    All American Haul Offs LLC
Called All American Hauloffs and sent them a picture of what I needed hauled off. They gave me a quote per load and an estimate of how may loads. It took more loads than estimated. The crew packed the trailer as full as possible each time. I think it would be difficult to get the number of loads just from a picture.

Excellent! Returned the first call within just a few minutes. Made appointment for the next day, would call to let me know he was on the way, was early/on time, checked system, gave me a quote, explained what was going on. Made repairs and set up system for this year!! Cleaned up afterwards and I am very happy! Would definitely recommend Mike aka Sarge!!!

    Realtime Electrical Solutions, INC.
In June 2018, I had work performed by Randy Kalin Seemans and Realtime Electrical Solutions. This work resulted in five items that became an issue after the service was performed: the motion light that was installed remains on all the time and annoyed my neighbors, the "nest" thermostat that the electrican attempted to install resulted in my HVAC system malfunctioning while the electrician was still in my household (he told me he was unable to fix the malfunction), sprinkler system was damaged when the lamppost was installed (Realtime attempted to correct), the opening for lightswitch that was added (from a two toggle to a three toggle switch) was made too big that when a cover plate is added there's a 1/4" gap that's showing, and the outside outlets have exposed wires that were unprotected resulting in a the wire becoming disconnected for the outlet. I have notified by voicemail, and in writing about the above issues. I was informed that payment of all services must be paid, before corrections can be made. Since this didn't seem right, I paid separately for the above corrections: motion light, HVAC, irrigation system, large lightswitch gap, and exposed wires. The largest correction expense was for the HVAC system for $175. The others were only about $100 each to correct. From a suggestion, I decided to review the final inspection from the permit that was to be obtained for the installation-- which included work in the breaker box. Today, I learned that there was not a permit requested or given for my installation. There are only a new fence construction and irrigation installation permits associated with my address. Nothing for electrical. Not cool. Furthermore, my city has informed me that an inspection now needs to be performed for a fee of $75 to have the city inspector inspect the electoral work. I'm definitely not happy.

    Rick's Tree Service
Rick visited the site and gave us a written estimate. His price was less than 1/2 the competition. He returned when promised, stayed with his 2 workers, shredded all the branches with professional grade equipment and returned to grind the stumps the next day. Very personal and cleaned up very well.

    ET landscaping & sprinkler services
Upon my first contact he was very professional and we discussed what I was looking for and I explained my budget and my limited schedule. He was able to evaluate and get me an estimate promptly. ( I had called two other companies but they made my distance and schedule feel like I was an inconvenience.) I was initially hesitate on spending money on a the sprinkler system and landscaping, but I'm amazed how much better my land already looks. I feel confident I picked the right company and I spent my money wisely.

    Ayala's Landscaping & Tree Service
I was concerned that removal of three large oak trees might damage my fence, chicken house or other nearby trees.  They scaled the trees and lowered limbs to the ground on ropes.  I was very happy that no damage occurred.

    Graves Lawn & Landscape LLC
We got an estimate for grading, slab, drip foundation, and fence post removal. After the Graves slab installation went so poorly, we cancelled all but the fence post removal. During the first rain after slab installation we realized the slab was incorrectly sloped toward the house, so rainwater collected and flooded the porch. After telling the owner, he became agitated and tried hard to convince us that the slope was ok. He came out with some rented survey equipment to measure the slope and tried to convince us the slope was ok when a simple golf ball or a garden hose would easily shown it was inadequate. I got several estimates from cement contractors to remove and re-install the slab which all ended up being less than just the installation by Graves! All of the contractors agreed that the slope was not correct and not per standard practice. I had the slab removed and re-installed by a reputable concrete company and am very happy with the their job. Other issues- they broke a sprinkler line during fence post removal and had to shut off water to the house. The problem came when they had no urgency to fix the pipe and restore water to the house. Also, good luck getting them to answer the phone- which is odd because the seemed to always be on his cell phone on the job. Their ONLY redeeming quality was that they refunded the money for the slab, however their mistake put us way behind on our landscape plans and we are still catching up.

    Graves Lawn & Landscape LLC
The owner Wesley Graves and his crew were very professional and through.  This was going to be a big project since I had more than 2 acres I needed to provide water to.  I needed bubblers for over 80 newly planted shade and fruit trees as well as irrigation for lawn. I explained that my existing system was faulty in many regards and currently not working.  I only had sprinklers in the front yard and flower garden.   In addition, my existing system had a station with too many sprinkler heads and pressure was too low to water effectively. We walked the property again after the estimate was given to verify my expectations.  This was more for my peach of mind.  Wesley assured me he could do the job and we sealed the deal with an old fashioned hand shake. The following week I had 6 guys show.  He and his team were able to tie in my old system effortlessly and make an impressive change in my landscape today.  They fixed the low pressure problem by separating that one station into two stations.  The low pressure in front yard solved. They had to repair the configuration of the the in line valves of the old system which kept separating because they were not installed incorrectly.  The only thing that slowed his team down was the rain we finally got.  I can't brag on his team enough.  They are friendly and disciplined HARD workers who worked from 8 am until 7 pm in 98-100 degree heat to get the job done. They cleaned the area and made sure everything was in working order before they left.  I need a new patio as well and I will not hesitate to use GRAVES LAWN again.

    Green Worx LLC
Casey responded to my initial email quickly, suggested a type of tree I hadn't considered (and eventually went with), and came out on time to walk through the yard before striking a deal. They worked quickly. The trees and flower bed look great.

    Sharper Image Tree Company
I received a prompt response to my inquiry on the same day and I was surprised they were willing to come out on New Year's day to give me an estimate.  They provided the estimate and came out the very next day to complete the service.  The crew was extremely professional, courteous and efficient.  They were very careful to remove the tree without damaging anything else around them.  After they were done, the team did an excellent job picking up all the debris.
