  • They are a caring bunch of folks. Dr Robinson knows her stuff and she know where and when to refer. She's honest and if you need everything sugar coated this may not be the best vet for you. They get busy and sometimes you have to wait. That's ok, it's what they make Candy Crush for or chat it up with your fellow let owners. Just know that your pet is getting the very best care and your not going to die from sticker shock.

  • They are a busy group, so call ahead. Sometimes the phones are hard to get through. Drop them off and usually get the same groomer, which my dogs like. As stated, they are busy, therefore, they are not always done in a timely manner. Quality of work is excellent. Groomers know thier stuff.

  • Dr. Pirkey was great.  Found out one of my dogs has glaucoma & he was very thorough in explaining it & suggested an ophthalmologist, but started her with eye drops to see if that would help, since the ophthalmologist would be expensive.  The room we were in was not cleaned real well & was really hot.  There were wads of pet hair on the floor, not a big deal, just annoying because it kept getting stuck on my dogs leashes.  One of the receptionists was on the verge of being rude, & the tech was a little short with me, but I did like Dr. Pirkey.  We will go back & give it another try. Hopefully next time it will be better.

  • arrived 7 am. Office packed. I checked in and waited.  Took about an hour to get in. There are no appts, you show up with animal and they take u in the order you check in.  Front desk assistance was outstanding.  I checked in, went back to car, and they called me on my cell and told me what room to go to.  I went in, the dr was very attentive and professional.  Did a check out of both dogs. Was out within another 30 mins.  Very happy with the cost and service.

  • The staff was puctual, professional, and curteous.  They explained their process and what to expect.  They were super with the dogs and the dogs did great (their words, not mine).  Very pleased with the overall experience.

  • We had kenneled our dog at Murphy Road a few times while we were out of town.  The last time we kenneled him at Murphy road, we believe our dog died as a result.  Our dog apparently contracted some deadly disease (we suspect dog flu) while he was at Murphy Road and died about 18 hours after we picked him up. Our dog had never been sick and was in good health when we dropped him off at the kennel, but he was in extremely poor condition when we picked him up.  When we asked staff what was wrong, they told us they weren't sure and to bring him back if he got worse. He died early the next morning.  When we took his body to the kennel that day and told the vet what had happened, he acted very indifferent about the situation and could not give us an idea of what it was that killed our dog.  We found out later that other local veterinarians had warned their clients about a dog flu outbreak in the area. We haven't been back to Murphy Road due to the lack of concern and poor care we received.

  • This vet is unbelievable! His prices are always rock bottom. When our kitten had a broken leg in 2008, he referred him to a surgeon. The surgeon recommended us to an orthopedic surgeon who wanted $2k! With Dr. Stevenson's expert guidance we opted to let our kitten heal on his own first to see if he could. Dr. Stevenson gave us that option instead of insisting we take him to an expensive orthopedic surgeon. He always makes himself availabe. He always listens and he is a wonderful secret in Rockwall for people who want reasonable cat care at reasonable prices. LOVE HIM.

  • It's got a kennel, daycare and hospital. I started taking the last one about 3 years ago. She's been going there every time. They know your first name and the pets name and all sorts of things. Plus you really feel like they really care about the animal. My animal likes to go there and everybody are combined and it's like a little family there. You would probably find a cheaper price somewhere else but you they give quality care.

  • I have had a horrible time finding good, dependable farriers. Either they don't answer their phone, don't return calls, or simply don't show up when scheduled - they simply didn't function with any professionalism. I found Green's farriers through a desperate web search a year ago and have been using her every since. I was able to have them come out on a schedule - we simply book the next appointment at the end of each visit ... and magically they appear. 100% on time, with a reminder call the day before. If I ever need to change an appt I can call the number and have it rescheduled, versus the other farriers that couldn't answer their phone (or wouldn't) and had no one covering for them. It's amazing how such as small thing, such as reliability, makes such a big difference! Don't hesitate to call them - absolutely wonderful!.

  • To start with I was pleased with their kid friendly waiting area as I had my toddler with me. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are also good at following up with emails, phone calls and/or mailings to make to check on my sick cat and to make sure we scheduled a time to bring her back for her immunizations. They also mailed me a coupon to have the other cats teeth cleaned which was identified during the physical.
