Took New vehicle in for warranty work they denied everything kept it for a week and would not follow up with us . This is a commercial fleet vehicle and all the downtime cost us a lot of money on top of not honoring the warranty

The customer service was second to none - the people couldnt be nicer. However, it cost me over $400 to have my radiator flushed and that seems extremely excessive even for an 3/4 ton F-250. It also cost me $37 for them to take a wire brush to my battery terminals and add a pair of felt pads ...and my truck has two batteries- $74 total.

Competitive pricing for quality work! They recommended--and I agreed--to have the "timing belt kit" done. It replaces all related parts (to prevent premature future failure). Also, chose to have the water pump and the serpentine belt replaced. Also, to avoid future expense. It's cheaper to have that done now--specially on a used car with no maintenance records.

With my truck it was free, but I also take my daughters car there. They're very good. It's a dealership; you can get it done cheaper, but you can always take it back. They're very good. They're very good, very good dealership.

Great they got the ol Camry on the road again, She a 97, and has a lot of life in her but she is twenty years old and so time has done some where and tear on her. I used to take her only to Toyota service but they quoted an outrageous price to do a head gasket seal and plugs, Christian brothers did it for 1/3 the price and were much friendlier about it. So I had some extra work done as well, wheel bearings. I will be using them regularly with all my vehicles. PS I could have done the job myself I'm a mechanics daughter, but I have rheumatoid arthritis and would foul the job up. That's how come I knew the first quote was Bologna.

Well, little things that are according to the Toyota Highlander maintenance book, it's a 10 year old Toyota, so it had to have a new timing belt. And when you do the timing belt, the way they build these sophisticated cars any more, you have to go thru taking a lot of things off to get to it. And there is a lot of labor involved. They inspected the vehicle and found out one of the struts in the rear, which is like the spring and the shock absorber together, it's called a strut, and the shock absorber was leaking oil. So they had to put on a new strut and if you put one on the right, guess what you have to put one on the left as well. Otherwise the new one will do great and the other one, the car will look catty wampus.

Out of the clear blue, they said hey we're gonna give you a loaner cause you didn't plan on leaving this thing overnight, and I said no. And they said ok we're gonna give you a loaner, so they gave me a loaner car for free. And then when they discovered the strut was bad, they said well you can just keep the loaner car. I ended up having the loaner for 4 days, went golfing and all kinds of stuff, and it didn't cost me anything. I ended up spending $2800 and it would have been more but they gave me a $150 discount cause I'm retired military.

The service reps name is David Haywood. I don't have anything to compare the price to but I kinda looked up the prices online and some of the other places were going to charge about the same thing. I thought since it was a Toyota, they know what thy're doing and if anything goes wrong, they would stand behind it. They're really good about that kind of thing. They were johnny on the spot to call me and say hey we got some problems and what do you think we ought to do with this, talked it over, they didn't go ahead and put it on and call me and say surprise! They called me first and said this is a problem, you have 88000 miles on the car and at 100000 you have to do the timing belt. It is 11 years old but it runs like a top and it's been a really good vehicle and I want to keep it that way. My appointment was at 9 and they were waiting on me because I got there at 2 minutes till.

FANTASTIC. I called multiple places before I decided on Patriot. They were the only shop that gave me exact dollar amount prices after tax rather than "around this much" or "depending on such and such." Mike was very clear and specific in his explanation of what was needed and why, as well as the pricing. They back up their work with a 1 year guarantee and use Honda parts, rather than just "whatever is available" as another shop had told me. I asked Mike to check the cruise control switch and power steering, and he called me to let me know what needed to be done and why. He was able to tell me exactly how much the extra work would cost and what it would make my new total after tax. For the amount of work they did, I feel that they were able to finish in a very timely manner, also. He had to order a new cruise control switch but everything else got done in one day. They also test drove my car after the repairs and then put it back up on the lift to check for leaks. Talk about thorough! It's very rare to find an auto place that I feel comfortable with, but I am seriously wowed by Patriot. They earned my trust and my future business 100%.

I'm happy with them we do their it's called quick service so you don't have to have appointment you just go in and they will get you right away so. They are quick and they do a good job. It's completed in  a timely manner and there is never a problem with it,  because the car comes back clean it comes back in no problems  and they do it in a timely manner, it's an oil change but it's done quickly and professionally and they car looks fine when it comes back.

It went poorly from the get go. I was told that the diagnostic would be 100. When I asked if it would be applied if I chose to use them I was told no. I thought that very odd but continued. when they called me later that night to discuss what was wrong with my car alarm bells went off. They stated that my car was misfiring and I neede 4 new spark plugs and 3 new coils to the tune of 650.00. They also said my radiator had a small leak and needed to be replaced. I was shocked. My car had never run hot. I had never had to add water and I had never heard the characteristic hissing of water hitting a hot engine. They also saidy breaks were medal on medal and I needed an entire new break job. All for the price of 1,600. I told them to not do any work and that would pick up the car and wanted a computer print out pf my diagnostic and my quote and I would take it to my mechanic. I told th to please have it ready for me the following day when I would pick up my car as I would be in a hurry to get it to the other shop before it closws. Nothing was ready. Basically I got a few handwritten scribbles on a piece of paper for my 100 dollars. I was furious and questioned my radiator as that was what I was so shocked about. I had NEVER had a problem with it. The mechanic called me over and showed the large crack at the weld and pink splotches on the engine as proof of the crack. I was so confused and I told him so. I had never even had to put water in it. He said he had had to fill it up that day. I left and in the 1.7 miles to the other shop my car began to run hot. All the way in the red hot. I had to pull over but finally got to the other shop. They called me the next day. For my initial problem they pulled up no error codes related to problems with the coils. I simply need new spark plugs. I did however need a new radiator as there was a big crack at the weld. A big enough crack that my car would most definitely run hot every time I drove it. Being as professional as they are they refused to say anything bad about Main Street Garage. Stating that perhaps it was coincidental that my radiator cracked as soon as I drove up. The entire price for a new radiator, 4 spark ifs and an oil change. 392.00. As for my brakes, I do need new pads but it needs to be done in the next 3-6 months.

I drove 25 miles out-of-town to Seguin, TX in order to use the coupon before the expiration date.  When I arrived at the XpressLube at 715 North 123 Bypass in Seguin, TX, I was told the coupon would NOT be honored.
