Small dog had one eye lash cut, not the other. Large dog was cut w/complete groom. I didn't want him cut because he was a long haired Shepherd and paid extra for the breed. Just wanted groomed in the privates areas. Had a beautiful mane with black trim, now gone. It's not even growing back the same.

A nail clipping was $12. I would give them like a hundred million stars, they are fantastic. I love those guys. My appointment was at 1:00 and I left at 1:05 because I got in early. It was awesome. We’ve had our dog for 6 years, so we have been using them for 6 years.

I have been using them for about two years. We were driving by and we called then and started using them. We have a cat and it is hard to find a groomer for cat.  They have handled our request well and the groomers and good.

Overall, they did well. Not great, not bad, but just "good".
Price - They seem really high in terms of what you get. This is a small town vet associated with a bigger vet in Rowlett, located in a small re-furbed house and a small staff. They just can't charge the same prices, yet they do. They also up-sell and cross-sell on everything under the sun. It constantly feels like you get gouged any time you deal with them.
Quality - They do a very good job with my pet. I guess you get what you pay for, as they say, but I can't complain. There's something to be said about the fact that I'll be going back, even though I hate myself for it.
Responsiveness - They're terrible when it comes to responsiveness. They never answer the phone. They close for lunch, close on Mondays, close for super secret reasons, but for some reason I can always get a response via email. Go figure. Again, see my past note: I shouldn't be paying top price for this level of responsiveness.
Punctuality - They seem good enough here. They're always open when they say they'll be open, they've never rescheduled an existing appointment, and they do what they say they're going to do.
Professionalism - They have always been professional with me. The only reason I don't give them an "A" is Dr. Downes, the main vet as best as I can tell, is almost preachy and mean when interrogating you about your pet. They have other visiting vets that are so much nicer. I hope you get one of them instead.
Overall, there's probably better vets out there in the area, but these do an okay job.

We've been using them for about five years. They gave my dog some tests and called us after hours that same day to tell us the results. They told us it might be 19 hours before we heard the results, but it was earlier than that.

I thought it went fine at the time.  They were very nice and tried to take care of the problem.  However the eye just got worse and worse.   They could not tell me what was causing it.  Then I took the cat to a different vet and on the first visit he showed me that the cat's lower lid turned in a little and the small hairs rubbed against her eye and kept it irritated.  Told me there was a surgical procedure that could correct it.  Then, after further examination he determined that the cat has a heart murmer because of a condition she was probably born with so she is not a good candidate for the surgery.  I have to take her back for more tests to determine what kind of medication she needs to be on.  Pet Doctor listened to her heart every time I took her in and I feel they should have picked up on the heart condition.  It is pretty severe.  That is the main reason for my grading them low.

The photos on the website make this place look like a nice, clean facility. First of all, finding this place was difficult and isn't easy to spot. The grass was grown up past your knees and was not kept up to par by any standards. They did not want me to leave my dogs beds with them until I demanded that they put them in the kennel so my dogs could sleep in them. We went to pick up the dogs a little eRly and even though the people were home they would not allow us to get our pets until 4 pm. When driving home both pets got sick and were vomiting in the truck. This is very uncommon for my pets to be sick. I'm not sure what they were given but it did not turn out well. I will not be returning to this facility and do not recommend anyone else to use them either.

We love it there. Our favorite thing about them is the way they offer their care to the animals. They really care about the animals and the people. We think their price is probably high but we guess it's reasonable.

We moved from out of state to Texas on February 18th. on the 19th, we took our dog to see Dr. Sealock, as we had noticed her left eye was not normal and the tissue was swollen. we found Dr. Sealock on Angie's List. He and his staff were knowledgeable, caring, friendly. Dr.Sealock diagnosed Tess with conjunctivitus and prescribed eye drops. 24 hours later her eye is improving. Dr. Sealock explained about the allergens here in Texas that we will contend with. he will be Tess and Harley's Vet. i will recommedn Dr. Sealock to everyone.

I have been using Ridge Road Animal Hospital for about one year for both of my dogs and have been very pleased with their services. All the staff are very friendly, efficient, and compassionate. I would highly recommend.
