As survivors of an EF4 Tornado, we have had both good and bad experiences with remodeling and can tell you that New Bath did a great job from start to finish. This bathroom, in addition to being 32 years old, was one of the last rooms to be redone and suffered from years of hard use as we rebuilt the rest of our home. Mary was extremely helpful in assisting us with color selections and worked with us on pricing. Robert and Mike did a great job on the actual remodeling and kept very close to the original schedule, despite one setback that they turned into a real positive. One piece of the Onyx material came in cut to the wrong dimensions (not their fault) and had to be reordered. Reordering did extend the job by a few days, but they figured out a way to turn the wasted piece into a countertop that ended up adding greatly to the look of the room, turning the loss into an asset. Throughout, they were pleasant to have in our home and were always punctual and meticulous in their cleanup. Cruz and his Dad also did a great job of texturing and painting. We converted the room from wallpaper and have never seen a better application of texturevery even and uniform. Were now moved back in and couldnt be happier with our new bathroom. Thank you, New Bath!

    JPR Remodeling and Handyman Services
One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The work the preformed was fantastic. They paid attention to every detail and were super thorough. All the way down to cleaning up every bit of dust that was made. I had a bunch of special requests for my remodel and they happily completed everyone. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was phenomenal. My bathroom looks amazing and the price was very reasonable for all the work I had done. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

    Texas ReBath
When black mold was discovered behind my tiles in the shower my simple refresh was tossed by the wayside. I had seen Re-Bath at the home show and like the idea of seamless walls instead of grout lines. They came out, gave an estimate and I signed up to have them do the work. It required taking down the walls to the studs, putting up the proper green board and pouring a new shower pan. The idiot builder had put tiles to regular sheetrock in the shower! Unbelievable. The tear down took a couple of hours, with the new walls going up plus pouring the new pan. The connection for the new shower hardware went up also. The next day the sheets of material went in place with silicon caulk at the seams. I didn't use the shower for a couple of weeks because the shower enclosure was being made to fit the new surround. Very happy with the new walls.

Patrick and his crew did and excellent job. They removed the old vinyl flooring in our kitchen, nook and laundry room and replaced it with porcelain tile. The removed our old fiberglass shower and replaced it with a beautiful tile shower. Mario did an amazing job removing the old shower without damaging our existing wallpaper and crown moldings. The new shower is beautiful. All of the subcontractors (tile, plumbing, electrical and glass) were excellent. They always arrived on time and strived to keep disruption to a minimum. All work (except the glass which could not be sized until the shower was completed) was done in 1 week. We are very pleased with the end result.

Cassandra Marie Sweet 21 minutes ago Poor quality workmanship. Will not return emails. Will not correct work that was preformed below a professional standard. In may I received a quote to have my cabinets refinished and granite counter tops installed. The salesman, Bill Shaw, was very nice and promised a superb professional job. I should have known something was wrong when the install date kept getting moved and I always had to initiate contact. First I was told it work take 1 week to finish my cabinets. That would be sanding, staining and polyurethane. I was promised that the paint in the kitchen would be touched up where the stain made contact and that everything would be left clean. I believe "TURN KEY" was the phrase used. One guy showed up to work on my cabinets, He did a great job at sealing off the work site and covering the floors. For the rest of the week, he came and went working a few hours here and there. After 3 weeks the kitchen was still not complete and the quality of work that was done was VERY POOR. You can see all the sanding marks, the color is not uniform, the poly does not even extend to the top of the cabinets. I contacted the owner, he came out and said that this was quality work, but promised that he would have someone correct the areas I had an issue with. This never happened. During this time, the granite counter tops were installed. When I returned on him the evening the cook top and the sink were left unplumbed. The granite was VERY grainy to the touch. Again, I contacted SAL, the owner and he said he would send someone back out to fix it. The sink was plumbed and the stove was connected, great! But the counter tops were still a mess. Someone came out, scrapped them with a razor and sprayed some more sealer on them. There are stains, CHIPS, and unevenness to the counter tops. This entire process has been a complete mess. I paid really good money to have this work done by a professional and it is ammeter at best. When I contact Bill, the sales guy, he tells me to talk to the owner. The owner will not return my emails. I have contacted other contractors to see how much it would cost to finish and correct the job. I was told it would be THOUSANDS of dollars in order get the job done correctly. I was told that the cabinets will cost more to fix at this time then it would have been if it was done correctly the first time.

    S & D Remodeling
Last year we had significant remodeling work done to our house and we love our kitchen and baths, though we have several issues with quality and the owner's integrity with honoring warranties. We have several quality issues with kitchen cabinetry which the owner acknowledged and supposedly ordered. We have crooked drawers and cabinet doors that have slightly warped and have "streaks" in the finish. We have texted and called the owner many times and even filed a report with the BBB which the owner answered by stating he would contact us. He has not. During the remodel, the only time we ever saw the owner was when a payment was due or when there was an issue I called about. The workers, as professional as they were, are not all as detailed oriented as they should be as there were tiles laid very off-center which we had to ask to be redone in the bath, cabinet handles not centered, etc. We also have can lights in kitchen which are having issues with working/not working randomly and we can't determine brand so we can try to replace ourselves. Though the owner stated there is a job supervisor on site at all times not sure I would qualify that as a believable statement. Not sure who it actually was. Most days there were only two employees, though at times three. VERY slow project. Not much attention to care of property during their work as they stapled plastic to doorframes, leaving staples behind; laid plastic down over laminate floor and moisture accumulated creating a warp; propped ladders against freshly painted walls. Owner did not seemed concerned with any of this. If you choose to use this contractor, ENSURE all quality concerns are addressed BEFORE final payment. I remember writing the last check to him and saying I trusted he would address the issues.

    Calahan Construction & Air

Stacy Callahan (Owner) was wonderful in the prep process. Mr. Callahan walked through the areas I was looking to remodel, asked questions and made helpful recommendation. The price quoted for tiling floors in one full bath, one half bath and a laundry room was excellent and the quality of the work outstanding. The owner was very helpful as well in giving input on flooring  options and other local businesses that I could visit for making my selections.

My family and I were very pleased. The team arrived punctually each morning ad worked consistently throughout the day. The window was during the holidays and the Callahan Construction team was excellent about avoiding (to the degree possible ) other activities in progress.

The whole process was fast, easy and priced perfectly. My family and I were very pleased and I'm already anxious to get a quote on a master bathroom remodeling job. Can't wait ! The Jackson Family highly recommends this business.

I called to set up an estimate. They took all of my information to set up the appointment for the following weekend. They said they can't schedule an appointment unless both my husband and I were present and then hung up on me. I asked to speak with the owner, Mark, but no one ever called me back.

We were very pleased with this company. They had storage solutions that were an issue in our existing cabinets. The design and layout was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this company.

    Gary Groce Builders
I approached my first experience with a remodel with great trepidation, having heard horror stories about contractors. Turns out, I needn't have worried. Gary was a consumate professional from start to finish. He gave a prompt, complete, professional quote. He was very sensitive to the need to keep costs down. For example, all the other contractors who gave me quotes said they had to replace the 9-foot double sink vanity unit -- an expensive proposition. Gary was the only one who said, "No, we can repair that -- there's no need to replace it". And looking at the unit now, you can't even tell where the repair was made.

His crew was there for a full day every day, and they worked *hard*. All the work they did was uniformly of the highest quality. They took great pains to protect things in my house (which is full of antique furniture). Yet every day when they left, they cleaned up so thoroughly that the only way I could usually tell they had been there was to open the door to the bathroom. The job was finished on schedule, and a couple of small follow-up items were dealt with immediately.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Gary to anyone
