    Joey's Plumbing
Joey is a fabulous plumber! On time, informative, and takes time to explain all the options. I have an old house so there were constant issues with the drains under the house. Joey told me exactly what was going on and offered solutions on how to tackle the problem the best possible way. He installed a top of the line toilet and made sure everything was running smoothly and perfectly cleaned up before he left! I am going to get another toilet in my guest bath after the new year to match the one in the master bath. Very happy with this work!

    Bryan's Plumbing
DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. They are rude and foul mouthed. My husband questioned a very high priced bill which as a consumer we have the right to do. The charges were unreasonable and not even comparable to other local plumbers. The man threw several F*@! Bombs at my husband. The 2 men proceeded to leave and one turned around and called me a "B" to my face. To my shock and amazement we've never been treated like this by any business- ever! I had 3 witnesses in the home to what was happening, and it's on our security cameras. These men left, then came back and I called the police. The police advised not to open my door to these people and if they continued to stand at my door to dial 911 and they would be charged with harassment. The owner Bryan proceeded to tell me I was a "B" and he was sure my husband had probably called me that several times! I could not believe this and had me very upset. We first called Bryan's 2 days prior on a Saturday and they weren't available which was fine. Today he referred to that call as a "whiny phone call that we needed a leak fixed". Well it certainly wasn't whiny and we were calling to get his business for a repair, but maybe he considers his customers to be annoying which means he doesn't need customers. We paid these people but will never use them again.

    Ernie's Plumbing Service Inc
Gary was our plumber and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and quick. He had re-piped the mess under our sink within an hour! And the price was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be using Ernie's from now on - and hopefully Gary.

    North Texas Painters inc
The garage door installation, looked good at a glance and worked a couple of times. Then both garage doors malfunctioned and began to damage the panels and brackets. After further inspection, no screws were used in the application of brackets to panels. the brackets were held intact by an adhesive (glue). There were screw holes, but absolutely no screws were used in either door. The plumbing done was not done up to code and done in a manner of someone who does not know or care about their work. No evidence of any pipe dope or teflon tape used where it should be. Bolts on toilets were not even hand tightened and leaks were found. No P-Traps on sink drains and dishwasher still does not drain. Very sub-par work and totally inadequate. North Texas Painters Inc. do not do quality work and do not stand behind the work they perform. The work done was completely amateur and this company owned by David Trevino should not be in business at all. I have many pictures to post here, but I cannot upload for some reason.

    LVR Systems
This was bid as a 5 day job. The permit was taken out on Jan 10. Work was completed (sort of) on Jan 31. Many days, he would show up after 10 am and leave by 10:30 to go purchase supplies. He used a location on the east side of Arlington for purchases. We're in NRH. Due to the timing, supply purchases always included lunch....in a sit down and order venue. Back at the location near 2 pm. Had to leave by 2:30 to pick up the grandchild at school which means we're done for the day. Various excuses for multiple no shows, examples are "My car froze, I don't have a ride, I can't use my daughters truck because she needs it, I'm waiting for my son to pick me up. The last no show started as I'm waiting for my son to pick me up, and built up with he's still not here, I'm checking to see what is delaying him, I fell asleep, actually, I had a really bad toothache and I had to pull my own tooth by hand but I'll be there tomorrow. He came the following day with no swollen jaw, no evidence of any pain and a fully intact undiseased wisdom tooth in a jar. Yes, my family has a background in dentistry. At this point, we contacted the Master Plumber who secured the permit for our job. He came out and assisted 2 days. He told us this job should have been completed within a week. He also told us the work that had been completed was unsatisfactory. Our plumber broke the solnoid to the sprinkler system while digging his trench. We only knew about it because we found it in the garage rather than in the ground where it belonged. He damaged the back flow preventer and buried it in the ground, still leaking, said he was done and demanded his money. At that time, we had a non-working sprinkler system. Thank goodness our home inspection prior to purchase included video of the fully functioning sprinkler system. We delayed payment until a sprinkler service came out and repaired the damage. That delay got me cursed out loud enough for the neighbors to hear and was then followed up with multiple harassing phone calls. When the sprinkler repairman dug up the area with the back flow preventer, it was spraying water. For our part, yes, we did add an install of a tankless water heater which he said he would install at no cost. We did much of the work ourselves to 'help him out' and still added $1000 to our final payment for that installation. He uses the water heater as his excuse for almost everything. When he left, there was still a hole cut in the garage ceiling that was not repaired. 1 of the 2 toilets leaked at the water cutoff very shortly after he completed his work. The other toilet rocked. When removed, the base ring was broken off on 1 side and shimmed with coins. To this day, we have an 11 inch wide band of dead grass all the way from the water meter to the house which he tells us shows neglect by us rather than the fact that it was dug up and left laying in the freezing weather for over 3 weeks. Yes, he did promise us (during the fight over money) that if the grass was dead, he would replace it by throwing down more Bermuda seed. That's not happening in my St. Augustine lawn. If anyone here has plenty of time to spare and $10,000 for a $5,000 job, I believe Lawrence may be your man.

    Action Plumbing & Reduced Rooter
Anthony came out the same day and replaced the cartridge on our Moen faucet. The faucet hadn't worked correctly (hard to pull on and push off) for years. Works like it should now. Friendly service as I've come to expect from Anthony

    BELUE PLUMBING
We've counted on Belue for many years and they have never disappointed us. This time the technician arrived on time and did the needed work quickly and, as usual, he left the place as clean as it was when he arrived. We recommend Belue to all our friends and family anytime they have plumbing problems. You can't go wrong with Belue!

    Action Plumbing & Reduced Rooter
Anthony was very helpful. The leaking toilet looked to be between the base and the floor. When he pulled the toilet, he found that the leak was actually between the tank and the bowl. He reset the toilet and fixed the leak, replacing what was needed. For the other toilet he shimmied it. Because the shower problem was probably more than a bad smell, probably a foundation problem. He didn't charge for the adjacent toilet, even though the rocking. Outstanding!
