    I felt it went well, however, I also feel they could do a little better by digging a little deeper. My general practitioner is an internal specialist and I do expect more because of that.
    I am a person that knows my body well.  I am also someone that unfortunately has many diagnosis and issues.  I take a lot of time because of this.  I feel that if the doctors would listen to me with an open mind that together we could solve some of my issues quicker and with a better outcome other than prescriptions being thrown at me like candy on Halloween. 
    The other negative is that they schedule a tight specific amount of time for each visit which is many times not enough.  There are many times that we don't even get around to the purpose of my visit because of the lack of time.
    The doctors are all very busy and I know this.  I find myself wishing for the old times when life was more simple and doctors could really take the time to  get to know their patients better.  It has become too much of a factory. 
    They all do work within the time and means they have set before them, a lot of which I know is out of their control.

    Dr. Drye was very pleasant, listened attentively to my complaint, examined my leg, and provided satisfactory care. I've seen him about 3 to 4 times, now, and I plan to see him in the future. However, my one complaint about this provider is that they stopped taking appointments. It's first come, first served - walk-in only, and I had to leave at one time, after waiting about an hour, because I had an appointment somewhere else. Since they are an emergency provider, I understand that there will sometimes be delays in seeing the doctor, but when I go in next time I plan to call ahead and see how crowded they are that particular day.

    Vanya was great. My issue is related to tonsil stones believe it or not, and I was worried that I had an infection. Vanya was very familiar with this problem and thorough in checking out it out. She explained that you can also have similar problems with taste buds or salivary glands. She did recommend antibiotics and I was able to accomplish all this while my daugher had her makeup done; then pick up the antibiotic for myself when we headed to the hair appointment an hour later. Thanks!

    We have seen him several times since then, and he always diagnoses the problem, or refers us for further testing to diagnose the problem. He is a partner in Lake Pointe Medical Partners and all their physicians seen to be outstanding, plus their computer system allows them to access our visits to other of their specialists and have that information at hand. All of their physicians seem to be extremely competent and concerned.

    I saw the doctor requested the prescriptions and referrals that I needed. Before leaving, I spoke with the nurse and office clerk and explained that the prescriptions needed to be changed to a 90 day supply (as opposed to a 30 day supply) and faxed to a my mail-order pharmacy. Needless to say, the prescriptions were not changed. When I tried to talk to the office staff to explain the error and the financial impact it was going to have on me, I was kicked out of the office. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never go to them again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Called for an appointment on May 23rd, it was a routine appointment for perscription refills and referrals so I was not in a big hurry. My appointment was made for May 25, which is pretty quick for non emergency routine care. II arrived 30 minutes early and filled out new patient paperwork and after I turned it in it was not long before a nurse called me back. The nurse was polite and stayed with me to take medical history and routine height, weight, blood pressure and pulse. I went in prepared and provided them with a list of all my current medications, surgeries and tests performed, and a list of all the doctors I had been seeing with their contact information. Dr Coates came in within a minute or two of the nurse exiting the room. He introduced himself and got to work, reviewing my history and medications. I did most of the talking, I needed refills on perscriptions and referals to specialists so we went over the reasons why and he filled out forms and looked up codes while I talked. He told me he would send someone in to take blood when he exited the room. The nurse who came in got to work right away, I let her know I had bad veins and normally needed a small needle. I asked her if she was good at drawing blood on difficult patients and she went and got another nurse. After they decided on a vein she went to work and it was quick and painless...and one stick! The nurse told me the results would be back usually in one day and they would call me. I went to check out and picked up my perscription forms, I asked how the referals worked and the staff told me after the nurses went over them they would contact me with the information. The office was well staffed and the wait was not long in the waiting room. The staff seemed polite...since I am writing this the same day as the appointment, I will have to reserve judgement on whether the staff calls about the test results and referal information. If they don't call by next week, I will be calling them or stopping by the office.

    Dr. BeShires gave me a shot for the Bursitis, and the problem was fixed almost immediately. He, like all the Doctors at this clinic are very, very good !
