    Sunsmart Windows and Doors
We are very satisfied with our new windows and doors that SunSmart provided. Our home looks and feels so much better after the install. The entire SunSmart team were extremely professional and went beyond our expectations, you should consider them if you need these products.

    VERSPRO Reconstruct
Horrible. The "completed" home has water damage from water coming into the new build. Expandable foam was used to remedy the issue. Lol any professional builder knows that wont stop water. The drain system has the drains above the graded concrete so you have puddles sitting by the drain. Worst thing is they didn't run the electrical so it can be connected to the home. Poured the concrete so now it has to be busted out so the feed cable can be buried. They want a final payment from my insurance. No way. I'm going to hire a new contractor . The city is involved now. There's a lot not done to code. Electrical inside even. My licensed electrician said it was a mess. Save yourself a headache. Hire a professional builder. I'm calling the news next if this isn't remedied quickly.

    Window World of Dallas-Fort Worth
Window World came out to give me an estimate. I was already familiar with their windows since i had 2 friends who had their windows. On Aug 22nd, someone came out and we ordered 15 windows and a new back door from them. I was told it would take about 5 weeks for the order to be in. To my surprise, I got a call after 3 weeks that my order was in and ready for install! On Sept 15th they arrived to install. About 1/2 way in I notice I don't see a door, so I asked about it. The installer just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I called and come to find out the door wasn't ready yet! So I took a day off of work for a 1/2 complete order! They guys leave at the end of installing the windows. Everything looks great! The windows are beautiful!! I'm going through the house to install all my blinds and I look out one of the windows on the side of the house and I see a mess! The old screen is laying in the neighbors yard, part of the old window frame, a glove, and some of the wrapping for the new window is on the ground! I texted the manager (Trace) a picture of this. At this point I am NOT happy at all! first, only a 1/2 order and now a mess! So, I clean it up and leave to run some errands. The installer calls me and says "My supervisor called and told me we left a mess.....are you sure?" (Yes, he really asked me if I was sure!!!). I explained that I already cleaned it up and threw it away. He says, "well, I have to clean it up or he's going to charge me $150". I told him he is more than welcome to dig through my trash....which he did. Now, fast forward to Sept 27th. I get a call that my door is in. I schedule it for the next day and explain that I need the install to be later in the afternoon, since I can't take the day off and will only be able to leave work early later in the afternoon. It was raining that morning, but was slowly starting to slow down as the day progressed. At 11am I received a call from the installer asking if I was sure I wanted to install that day since it was raining. I told him that I didn't want them coming until at least 2pm, so let's see how it was later. He agreed and said he would call me at 2pm and we'd see how the weather was. At 11:30am (30 minutes later) he calls and tells me I need to reschedule because it might rain and there's plywood in his truck and if it gets wet he'll be charged $800! I just hung up on him!!! I called the main # for Window World and told them I was done and I wanted my money back for the door....this is ridiculous! I spoke with a manager. He was able to get a different installer to come out to the house right then to get the door installed. I left work and when I got home they were there waiting for me. They quickly installed the door and it looked great. Overall, I am VERY pleased with my new windows and door. I am VERY unhappy with the installers! I think it may be time for Window World to take a look at who their installers!!

    Sunsmart Windows and Doors
My windows and doors look absolutely great and have made a big difference, heating and cooling wise. Installation was fast , yet thorough. I love the various ways you can open the windows and how you can leave them open slightly due to the locking feature. I would recommend Sunsmart to my family and friends. Also, there was no high pressure sales and the initial demonstration of the windows, prior to buying was great.

    Shower Doors of Dallas

Shower Doors of Dallas has won three Super Service Awards on Angie's List and we can understand why.  From our very first contact through the installation process, each person was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Their showroom is quite impressive and allowed us to see the many options available.  Keith, the salesman, was punctual and very friendly.  He was careful to explain the process of removal, cleaning, preparation, and installation.  He had several samples of glass and hardware options which made our selections easy.  We were notified when the special order glass arrived and scheduled the installation at our convenience.

The two-person installation team arrived on time and went right to work  They were very professional and took great caution to ensure the work area was kept clean and free of debris.  The installers did a great job and there are no traces of the previous framed door enclosure. They, too, were very friendly and were careful to explain how to maintain the new frameless door and side panel.  Five stars to the entire Shower Doors of Dallas organization.

    Clarity Windows
Sales Professional arrived on time and was very cordial and thoughtful throughout the sales process. Our windows are single pane and likely original windows for our 1979 house. The dilemma that we run into is that Clarity's cost is well beyond what we are able to afford. I can tell that they have a great product, and if I owned a large two story home in Trophy Club, then I would probably be willing to pay the price tag. That being said, our home is dated with the original single pane windows, so really any upgrade is going to be much better than what we have right now. I will consider Clarity Windows in the future, but for now buying their windows would be like buying a Cadillac when all I really need is a Chevy.
My other complaint is that the sales process was longer than needed. The professional knew that we had received quotes from other companies, so we really didn't need to spend much time discussing the basics of windows. The sales rep was at our home for over 2 hours whereas other sales reps spent about 45 minutes to an hour.

    Dean's Handyman & Remodeling Services
Dean and his helper did a great job two days later, lowering the door in its frame so that the door opens fully without interference from the soffit, and the results are amazing. It looks as if that is how it was meant to be! I am very happy with the results, and would hire Dean's Handyman Services again, anytime I need help with creative, capable maintenance and repair chores, done at a reasonable price.

    Love That Door
Love That Door did an excellent job.
I picked out the door from what they had on hand, I questioned one part and they offered to change if I wanted.  The individuals in the store were very friendly and helpful.  I purchased the door that day!
The installers showed up on time during a holiday weekend, although I was very scared he assured be everything would be great and it was!  He was very professional and did excellent work.
The touch up guy was out a week later and also listened to all my concerns and made sure the door was perfect before he left.  I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a door!

    Family Christian Doors
The gentleman was courteous and quick in his work.  I bought an Angie's List coupon for a "tune-up" at a very favorable price.  He recommended adding a strut to stiffen the door across an area where it drooped a little (and where there was an inherent weak point in the door).  The strut took him only a few minutes to install.  (I could certainly have done that myself, had I known what I was doing, but I would not have known that, so mainly I was hiring expertise.)  It was all taken care of very promptly, with only a suggestion for the strut (and certainly no hard sell), and the door now works much more quietly, and I am happy that the strut has made it stronger.

    HURST GLASS & SCREEN SHOP
The new shower door and wall look great.  It was exactly what we wanted.  Their price was also a lot less than the other quotes we received.
If we buy a new house, we will definitely call on them.
