    They mounted a TV on a wall, service turned out very well. It was easy to schedule, they where here when they said. They figured out how to put the box behind the tv. Cleaned up after themselves. They were very friendly. Everything about the experience was really good.

    First, the response and follow-ups to all of my inquiries were almost immediate whether via cell, text, or email. In addition, the pricing was competitive and the work was superb.     It was good. We were pleased with it. The service was performed maybe about a week after we purchased the deal. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. But that's just because we requested them to put in an outlet as well. But we were aware that that was going to be an extra charge. The deal was $75 and the outlet was maybe $25 or $50. This was the first time we used the company. They were prompt in their response to get back to us to schedule the time to come out to do the service. They completed it quickly and just as we had expected it would be done. It has worked out great so far. They had to cut some holes in the wall in order to conceal the wires behind the wall and then they patched it up. We just needed to repaint over that area. But, it looks fine otherwise.

    the phone number i called was not answered a few times i had to call 3 times to get appointment scheduled. the voice mailbox was full -  this was kind of frustrating
    called before arrival, scheduled on a Saturday evening - this was very convenient for me, performed work as described, a crew of 2 completed the work in a timely manner, we moved the tv a couple times so that it was to my liking, they kept their work area clean

    Where do I begin?!?! The guys called when they were in route and arrived promptly at designated time slot. They thoroughly impressed me! I proactively pre planned for ATT to arrive during the same time....ATT was an hour late. The guys stuck around after the job was done to wait on receivers to complete the tv mounting installation. Here's where they WOW'ed me. It appeared the ATT tech was a rookie, the guys weren't! They saved the day and was able to assist the ATT tech with relocating a CAT5 wire and find the main location were wires are housed. They basically did the work the ATT tech was supposed too....yeah I know incredible right! They didn't leave until they had personally confirmed my cable and set up was done efficiently and effectively. They even wiped down the tv's to remove finger prints AND vacuumed. You just can't beat exceptional service, fair pricing and knowledgeable business owners who happen to be good people! Definitely will use them again and refer them to others.

    This "COMPANY" is a front for a variety of SUB-Contractors there are no actual employees!

    They appear to operate under a variety of webpages and ad campaigns.

    Poor / 0 Planning, Horrid Communications, Over Sold - Under Delivered, Un-finished, No Documentation

    I FEEL LIKE I was SCAMMED!


    First Crew 8-18-2014 arrived and did the bulk of the cabling.

    When they left there were no cables terminated so none of them were useable.

    Drilled a 2.5in hole through my load bearing support beam in my roof.

    They mounted the TV mounts OVER the power plugs and connectors so were unable to put wall plates on the connections.

    I have open holes behind my TV in the wall. The sheetrock is busted up with wrong holes and open holes due to their lack of planning.

    2nd Crew 8-28-204 (All different people)

    They only came prepared to connect RG6 / BNC cables so the Comcast would work but they did not have all the necessary tools so were only able to connect 3 TVs the cable and other TVs and Internet connectivity was still un operational.

    3rd Crew 9-10-2014 (All different people)

    They came to work on the labeling and connecting all the cables. They did not have the necessary tools to do all of the cables and were only able to connect some of the Ethernet cables. They had no testing equipment or labeling gear. They used my tape and a marker. They were unable to test the network cables and some of them are still non-functioning.

    4th Crew 9-20-2014 (All different people)

    These guys were told to address my non working surveillance system. The system was non functioning and was not useable.

    DVR and all 4 Cameras

    They instead focused on connecting my speaker wires and audio connections. This is the FIRST time that any of the equipment that was purchased was actually shown to function. They were not able to connect all speakers due to the fact that they required Volume controls that they did not have with them to install.

    Had a scheduled appointment with them at 9 at my house. At 9:15 I called them. They said they were still 45 min away. And said we had an appointment between 9-10. That was not told to me. I am not sure I will reschedule. Why can't anyone do what they say they will do!!!

    They were a bit late according to what I was told, but they did call me in the scheduled time frame and explained that they were in a bad traffic jam due to a wreck on freeway, but they were on the way. Once they got here and learned what we wanted, they started work immediately and were finished in a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I used a coupon for the TV installations. I expected the coupon to be good for only one TV but Michael (the owner) applied the same discounted price to both. Plus the price he charged me for the speaker installation was cheaper than he quoted me. They were also very cooperative when my wife came in and didn't like where the receiver and cable box were located (at my direction) and the way some of the wires were exposed going from the wall to the receiver (couldn't really be helped--it wasn't a wireless unit). They did re-arrange the units and tried to re-route the many wires as much as possible without complaint so that my wife was also satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

    We were thrilled that a tech could come out as quickly as they could. The estimate was reasonable and he came out right away - that's where the positives stopped. We were quoted 2 TVs mounted and a relocation of a wall outlet. The owner told us it would take no more than 2 hrs. Four hours later (10pm) we finally had the TVs mounted. We were quoted an hourly rate - and we understand that it's an estimate but despite being a "normal" job (as mentioned by the tech) it was fully double what we were quoted. The owner wouldn't answer our phone call to talk about the price so when the tech called to check in at the end of the job, we asked to talk to him. He was recalcitrant but ultimately we compromised on the price. That was not the end of our relationship with this terrible company. Two weeks later the TV mounted in our living room FELL OFF THE WALL! Despite emails with photos and multiple attempts at contacting them - we finally had to call our credit card company in order to dispute.

    I believe it was Jose who showed up first. He began work immediately. His helper came about and hour later. It took most of the Morning and part of the afternoon. They did a great job cutting out the holes for the speakers. They cleaned everything up. We are tech challenged and have had a few issues with the iPad controlling our patio area. I have called them several times And they are always helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend their services. Our experience has been great.
