I use them a lot but I'm probably not really happy with them. What I don't like about them; they always go in and look for something and find something, but they never show you the part; never show you the warn out part. I use them because I can get a credit over six months if I need it like that, and that helps me out sometimes. But I'm not really pleased with them. Interaction with them is fair. I'd say they were good.

They did pretty good work. They were pretty quick. They are a good bunch of people. Yeah, its depending on the vehicle I had. They had it done within twenty minutes. They rarely go beyond twenty minutes. They walked us through the recommendations on the invoice, and told us what they did. How much oil, and replaced the filter. If they recommending our transmission fluid changed, and couple things. They are always thorough of what other services you may need.

The check engine light was due to a sensor being out. They replaced the sensor and the light that fixed the engine issue. They forgot to address my second issue of not being able to put gas in my tank. It was not until I tried to add gas once I left them did I realize I still had the problem. I returned the car immediately. They noticed an object was crimping some part of the tank and that was not allowing me to place fuel in my car. They fixed the problem.

Easy manners with the front desk.  Helpful and polite.  They are usually busy and it takes time, but that's expected.  I had to ask to get the spare tire checked multiple times or they would have gotten an A.  They didn't reset the maint light once, so little things kept them from getting an A, but reliable.

They replaced my transmission back on 12/2010, so it was a year out of warranty, but well under the 100K miles it should have lasted. They still gave me a price break on the labor this time. I have used them many times in the past. Their cost seem a little high, but I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism and Christian values.

We had to have the Sirius radio replaced in our Veloster as it had quit working. They ordered the part and we planned to drop it off assuming it would take a while. My husband went in to the service shop while I ran an errand. They completed the replacement of the radio AND an oil change before I could go pick him up! He was there less than an hour and all work was nicely completed.

Found and replaced two broken ignition coil connectors.  Calibrated cylinders.  Replaced all cylinder coils.  Replaced spark plugs.  Parts were $420, Labor was $325 (plus taxes).  Car was running much better.  Took it back in on June 17 due to rough riding.  Discovered that the wiring harness had issues.  Fixed that and then the car was able to be sold.  This cost another $370 in Labor.  But after the repairs was able to sell the car for $7,000, would not have been able to sell without repairs.

Orson always called me to let me know what the issue was before doing the work.  And the estimates were consistent with the actual price of the repair.  So I have used him twice.  Today I have taken my girlfriend's car in for service as it died on her on the way to work.  Stay tuned for another review.

This has been my shop for many years.  Nick is always fair and honest in his dealings.  If you car does not need repair, he will not say it does.  His wife works in the office and is very good about getting the paperwork and scheduling done right.

We bought our Toyota Prius from Toyota of Dallas. The service was free. The sales were typical, really. They were very professional and he listened to me. Of course, he tried to sell me other stuff, or tried to get me to upgrade. But he was professional and polite and courteous. The negotiation went pretty well as I expected. We paid less that we expected to, so yes, he listened and found us what we wanted. I don't often go there for service because it is a bit far away and the whole area seems to be a construction site!

We take our cars to the manufacturer. The tune up was free. They are fairly efficient. It is kind of tricky to get to because it is off the main drag, and that isn't clearly shown. They have a shuttle service there that either takes you home or to work, and they will pick you up as well when the vehicle is completed. They always wash it when it is done, which is a nice thing. They do a very good job. They are done when they say they are going to be done, which is important to me.
