    My mother chose this outfit for her leg vein care. I wish she had stuck with Dr Kakish in Plano. Dr An is all words and no results. Had I known she had only been in practice 2 years, I would have encouraged my mother to seek treatment elsewhere. What was supposed to be a stent in her leg turned into another operation to install a graph which in turn turned into the graph clotting not once but twice. After 6 months of unsuccessful treatment from Dr An, my mother went in for a 4th operation to dissolve the clot. That turned into a 5 day nightmare that ended with the death of my mother. I will spare you the details as they are too horrific to share. If you care for yourself or loved one do not "hire" Dr An as the Surgeon. She would be better off as a "butcher" in a meat market.

    He's a young guy. The first time I had a stent put in was in January. I just went in on my own and I was having difficulties. The second time was March of 2013 when I actually had a heart attack and they terrified me. The cardiologists that did the actual stents were part of this office. They were always so friendly and caring and compassionate and they're always joking. When I had my heart attack, it was a really bad deal and they had to put four stents in. The guy talked to me, joked with me, we sang together because he was listening to music. When I go and see Dr. Woodham at the office, he's very in-depth conservation-wise as far as the different things that I do, his hobbies and he asks about mine. It has definitely been a great experience with them. He is really very personable. I'm amazed at what he remembers from our conversations. When I call for an appointment, their reminder service is big. They send text messages, they call. They're just great people. Dr. Woodham is young, he's tall, he's good-looking. Dr. Anthony Yoon is a pretty good-looking guy, too. My experience has all been great with them every time I go in there.

    It went very well.  Since this was my initial appointment with a new physician, I arrived about 15 minutes early to complete any needed paperwork.  The office staff was very organized, efficient and friendly.  I was able to complete the paperwork and be input into their system.quickly.  After the paperwork, I was taken immediately to take my vitals and then taken to an exam room.  I had to wait about 15 minutes in the exam room, not too bad.  I met with the nurse/practitioner and we discussed several issues, scheduled a physical and wrote some prescriptions.  Miss Hornsby has great communication skills and appears to be very experienced.
    All in all, I'm very satisfied with the care I received.

    The doctor's office was locked. We called the number on the door. The person that made the appt answered and said the doctor was probably there but in the back. We waited five more minutes. No one came to the door, so we left.

    Dr. Humeniuk was very personable. He took the time to make sure we knew exactly what was happening with the healing of our son's broken ankle. He went over the scans and talked to our son to make sure he understood what was happening. We felt very comfortable in the office and felt confident in Dr. Humeniuk's care. His staff was very friendly- we had to change our original appointment date and they worked with us to make sure we had an appointment that suited our needs. His exam rooms are geared towards kids- we were in the and quot;superheroand quot; room, which made our 13-year-old son very happy- he thought it was cool to be in a room with a huge Spiderman wall. We highly recommend Dr. Humienuk to anyone who needs orthopedic care for their children.

    Dr. Bonacquisti's staff is very friendly and welcoming. Whenever we see Dr. B, he is friendly and talks to us as if we were old friends. He always talks to any family member about their interests, bringing up conversations from previous visits. He always makes a big deal about our sons' activities and makes all of us feel comfortable in discussing any issues with him. His nurses are quick to return phone calls and are always accomodating to any need we might have. We've been patients of Dr. B's for over ten years now and have no plans in switching to another doctor. We highly recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for a great family doctor.

    Palm Valley Medical Clinic
    First visit was fine. Had lab work done. Two weeks later I called for results, since I wasn't notified. Was put on hold for 20 minutes then told to make an appointment to get lab results, which I thought was odd. PA went over results at my appointment, and prescribed medication without discussing side effects or offering any options. She curtly responded to my questions about potential side effects. I left there frustrated that I had to make an appointment to begin with, pay $30 for not much service/information, did not feel included in my treatment decisions, then had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to check out, as the receptionist was busy checking in the many patients in the waiting room. At this point, I was just ready to leave and had decided I would find a different provider - no big deal.
    However, when I picked up the prescription I was given, I read the information sheet carefully since I felt under-informed after my visit, only to discover that I have a known (severe - in the emergency room, can't breathe) allergy to one of the ingredients, which I included in my written history AND discussed with the PA at my first visit. I feel that had the PA taken the time to discuss my condition and options with me, instead of prescribing whatever she was used to, she might have realized that I could not take that medication. Aside from just the annoyance of an overbooked office which clearly is more about booking appointments than quality patient care and having to make an additional appointment for lab results, which any other doctor I've ever seen would do over the phone or even via email, the carelessness in prescribing medication made my decision to not return a no-brainer.

    My overall experience with Dr. Tucker has been excellent.  He’s prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  He offers suggestions and other ways to deal with things.  He goes on a conservative route to troubleshoot problems.  So it’s kind of where I am at with that.

    I saw Dr. Christian Royer for  a very painful bunionette (bunion on the small toe side of the foot). The surgery was well explained and included cutting through the small toe bone, and using a screw to realign it. As the pain was minimal with the medication, the worst part of the procedure was using the crutches for a few weeks. Everything went according to plan, and the eight weeks off work was an accurate estimate. Dr. Royer is very friendly, caring, and cautious in recovery time. The Physicians Assistant and office staff are very helpful also.

    I have been seeing Dr. Pounders for almost 20 years and followed him to this office location. He is very warm and knowledgeable and an excellent Internist. I have recommended several friends to him over the years. I see Dr. Pounders for regular preventive checkups as well as any medical problem. This was a follow-up to an earlier appointment when I had been having digestive problems. The medication Dr. Pounders prescribed has worked wonders, and the problem has practically gone away. He is very empathic and always listens to my medical concerns - I never feel rushed when I am there.
