    Frymire Services Inc
All consumer and property manager beware of this is not the old frymire anymore. they are under new ownership and with bunch rip-off tech! I am the property manager with a handyman and were unable to get the heat pump furnace relay replaced on time so I gave them another chance to do it base on good experience in previous. however, the tech used old school trick:telling me his truck dont have the relay and need to get the parts then will call me back. lone story short, we end up been charged for 290 for just a relay! and he even quoted us for a bad run capacitor for total 460!! we called them to provide a detail work invoice as usual and they never send to us so we end up to tell landlord that's how it is.. Huge mistake I ever made..don't trust them at all!!

    One Hour Air
They were able to diagnose and fix my problem promptly. The owner and tech that came out were professional and friendly. My complaint is the pricing. They charge $75 a pound for 410a freon. And about $250 an hour for labor. You could save hundreds by calling a few other places and asking about this before deciding who to service your unit. Mine needed 8 pounds, which is $600 here. About 3 hours to install the evap coil, $750. The coil was under warranty. Shop around.

    1st Class Heat & Air
GREAT!  Art Garza was my technician.  He is VERY professional.  He took time to answer ALL of my questions.  He gave me tips on keeping the system up and running at peak efficiency.  I am VERY, VERY pleased.  1st Class Heat and Air is not only their name, it is the way they do business.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

Neighborhood Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
Called Neighborhood Heating and Air at 8am and David Smith arrived just before 10am to diagnose our AC system which had stopped cooling the evening before.  Took him just a few minutes to find and repair the problem with our compressor.

He even took the time to explain how to improve our ac drain setup and how they could help fix one of the "hot spots" in our house.

Best AC call I've ever experienced.  Will definitely call them again!

    Dimensional Contracting
It went great.  They were done within 45 minutes.  Very courteous (both employees).  Cleaned up any debris.  And left our home the way they found it.  I was very pleased.

    Dal Star Services
We've used Mike at Dal Star Services for several years. He is absolutely the best AC service we've ever found! Not only is he punctual and never wastes your time. He is honest, reliable and exceedingly reasonable in pricing. Mike has serviced 2 homes for us. The newest home had some previous AC issues (he did not install the original system) and he's carefully inspected the system and helped out every time we've needed him. At our previous home, the AC needed to be replaced but we didn't have the money at the time (several years ago). Mike worked with us to piece our system together to keep it in fantastic working order until we could replace the system. He could have tried to upsell us and convince us we had to have a new system, to make himself money. However, he did not. He listened to us, understood our budget and our needs and worked within those constraints. He is the most honest service technician we've ever worked with. The only complaint I have is that he's not a plumber and electrician, too. I'd happily use him for everything house related if I possibly could. You can't go wrong with Dal Star.

    AC and Heat LLC
I have been using Randy at AC and Heat for 4 years now. Always thorough, always fair and most importantly, honest. I have referred many to him or suggested they get a second opinion prior to replacing a system as each and every time, he has saved these people thousands of dollars by actually troubleshooting the issue to the faulty component and replacing it instead of the whole unit. He is obviously interested in providing great customer service in lieu of short term profits - and that's why he will continue to be the AC contractor that I use and refer my friends to.

    Dal Star Services
He gave a first time customer a discount and it was like 89$. He is really good and he answered the phone when I called. He came right out. His father had passed away and he could not come a couple of days. He said all my air conditioning needed was to be tightened. He climbed up the ceiling and fixed it.

Neighborhood Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
Neighborhood H&A was recommended by a friend that found this company on Angie's List. They liked his service so we asked him out to give us a quote for a new ac unit in the house we were selling. David came out promptly, was pleasant and professional. His quote was lower than the other two we had we received, plus David's included additional items the other two companies didn't consider. The work went as scheduled, his employees were professional, cleaned up after themselves and stayed on task. After selling the house and moving into our new home, we had Neighborhood H&A come out to do maintenance on our ac, install an additional run to a back bedroom and he installed two returns to make our system run more efficiently. While performing this work, David found a leak in the refrigerant line and repaired. Neighborhood H&A will be our first call whenever we need any work done in the future. I highly recommend this company.
