    Capital State Remodel
Ariel is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Always punctual and always kept us informed of how the work was progressing. The quality of the finished product was outstanding. The only contraction would trust in the future to work in my home.

Pool design and installation went well. We really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy extended by our pool designer, Aaron Dumas. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed and on schedule.

    Outdoor Designs
My home almost flooded due to water run off. As soon as we could we hired Outdoor Designs to come out and help. Wes took measurements and determine the best option for regrading. The results were great. Now when it rains, water is diverted around the house.

    AC Cornerstone Bld LLC
He was friendly, professional, timely and happily tackled anything I threw at him. He kept my budget in mind during the whole process and did a great job keeping expenses down. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again in an instant. I cant say enough good things about my experience with him.

    Quality Foundation Repair
Quality Foundation Repair did an amazing job sinking piers to bedrock down 20 feet. The work was very fast and when they were finished, the clean-up was so effective you couldn't tell they had been there. Great people and fantastic experience!

    Centex Foundation Repair
post completion clean up could have been better. they could have used the front end loader to bust up the brick planter at the front of the house into smaller more manageable pieces. but, beyond that an overall good job

    Centex Foundation Repair
I contracted Centex Foundation Repair to fix the foundation of my house because I had a warranty by Centex from the seller of the house when I bought it in 2000. The foundation of the of the right side of the house was fixed by Centex, my foundation was sliding on the left side facing the street. Centex sent a staff member to inspect and measure the extent of the damage to the foundation. Prior to January 18th when the repair commenced, Centex sent 2 staff members, to walk through my empty house again with me upon request. I showed them possible location of plumbing pipes around the house. There was no leak around the house noted by the three of us at that time. So I signed a finance contract and paid $4,000 on January 18th, they started the repair. I received notification that work was completed on January 20 as opposed to the one week to ten days they told me, it will take to do the work. They refused to give me, an engineering report upon request or notify me of what was done and how the work was done. I moved back into the house on February 7th, and had no shower, or hot water for anything because the hot water had to be turned off to prevent further damage by a leak from a broken pipe during the repair . Meanwhile, I received an invoice with a charge of about $900 extra to pay Centex for the repair. I requested a recalculation and was snubbed by an employee named Melanie. I was notified via email, by this Centex staff member that a plumbing leak was noticed and I will be given $200 to have an expert conduct a leak test. I paid $350 to conduct the leak test done by a reputable plumbing company ARS Rescue rooter. I was charged $4,050 to rerout my plumbing to prevent further need to fix an underground leak. Meantime, I received a letter from Centex stating that the warranty offered will be null and void if the leak is not repaired within 90 days of the foundation repair. After the rerouting of my plumbing system, I faxed the receipt to Centex in less that 30 days. On March 18th, another staff member from Centex left a message on my answering machine stating that a drain line was also broken and I have to fix it otherwise if a problem occurs, I will have to pay Centex to fix it, emphasizing that the warranty will not apply to any problem that occur during the coverage period. He also said they will not pay to have the broken drain line fixed, that I should fix it and notify them. I contacted Centex Foundation threatening to contact an attorney because they had deceived me by not telling me what was broken and will not fix the pipes they broke during the work. I have also engaged the better business bureau to assist in resolving this issue. Centex's general manager is requesting that I ignore the email and phone call from their staff members also denying that pipes were broken. He also insists on not doing anything about the problems. I am currently making monthly payment of $300 finance fees. My desired outcome is that Centex pay for the pipes broken and make amends for the work and the trauma my family and I have been through because of their mistakes and negligence.

    Millco Contracting
Mike did a fantastic job and I will bring him back for adding the cabinets when received, as well as finishing out the old kitchen area (d*** this in two steps - new expansion and then tear out old and update). Mike has also been very flexible and patient with requests that we have and has offered much expert advice to help guide us through the process. On the days that Mike had to tend to other clients, he asked us ahead of time, to make certain we were all in sync. It was easy to get a hold of Mike and he was always punctual, giving us a morning status of what was next. I highly recommend Mike and his company.

    Trinity Foundation Repair & Roofing
My experience with them was horrible. I had to go through multiple other foundation companies to see what the differences were. I also had to pay an engineer because they were not honoring their warranty. It's been many months since I've started the process and tried to get them to work on my foundation. I was calling different people to work on my foundation because the people at Trinity said that there was no problem with it or that it wasn't a ground shift where they needed to do anything. I called them back multiple times but I got the same reply. They said they did not have that under warranty because the house had not moved over an inch. I told them that that wasn't true and that the house had moved over significantly. The two other companies I used confirmed this. I got a structural engineer from a different foundation company because Trinity wouldn't take their word for it. I'm waiting for the engineer's report so that I can give it to them and if they refuse, I'm going to have to get a lawyer. They do a lot of business and they are super busy. Despite that, they reached out to me as soon as they could. They came when they said they would.

    Quality Foundation Repair
They were great but the price was a little high. They responded to me within a day but they were super busy so I wasn't able to get an appointment for about 2 weeks. The recommendation that they gave me about what they wanted to do to my foundation involved high quality materials. They are very serious about their foundation work. I was impressed by their bid.
