  • Larry was courteous, prompt and professional. I called him on Thursday and he arrived first thing Friday morning. He determined that our oven needed to have the locking mechanism replaced. He was kind enough to show my husband how to replace the part so we wouldn't have to pay the service and installation charge for him to install the part. He even told us where we could get the part. Of course, he did tell us to call him if we had any problems with the installation and he would come out and do it for us. Within a few hours, the part was installed and the oven is working perfectly. It was so nice to have a repairman who was willing to help us to save some money on the repair. We will be using him for any appliance repairs that we have in the future.

  • The very first thing that impressed me is Mr. Harrison returned my call within 15 minutes. This is the fastest return call I have ever received from any Angie provider. I explained the problem with the ice maker. I gave him the model # of my refrigerator so he could call about the part price. He called me back with the part pricing and was able to give me an exact estimate of what the total price would be. $125 for ice maker, $86.83 for water valve, $75 service call, $25 labor, $17.55 tax. He had an opening for the next day at 10:00 am. He arrived a few minutes early which I appreciated. He immediately went to work. In addition to repairing my ice maker, he changed out my water filter (I already had the filter on hand) and vacuumed my refrigerator coils. Mr. Harrison is a very nice, easygoing person who I enjoyed working with in my home. I put his number in my contact list. He is my new appliance repair technician who I will be calling for all my future appliance repair needs.

  • Couldn't get another business to come out to look at my fridge and after the 3rd attempt when the other guys didn't show up I called Appliance Pros and they came out the same day.  Had to order some parts and came out a couple of days later and fixed the problem.  Quick, professional, reasonably priced, and very friendly from Gary the serviceman to Susan in the office.  Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

  • I used Nisi Texas- Appliances & Repair.  We used them in March 3rd of 2016.  It cost $245.27.  They ended up double billing me and it was, despite my leaving six voice mails they never called me back.

  • I wouldn't recommend them. We have a refrigerator with an extended warranty and they hardly worked on it for a month. It's probably because we had an extended warranty that's why they took so long to fix it. You can't talk to anybody because they can't give you any number to contact so in my opinion they are complaint-proof. You can't talk to them or ask them anything. They just told us that they will tell the dispatch to hurry. We are at their mercy and we are very irritated with them. I would not use them again. It has worked well since then, but I just wish I had paid someone else to fix it. The guy was professional, but they took so long.

  • The tech took his time to show me everything. There was a $55 flat fee to look at my washer. There was nothing they could do to fix it because of how the appliance was made. He was very upfront about the cost and what needed to be done.

  • Eric explained that a power surge can mess up the sensor for the temperature in the fridge.  He unplugged it and plugged it back in.  He also pulled it out and cleaned the dirty intake vent and even swept the dirt out from behind it!  He didn't charge any labor for these things, so we just paid the service fee.  He was honest and nice and we will  use this company again and refer others to them!

  • I purchased the Big Deal after already using a big deal from A-Ford-Able. I have sent emails and called roughly a dozen times since the initial purchase. Another problem is that the original coupon that he did fulfill has a second trip warranty that cannot be used either. There has been no communication from the vendor.

  • Don has been out before to repair my oven with great success, so I called again when I had issues with my refrigerator. He said he knew what was wrong and would get the part and be out late that afternoon.  He arrived and replaced the circuit board.  It worked fine for about a couple months, then it went out again.  There is a 6 mo parts & labor warranty on his receipt...however when I try to reach him, of course I get no return call.  I assume he is unwilling to repair again under his warranty since he has not returned the 3 messages I have left over a weeks time.  I just want it fixed right  under the warranty he so proudly points out on his receipt.
Hes done good work in the past ....don't understand why this time hes non-responsive ...possibly waiting for the warranty to run out before he calls me back???

  • E & M charges for the initial visit but you then apply that to the repair.  They ordered the part for my dryer and came back when expected and the dryer has worked perfectly since then.
