Our complete master bath project went very well. The work area was kept very clean and Jimmy and Jeremy took great care in completing the bath to our specs. We were treated very fair on the cost of materials and were not limited to just a few products. We will be asking them to bid on our kitchen renovation in a few months.

Well the front deck that was supposed to be 8 by 8 they built it 654 and the handrail was 28in wide which is more narrow than the door and it made it impossible to move furniture in and out of the place the trim that they started to install they were putting in upside down the cabinet's when they remove the old ones they did not finish the flooring or let me know to finish the flooring underneath them and they reinstalled the cabinets the new ones so I had to go then retake up those cabinets which were plumbed in and everything permanently and remove them finished the floor and reinstall them. And not to mention his guys were drinking beer in my house while I was gone and getting drunk all day which explains the quality of their work which is poor the owner Dave Wood is a hot head and has a temper they were supposed to start on the roof and they never touched it the siding that they put on the front of my house was the wrong siding so now I have 3 sides of my house in one kind of siding and another kind in the front which looks stupid these guys are horrible and then they turned around after I fired them and tried to sue me for the rest of the money to finish the job and try to send me to collections for it not to mention he has no idea how to write a contract because he got my mother to sign it and she does not own the home I do so from illegal contracts all the way up to not even knowing what they're doing these guys suck stay away from them

    Steve Major Construction
Steve Major was very professional. He takes pride in his work and it is very evident. He went over everything with me in detail. He was punctual and worked over time to get the job done. I was very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Steve. He is also very reasonable in price.

    Door Rejuvenations

My front door was damaged by movers.  I called these folks in to refinish the door.  They indicated the door did not need to be refinished and that they could repair the damaged areas as well as match existing stain.  Did a great job.

They showed up on time.  Completed the job in a timely manner.  Programed all remotes for us.  Showed us how to operate the door in case of a power outage. Very happy with their service.

    PSR Garage Doors
First of all, response time from my initial email was great - Rafael, the owner of the business, gets his email from his website sent to his phone and he responds right away. I had asked about getting a garage door opener installed and he said he would come out and provide a free estimate. He came out and looked things over, let me know how much the job would cost and we agreed that he should come out on the next Monday and do the job. Rafael showed up right on time and got the garage door installed and working in about an hour and a half. He charged exactly what he quoted and everything was clean and looked great. He had installed a keypad outside the garage door and provided me with some instructions should I have issues, along with the garage door opener paperwork.
After a few days, we noticed that the garage door was coming back up without closing all the way and I emailed Rafael about the issue, he came out the next day and made some adjustments to the door to make it work more reliably with the door opener. He didn't charge me anything for this return visit and my garage door opener is working great.
I am very glad that I found PSR Garage Doors on Angies' list and highly recommend this business.

    Payless Garage Doors
I had a fine experience. They indicated before they did the work what it would cost. The basic job which was part of Big Deal was done at the price that was quoted. They showed up on time. They called when they were on their way; indicated when they would be there. Everything went very smoothly and there were no problems.

He did a very good job on everything except the back splash tile. He had never dealt with that kind of tile before and the first batch was hung backwards. It wasn't a big deal. He didn't charge us extra to put up the replacement tile we got. It all came out pretty well. He was a really reliable guy and I would use him again. The price was about what I expected. He did a really good job on the door and on the fence replacement he did an excellent job. He had a good sense of humor. He's interactive and shows a lot of expertise in certain areas. He was really an interesting guy. He was very professional.

In the beginning, Curtis met with us and took measurements and a sample of the tile we wanted installed, and promised us a call with an estimate. He called when he said he would and gave us the $3500 estimate which included everything for the backsplash except the tile, the entire fencing job and installation of the back door and hardware.
The price seemed extremely reasonable as the pickets we agreed on for the fence were to be cedar and not the treated pine the previous contractor installed for us (which didn't even last 2 years without buckling and bending), and so we told him we were ready to proceed when he could fit us in the schedule.
A few days later, Curtis came to the house to start the job. He had the old back-door out and the new one installed in 45 minutes and it needed NO further adjustments, it was perfect. We love the new door which came with a pet door pre-installed for our dogs.
When he got started on the fence, it was surprising to us that he did it all by himself. He's such a hard worker, and in about a day and half had the entire back fence installed and it's very sturdy and looks just beautiful. I was amazed that he got so much work done in so little time and with such quality.
On the backsplash, we hit a couple of hiccups. The glass mosaic tile I'd purchased was unlike anything he'd ever worked with before. I believe that most of his tile work has been with ceramic tile, and this particular tile that I bought was extremely unusual and difficult to work with, it was concave and didn't adhere to the mastic as it should, and it didn't have the mesh backing to hold the tile in better, and cutting it was an even riskier business, because cutting it vertically caused the tile to crack and break. So, there came a point in the installation process as I saw the struggles, I decided to go a different route, and I bought a more forgiving tile for installation. It was actually my 'second choice' and I think that since it had all the normal elements (net backing and all), it was a bit easier to install and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out.
There was much to like about this contractor. He personally was a very likable person, and he inspired confidence by the easy way he took any problems in stride. I don't think that I am the easiest person to work for because I hold people to pretty high standards, but Curtis was able to meet and then exceed many of those expectations.

I spent about $6000 on that service. They actually had to put a new bathroom from scratch. They did not finish it out because I only wanted it to be brought up to the drywall and they tiled the shower. They did not plumb the new bathroom. I have used them a lot but this time I felt he was a little rushed and he did not finish it up as much as I thought he should have. The work is still quality work but it just was not as good as he should have done it.
