    AC Cornerstone Bld LLC
Due to the size of our project, Allan and his team spent several months on our property. They were consistently honest, punctual, reliable, and delivered a quality product. My husband and I have flipped a few homes and understand the pains of flakey sub-contractors and shotty work all too well. Working with Allan was a nice break from those headaches. Anytime there were issues or concerns, they were promptly corrected and fairly addressed. I should also mention that they were always clean, which I really appreciated due to us living in the home that was being remodeled. They cleaned up every day after they were done and always kept the job site tidy. What I liked the most about Allan is that he manages his projects himself and checks in on his team's or any subs brought in to direct them and review their completed work. If they did something wrong Allan would point it out and tell us what he was doing to fix it versus hiding it. At the time of our project Allan seemed to run in the mid-range when it came to cost, but the peace of mind and quality work he delivers are well worth it. His team of skilled workers all seemed to have worked for him for years and I'm sure that's due to him paying them fair wages and not using undocumented laborers. During the year + he worked for us, we only saw 1 employee leave and always saw the same faces at our house. I can't say enough about how happy we are now with the finished property and how grateful we are to Allan and team. The decision on who to trust for large, stressful, and expensive home construction project is a big one. I would encourage anyone to reach out to recent prior customers for insight on their personal experience. I'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have: Jeanette_Gregg@dell.com. Best of luck with your project!

    Capitol Renovations
It went phenomenally! As I've grown as a woodworker, I needed a dedicated space to work. So I hired Fred with Capitol Renovations to build a new 12x16' building behind my home where I could store tools and make things. It's now the envy of my woodworking friends and family, with a beautiful appearance, stairs and landing for the front door, a large barn door and ramp on the side for moving large tools and wood pieces in and out, and power outlets everywhere (even in the ceiling!) It's intelligently designed and is a very functional workspace. Fred has done other work for me, as well. Removing dated columns and popcorn ceilings, remodeling my dining room, fixing a roof leak near my chimney, replacing the electrical panel box, and installing smart home outlets so that my lights are all voice-controlled. He's my go-to guy for everything inside and outside my home!

    Sheds and More
Sheds & More was extremely easy to deal with. They visited on site very quickly and I had a bid later that day. The actual build took one day, start to finish. Quality is very good and I would highly recommend their services.

    Sheds and More
The process was very easy. If you are in the need for a customized Shed this is the only way to go. If you have the know how you can buy a pieces parts version from Home Depot and try it yourself but for just a few dollars more you can get a quality Shed built on site. The Shed I had gotten was built to look and match a free standing structure I already had in my back yard. The structure is well built and I have had no issues with it what so ever.

    Mr. Handyman of NW Austin
Marshall Coker showed up exactly at the time committed.  He quickly got to work.  He listened carefully to what we needed and did an excellent job.   Price was exactly as quoted.  I am extremely happy with the completed job and will definitely use again.  In fact, I will request Marshall.

    Sheds and More
Professional organization all the way from first sales contact to finished product.  It took me some time to decide on what it was I wanted, from sun room to covered patio, and finally settled on covered patio.  This is a beautiful product, and the fact that all their employees are full time employees makes a huge difference, as each knows his job.   Supervisor here to check progress every day, and I was notified of when to expect installers at my house.  Whole project went very smoothly from start to finish with no delays.  If any complaints or concerns, those were quickly rectified.  My only complaint is that when I asked about installing tile or not on the concrete, I was told that most people don't do that.  That became an immediate problem for me as the concrete is already a mess and cannot be cleaned properly.  I will be getting tile installed ASAP.  The screened patio is a beautiful addition to my home.

Carl was quick to answer my questions and provided several options. Once we had HOA approval, he was ready to start. The entire process took 2 days from start to finish since I had the shed built on a concrete slab. Quality, fit & finish is terrific. Would use again.

    Millco Contracting

Very pleased with the result as the shop came in on budget and it matches the house well.   Mike is as advertised, he was always there and did most of the work himself or with an employee or two.  We had 2-3 subcontractors for specific tasks and that was disclosed up front.  I found mike to be laid back and willing to make adjustments as we went along.

I really can't say too much other than they did the project perfect just like we wanted. I highly recommend them. They came on time, they did everything that we asked them to do, and they cleaned up after themselves. We were really impressed. They are pretty expensive but again, he does a lot of custom work for big ranches in Texas. He is highly specialized and very qualified.

    Hutson Construction
Ken has been working with us for a few months, bidding out a job to clean up from a previous contractor. He has been awaiting starting until we could get the completion from the other team. Finally giving up, I consulted with Ken to hire him to do the previous contractor punch list. Oh Boy, do I wish I had called Ken first. First, the guy is an extreme professional. He spoke over the phone and was willing to take on the job for a Sunday - there was of course a slight up charge for this, but that is to be expected. He listened to my punch list of actions, and quoted me a price both for completion, and with the upcharge. He was willing to schedule during a non-upcharge day, but due to personal constraints I was willing to pay for the Sunday work.
He set a time, and he arrived punctually. He had brought an assistance, and they immediately went to work. They found additional items during the course of the day, and addressed each of them in stride. Overall, I ended up getting a tremendous amount of work done, both part of the bid and additional add on handyman type of items. (He helped re-install fire alarms that had been replaced, and a few odds and ins, like a shim on a wobbly toilet.
He also reviewed all of the construction, electrical and plumbing work from the other contractors in the home, and gave specific recommendations on remediation and what was done well.
He has a very clear cut informational approach that makes it easy to understand what he is saying. He is very knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain in detail what needs to occur and why.
He is bidding on several more projects for me, and I anticipate a long and valuable relationship with this company/contractor in the future. Thanks Ken for the help and looking forward to the next project!
