    Shower Doors of Dallas

Shower Doors of Dallas has won three Super Service Awards on Angie's List and we can understand why.  From our very first contact through the installation process, each person was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Their showroom is quite impressive and allowed us to see the many options available.  Keith, the salesman, was punctual and very friendly.  He was careful to explain the process of removal, cleaning, preparation, and installation.  He had several samples of glass and hardware options which made our selections easy.  We were notified when the special order glass arrived and scheduled the installation at our convenience.

The two-person installation team arrived on time and went right to work  They were very professional and took great caution to ensure the work area was kept clean and free of debris.  The installers did a great job and there are no traces of the previous framed door enclosure. They, too, were very friendly and were careful to explain how to maintain the new frameless door and side panel.  Five stars to the entire Shower Doors of Dallas organization.

The new shower door and wall look great.  It was exactly what we wanted.  Their price was also a lot less than the other quotes we received.
If we buy a new house, we will definitely call on them.

Wow!  This is my second experience with this company and I am so impressed with their service and their prices.   They replaced the back windows in my ford van last year and recently the windshield in my honda element.   I was not home when they did the 2nd job, but I relayed my desire to save the sunshield film that I had on the inside of my windshield, expecting them to just remove it and leave it for me to put on new windshield later.  When I returned home, I found that they had removed the sun shield film and stickers and placed them all on my new windshield.  That is first class service.   They are very courteous and quick.  I HIGHLY recommend them.

    AAA Glass
It went excellent, except I felt STUPID!!  My husband and I called ourselves looking all over those panes for the "tempered glass" written on it.  We never could see it so assumed the glass was NOT.  Well, when the guy showed up he went right to the little insignia of Tempered Glass.  Unbelievable.  I was so embarrassed.  And then he wouldn't even accept payment for a service call, which I would've gladly paid.  He just said, "I'm glad you've got what you need, those can be very expensive to replace."
I will definitely call this company again, and I am certainly going to recommend them to everyone I can.

    A & A Custom Iron Doors
I received a call from the office the same day I sent an inquiry. She indicated I should send photos via email if possible which I did. Terry called me the following day and said he could match one of the types of glass exactly and that he would bring samples that would come very close to the second piece. We scheduled the work just two days out from our conversation. Terry arrived 20 minutes early and got right to work. He gave us two choices of glass for the piece he could not match exactly. The result is that you can't tell that it's different glass. He was quick and efficient, very careful, and left the area immaculate. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks!

I am satisfied over all. We were pleased with the work and clean up by the workman that came. We had to put the work off for a month because of a roof job I was waiting. I did not get any other quotes. When I wanted them to start they said they wanted fifty percent down. This was not told to me when I received the quote. I called corporate and worked it out to a thirty percent down payment. The work got done and the final payment was made. We were very happy with the work and quality.

    Bedford Glass & Mirror
Very professional and friendly on the phone - explained that they would have to order the pane. Called back within 2 hours to let me know it could be installed in two days.

Two days later the installer showed up on time, installed the pane quickly and cleaned up the remaining mess. Very pleased with the service performed.

No Problem!!! Services Remodeling and Restoration
Initially, we had a walk through and listing of all the items that we needed help with. Being an electrical engineer, we thought many of the projects we could accomplish ourselves. But after having the popcorn ceilings scraped, textured, painted and cleaned up we realized we were not equipped to do the work as quickly or as proficiently as No Problem. We were very pleased with the care that was taken to hang protective plastic sheeting over the walls and flooring. The workers arrived early, worked consistently and late in the day to get the work finished. At all times, they were quiet and respectful. It was a nasty job but they never stopped or complained. Every ceiling is above average height and has custom crown molding. The ceiling fans and light fixtures were replaced requiring wiring for the light and fan. The empty boxes were removed. When finished, it looks great! The bathroom project was huge -- or that's what it seemed like to us. At times, there were multiple teams working to remove the carpet, remove the wall, update and add electrical wiring and outlets. Again the workers arrived when scheduled, coordinated with other disciplines and even removed the old marble tub which took four men to remove. The tub removal was not included in the bid but they couldn't proceed without it being gone so they did it. They made arrangements to have it removed before the next morning. We have stained wooden doors throughout our home (being built in 1985). To maintain consistency, the painters stripped and stained doors in the bathroom, master bedroom, utility room, kitchen and family room. The back door was removed, planed on the bottom to make it weathertight, a new doorlock set installed, the door stained on the interior and painted exterior. The bathroom looks like a magazine with the updated wall textures, new lighting, tumbled marble, granite and travertine. The travertine floor grouting is seamless. We decided to have travertine baseboards instead of stained wood baseboards. It involved many cuts and lots of measurements that were not in the original estimate. The tilers never acted upset that the parameters of the work were changed. The seamless shower door makes the room look so much bigger and brighter inside. We are very pleased with the travertine shelves and inset shelves that were cut and installed in the shower. We couldn't be happier with the results and have been pleased to have visitors to our home look at our new bathroom. The original estimate was almost identical to the final project cost. It was additional work that we requested that was different (and we did not pay for the tub removal -- which was unbelievably heavy.) Thanks, No Problem, we have other projects we will be calling you to do. Thanks to all of your well-qualified technicians; they were great. The landscape work and flower beds always look amazing and freshen up the yard. We live on the corner of a cul de sac and have an extra large front berm. All vegetation that was dug up and containers emptied were removed. We were concerned the first time about the sprinkler system, but special care is always taken to ensure there is not an accident with the above-grade heads. We plan to use the landscaping technicians to do the cleanup and planting that takes us easily a full weekend and very sore backs to accomplish. Many thanks for that great effort! I'm sure I've missed something that was done because we truly have had so much. We have a few tasks still being designed but expect to have those accomplished within a few weeks.

    Glass Doctor of Dallas Metroplex
the panel was supposed to be installed two weeks after the estimate was given and a down payment was taken. a couple of days before the panel was supposed to be installed i received a call from glass doctor saying that they could only deliver the glass on time if i paid another $75. This just didn't seem right; I felt like they were changing the terms almost two weeks after the order was made. I requested that the order be cancelled because the terms of our agreement were being changed in a way that penalized me. In my last conversation with someone at glass doctor (maybe mary or celia) i was told the order would be cancelled. my last comment to the glass doctor representative was --and I will receive a refund, right? the answer i was given was YES. it's been almost two months and the refund has not been sent.
