. Later the lead technician calls me and tells me it will cost $600 more dollars on top of the $3900 I'm already paying for the shed. At first I agreed because I needed to get it done for safety reasons, but later I changed my mind. The work on just the shed took about 3-4 hours. Later the Owner called and he asked why I had cancelled the second job and I explained the issue with the quote. He stated that they would do the additional work at no charge and I agreed. The overall quote I got was comparable to most others that I received. (minus the additional $600 for the Gazebo) Keep in mind any electrical work you have done will be expensive. It took them approximately 11-14 hours to do just the shed. I don't know how long to accomplish the gazebo because I asked to be called when they were done and they never called me. Trench could have been done in a quarter of the time with a ditch witch and I'm assuming that is what cost me the most. I paid approximately $3900 for the job which is roughly $354-$278 dollars an hour. Keep in mind the actual electrical work was approximately 3-4 hours. Overall everything works, they did complete the Gazebo at no charge, I've cleaned up the cigarette butts left on my gazebo, I'm repairing the two small holes in my shed where the screws went through the wall to the outside, I still have my landscaping area to clean up and pick up some trash left behind. Lesson learned get a quote and make sure it is broken down by everything to be done and ensure they know what your expectations are for how the work is to look when its done.

    Good Electric
It went great! Rafael and Zackery called to announce when they would arrive. They got to our home exactly at that specific time. Before quoting a price, Rafael listened to both fans and stated that he knew, right away, what was the problem. Rafael then stated what it would cost to repair the fans. He started on the first fan and pointed out to me that the wiring had not been properly stowed in the ceiling fixture. As a result, a wire rubbed against the motor when the fan was in operation. That solved the ticking noise problem. At the second fan, he again said he thought he knew what the problem was. Upon disassembly, he discovered that the remote control unit had come loose and was rubbing against the fan motor. Additionally, he noted that whomever installed the fan had placed the remote unit to sit upon the assembly that held the fan motor steady so that it didn't wobble. After further investigation, he also noted that two of the screws needed to secure the fan housing had never been installed. Rafael then got a couple of the right size screws and secured the fan motor as shown in the instructions and placed the remote receiver in its proper location. As he had done with the with the first fan, he reinstalled the fan lighting, started the fan, took it through its three settings, as well as the light fixture three settings, and finished up. I was really pleased with both of the electricians. Both went out of their way to explain what was needed, how long it would take, and the total cost. I would highly recommend Goode Electric for any electrical work.

    KM BUILDERS
I can't speak highly enough for the work done by KM, particularly by Mac McDonald & Mike Garcia. They spent a lot of time finding out what we really wanted during the design process, & gave us many options & suggestions that we hadn't even considered. The building process itself was flawless! Mike & his team were able to get permits in a timely manor, & the work was completed faster than we expected. We were out of the country during much of the building phase, & Mike messaged us daily with the progress made. If there were issues, he let us know right away. We could make our own decisions, but based on our experiences with him we usually went with his suggestions. We were never disappointed, & we were grateful for his thoroughness, attention to detail, & experience. We would, without a doubt, use KM again if we want to do another major project in our house.

    Zellner Electric
Zellner Electric is one of the very best electricians I have worked with in more than 6 decades! Tony and Josh were very professional and extremely courteous. They listened attentively to what we wanted and did their very best to match all of our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the new can lights and dimmer - their work was flawless and done most expeditiously! The prices are very reasonable, they show up on time, and the work is completed in a timely manner. I can not say enough good things about Zellner Electric, except to say that they are just that -- "extremely good." Everyone with an electrical issue in this area should give them a call - you will be glad you did.

    Jon Wayne Service Company
Everytime we have a home repair we call Jon Wayne. They installed a new air conditioning system. They found and repaired a bathroom leak after two other companies cut unnecessary holes in our wall and still misdiagnosed the problem! Jon Wayne also found a sink leak we'd been looking for and even did a complimentary check on our other plumbing and found a potentially dangerous problem with how our water heater was installed. They also replaced our outside electrical panel again identifying a potential dangerous problem. Their technicians are ALWAYS friendly and professional and go out of their way to clean up after their work.

    Call Tony LLC
Tony came out to give me a bid and understood I needed quality work to meet the requests of the buyers when I was selling my house. His bid was consistent with another, but he also had an electrician and offered ideas on options to save money. His team came out on time and did quality work, quickly. The amount due matched his estimate. I will be using him again for projects on my new house.

    Zellner Electric
Could not be more pleased with Zellner. Jose and Issac were most professional and courteous. Jose explained what needed to be done, although it was different than what I thought. His logic for doing things the right way made a whole lot of sense. He and Issac worked tirelessly and with great care. I was extremely pleased with the results! I'm even more pleased that I have now found a reasonable, highly skilled electrician. I will use Zellner for everything now!
