  They work for us right now. They come out once a month and clean the homes. We met with the management representative when we first started. They are terrific. Their prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. If you need something done they will do it. No problems with them. They are on a regular basis. They do a thorough job on your house. They are just terrific. There's always somebody there that can speak English, but sometimes we have a little problem. I speak a little Spanish too; we communicate. The work turned out very well. My wife's the one who's pleased with them. They always call and tell you when they'll be coming out and they're on time. We're on a regular on-going basis with them.

  Selene and Anna were both friendly, respectful of what I wanted to get accomplished, and hard workers. They got 4 bathrooms cleaned, carpets vacuumed, hardwoods swept and mopped, and dusted. I look forward to working with Selene in the future!

  Now that it has been about 5 days since the work was done, I can say that it didn't go all that well. I thought the cleaning would get rid of the pee stains left by my dog but the stains are still visible. I paid extra for the pet cleaning and sanitizing but I am not sure it did anything. Besides paying the $99 special price, I also paid $70 at the time the cleaners came. So overall, for about $170, I don't think cleaning the rug was worth it. The whole cleaning process took maybe about 20 minutes. I don't know if that is quick or not; I suppose I can say they were quite efficient. I hate to give what seems like a negative review but I just have to review as I see it.

  Very fast cleaning.  I had to point out an important vent over our dining table where we eat that they were going to skip because they had not removed the cover for it to be cleaned, as well as another vent in my bathroom.  They had miscounted the total number of vents they were going to allow, without asking me which vents to clean or if I wanted the remaining vents cleaned. They put several vent covers on backwards and with new holes drilled sideways rather than directly into the ceiling, so the air was blowing against the wall instead of into the room, and a few screws were sticking out of the vent cover visible inside the room.

  The install team showed up on time.  The team worked very hard and I feel I got my money's worth on the effort they put in.  They started right away, deciding which rooms to begin in.  I would recommend you have them deliver materials ahead of installation in order to acclimate to your home.  This was a discussion we had and they had not planned for that.  The installation team was like all others, want in and out as fast as possible (can't blame them, time is money) however, the products do need to acclimate.  We had a discussion and we compromised.  They prepped day 1 and installed day 2.  They moved heavy furniture, took up all the old carpet and hand scraped every inch of the floor.  They cleaned that up, and put in a skim coat to level everything and smooth it out.  Then they put down the glue and installed the planks.  They laid them evenly and straight.  I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome they look and feel.  I had about 1100 sq feet to cover and they worked late on the second day to finish the job.  I would have preferred they come back the next day and that may be another discussion point you will have to have with your installer about hours and time frame.  I let it go and stayed with them to finish about 8pm.  Like I said, all installers are about saving time and getting it done while the homeowner just wants them to take their time and do it right.  That's always the painful part of hiring someone in my opinion.   All in all they did do a great job and I would hire them again.  Knowing what I know now, I would plan to have materials on site prior to installation and I would make sure to discuss start and end times of the day prior to start.  I've had the floors about a month now and I absolutely love this product! I have dogs, so, keeping the floors clean was always such a problem before, now, clean up is easy and quick.  Love, Love, Love the product.

  Both ladies that cleaned our house were very nice, efficient and effective. Everything we wanted cleaned was cleaned and cleaned well. We are very pleased with their service and price (via an Angie's List Big Deal).

  The service provided was average.  I noticed some areas where the grout was cleaner but many areas still look the same.  I'm most concerned with questions about the billing and the responsiveness to those questions.  When the technician left my house, he gave me an invoice which had a total of $124.48.  He charged my credit card $64.49 because I had an angies list voucher he credited me.  After he left I noticed that he had only credited me for a $59 Angie's List voucher when in I had actually purchased a $99 Anglies list voucher.  I called and left a message within an hour after he left.  When I didn't receive a call back, I went onto Angie's List and wrote in about my billing concern.  I received a response back that said I was not overcharged and they would call me the next day to explain.  They never called and I still haven't received an explanation of why they didn't credit me for the full $99 Angie's List voucher.  It has been over a week at this point.  I would not use this business in the future.

  They did a good job, but deep cleaning wasn't what I'd call it.  They didn't clean my wood floors.  No mopping of any floors, dust still visible under furniture and our utility room wasn't even touched.  Where they did clean, it was a good job.
