    Complete Cool Air
My husband and I always call Complete Cool Air, since the first day that, Paul, came to service our A/C unit. We were highly impressed with his honesty and helpfulness, and due to that very first day, we would never call anyone else. Each and every time we need service, this Company is always on time and very professional. We respect the opinions and advice this Company gives. We recently purchased a new house furnace and are extremely satisfied with the equipment and workmanship. We have been customers for twelve years, and highly recommend Complete Cool Air.

    TemperaturePro Arlington-Mansfield, LLC
Okay, Temperature Pro is absolutely the BEST & ONLY HVAC Company that Ill use from now on! Im a Realtor & will recommend this company in good conscience to clients & fellows Realtors When I made the appointment, they actually sent me a text with the Bio/Picture of Roger, the Technician, so Id be aware of who to expect at my door for my safety & peace of mind, which I absolutely adore! They are SO professional (arrived on time too) & will not only take their time explaining & educating you about your systems (I have 2), Roger did NOT make me feel rushed if I wanted to ask questions

Comfort Masters Air Conditioning & Heating
The owner was on time for our appt. and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. He said the quote would be emailed that same day and it was. The installers (two brothers) were polite and respectful. They did a great job on installation and cleanup of the garage where they had unloaded and unpackaged everything. I can't say enough good things about the office manager and dispatcher, Tricia. She is terrific. She always called me right back and helped with anything I needed.

I phoned the number on the weekly advertising flyer I get in the mail. They had an advertised price of $64.95 to clean 10 discharge vents, and one return air vent. I made the appointment. When the representative arrived, he had no crew, no equipment, and was unprepared to do the job. Instead, he tried to "bait and switch" me by pulling the cover off my central Heat & A/C air handler and declaring that the chiller had "mold on it". I knew this was untrue, since the property is a rental unit. I disinfect the chiller as soon as the renter moves out. I use a hospital-grade surfactant/anti-bacterial that removes all smoke, pollen, mold, and spores from the bottom mounted chiller. Since the chiller is the first thing the air goes through when it comes into the air handler, that is where most of the junk collects. I know that. Then he told me that my A/C unit was leaking. I knew this was also untrue, since my A/C installer of choice is Cody Plumbing and Air (5 Star rated on Yelp!). They had just replaced the condenser unit on the rental property, drained, dried, and replaced the original R22 refrigerant with R407, and inspected the entire copper and chiller system. There was a small green patch where the original A/C installer had spilled a little solder acid flux and it had oxidized the paint. The salesperson from Elite tried to tell me that it was "refrigerant" that had leaked. I knew from personal experience that this was untrue as well. Modern A/C Refrigerant evaporates so quickly; it cannot cause any visible damage and does not leave any evidence behind (does not include damage to the ozone). The ONLY thing Cody A/C did not inspect and repair were the ducts. So, I called someone to clean & check the ducts. Imagine that! As soon as it became apparent to the "salesman" (since he obviously wasn't going to actually clean any ductwork) that I was not going fall for his "bait & switch", he gave me some jazz about how busy Elite was and that he didn't have time to waste. The $2 price was the gas I wasted driving to my rent house in order to have the salesperson from Elite lie to my face.

    Sunny Service
I got 5 estimates for this work. Sunny Service was not the cheapest but was the only one that gave me an complete information on the two systems that I was trying to decide between the two. Todd was at my house the afternoon that I called him. Never pushed, just wanted to make sure that I understood the benefits of both systems. He told me it would take two days. They were here on Monday morning at 9:30, 4 techs, started removing everything out of the attic and at 7:30 they were finished, loaded all of the junk from the attic. They even swept my garage. The service was top notch and their warranties cannot be touched. I will certainly recommend this company. Most of the techs have worked together far a long time and are very knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about our new unit. It is silent and just keeps the house at a constant temp.

Repair Masters Heat & Air, LLC
He showed up on time & was pleasant & professional. He explained the age of the equipment, but said it currently looked good. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me a new unit immediately, like some places would have done because of the age of the equipment. I will call them again when I do need a new furnace.

    Harmony Environmental Solutions
Excellent product, prompt arrival, great crew and installation. Jesse did what he said he would do and is a consummate professional. Went with Bosch Inverter System, as recommended, and am amazed at its quiet performance. Glad we made the switch as this system is exactly what I was looking for.

    American Home Shield Home Warranty
Every single repair they did at our house was shody, below standard and now we have serious issues with our house because they didn't do the work right in the first place.

They didn't charge us much, mostly it was work they were doing for Home Shield. We had our microwave fixed and our refridgarator fixed and everything broke. And then we had our air conditioning fixed and it broke, that's when I fired them. Nothing they have done was done right. With the air conditioner they sold us a three ton, when we needed a four ton, and tried to upsale us. We had another company come and

There is nothing to be done, unless I sue them. I just have to replace the air conditioning. They never showed up on time, they would come when you are at work already. Come late, show up a day late. I would never use them again. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

    VERSPRO Reconstruct
Horrible. The "completed" home has water damage from water coming into the new build. Expandable foam was used to remedy the issue. Lol any professional builder knows that wont stop water. The drain system has the drains above the graded concrete so you have puddles sitting by the drain. Worst thing is they didn't run the electrical so it can be connected to the home. Poured the concrete so now it has to be busted out so the feed cable can be buried. They want a final payment from my insurance. No way. I'm going to hire a new contractor . The city is involved now. There's a lot not done to code. Electrical inside even. My licensed electrician said it was a mess. Save yourself a headache. Hire a professional builder. I'm calling the news next if this isn't remedied quickly.
