    Fix-it-Flores
Steve did a great job, on-time arrival, and reasonable price for his excellent work! He fixed the misaligned door from our hall to the garage by bending the hinges and filling the strike plate so that the door wouldnt keep popping open. We already have him scheduling our next home projects! We are so glad to have found a such a skilled and trustworthy handyman.

Due to the size of our project, Allan and his team spent several months on our property. They were consistently honest, punctual, reliable, and delivered a quality product. My husband and I have flipped a few homes and understand the pains of flakey sub-contractors and shotty work all too well. Working with Allan was a nice break from those headaches. Anytime there were issues or concerns, they were promptly corrected and fairly addressed. I should also mention that they were always clean, which I really appreciated due to us living in the home that was being remodeled. They cleaned up every day after they were done and always kept the job site tidy. What I liked the most about Allan is that he manages his projects himself and checks in on his team's or any subs brought in to direct them and review their completed work. If they did something wrong Allan would point it out and tell us what he was doing to fix it versus hiding it. At the time of our project Allan seemed to run in the mid-range when it came to cost, but the peace of mind and quality work he delivers are well worth it. His team of skilled workers all seemed to have worked for him for years and I'm sure that's due to him paying them fair wages and not using undocumented laborers. During the year + he worked for us, we only saw 1 employee leave and always saw the same faces at our house. I can't say enough about how happy we are now with the finished property and how grateful we are to Allan and team. The decision on who to trust for large, stressful, and expensive home construction project is a big one. I would encourage anyone to reach out to recent prior customers for insight on their personal experience. I'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have: Jeanette_Gregg@dell.com. Best of luck with your project!

    Carnival Custom Painting
Carnival Painting did an excellent job. The team was always on time and stayed until they got the job done. They were very detail-oriented and did a good job prepping and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them and will use them if I need painting done again.

Mike was very professional throughout. We had couple of meetings about the design, materials quality etc. He built a wooden riser for back row seating that can be removed in the future if needed and used high quality materials. The construction of an additional wall was smooth and he even put an sound/thermal insulation to make it acoustic friendly. Staining of the door was perfect. Overall he did a great job on quality and cost. It probably took him little longer than expected. I would recommend anyone to hire him with confidence.

    Morningstar Landscaping & Construction Inc.
Jodi came out to look at our scary drainage issues we have a high slope that goes down and can be an issue in our backyard and house. She came up with a great idea to terrace the area using masonry work with stone, laid gravel and drainage inside, and soil to finish it for plantings. They also made a beautiful pergola and stained it too. There was some exterior painting we needed as well and had them complete that too. We are very pleased with the carpentry and Hardscaping work. Jodi then put in such great plants that we are very excited for our friends and family to see this holiday season. The crew were very kind and cleaned up everyday and communicated well. Highly recommend for landscaping and all the other services. they do.

I needed a wall and french doors installed for an office in my house. I called this man because he had done work in my son in laws house and the work came out good. He had given me a fair estimate so I agreed to have him do the work. He said he would have the store call me so I could pay for the doors and then he would be able to start.Unfortunately he was going to get the doors from a company that never called me. When I complained to him that we would lose another 4 - 5 days because they didnt call he got offended and said he would no longer be able to do the job. Well I can only say what a BABY. Unprofessional to hold me up from the time he took the bid request on June 25th until this morning July 5th to announce that he didnt feel like doing the job. I would never recommend this person to do any work for anyone despite the nice job he did for my son in law. He claimed he couldn't do the work due to other issues in the same sentence he complained about my text. As I said WHAT A BABY! When work dries up as it always does maybe he will learn to appreciate every customer.

Mike is an absolute life saver! He is super skilled with all areas of building and totally trustworthy. We have been having to work through finishing a wide variety of things on this house in a particular order as far as need and costs and he is very helpful in prioritizing what needs to happen first. He is very much in demand and tries to work with all of his customers as much as possible to fit in people that have critical issues. I can't wait to finish up on my son's "fixer upper" so I can get him over to our house for updates and other maintenance.

    Premier Restoration & Reconstruction
Very professional establishment! I appreciate the time the technician spent walking through my home and explaining the process to me, not rushing off to another job. He was very attentive in listening and answering any questions I had, along with kind and patient through out the process. Everything was tidy and organized from the estimate to my home at the end of the day thanks to the workers making it as if we could barely tell they had been there. Will be recommending Premier restoration & reconstruction to family and friends!

    Blue Diamond Remodeling Inc
We originally called Blue Diamond to bid based on the good reviews they had received. They did not disappoint. From the detailed quote, complete with drawings, to the finishing touches at the close of the project, the crew was professional and the results outstanding. This was the largest remodel we had ever taken on, and Richard Rucker talked us through the project milestones in advance, anticipating questions we didn't even know to ask. The drawings provided helped immensely. The project manager, Rex Burrow, kept us appraised of the schedule as the work progressed. Everyone involved was a pro. We are especially impressed with the tilework in the walk in shower, and the cabinetry, It was overall a very positive experience. We are extremely pleased with the results.
