    North Richland Hills Appliance Repair
I had a refrigerator go out during an electrical storm. Called GE and also local repairmen. No one could get to me before the next day. Called North Richland Hills Appliance Repair and they could send someone out same day in a few hours. They implied there would be a $59.99 service call to come out. If they did the work, I wouldn't have to pay the $59.99. Apparently they are not local and just set up appointments for local repair shop. The shop was quick and had me going in short order. I was billed the $59 for the service call and then discounted $59. Good so far. But North Richland Hills Appliance Repair charged my credit card $59.99. Not what I expected. Both the NRH Appliance Repair AND the local shop charged me $59.99 service charge and only the local shop removed it. Misleading at best. Next time I'll call the local shop directly.

Fort Worth Refrigerator & Appliance Repair
So far, so good. The fridge is working. The longest part was waiting for the fridge's software to update. They keep several parts that they often need in their van, so they were able to fix it in one visit in about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Hurst TV & Appliance
I got on line and found a control board from the manufacturer at $129 and some odd cents. Since the serviceman said that was most likely the problem I ordered it. When it arrived, I installed it, as if was a very simple remove and install, about 12 screws. It didn't fix the problem. I got to looking into the problem since it was giving me the message PF, which was power failure. I discovered that the supply line for the power had somehow come loose. The lights on the panel would light up, but it wasn't tight enough to power the pump, etc. I repaired the connection and it fixed the problem. In my opinion, the tech should have at minimum checked for this problem while he was here. He just pushed buttons and charged me for a service call.

    A Affordable Appliance Services
It went okay. He came, and we had to buy a part. The cost was more than $69 because we had to buy a part. It was fine. On the price, I guess it was okay. He fixed it. It was just one person that came out to fix the refrigerator. It took then a half hour.

    Sears Appliance Repair
The tech was here less than an hour and made sure the washer was level and running well before he left. He recommended that we clean the tub on a more regular basis as the tub had a build up of soap scum on it.

    Buxton's Appliance Repair
Buxton's was able to be at our house within a couple of hours of calling them. (I realize they can't possibly be this fast every time.) The young man quickly identified the problem, and, best of all, let us know that it was probably still under warranty (though I thought the warranty had expired). As it is a Kenmore product, and only Sears service can do Kenmore warranty work, he recommended we call Sears rather than pay them to do the repair. All we paid Buxton for was their very reasonable service call charge. Not every business would have treated us so fairly, as we would have been none the wiser if they had simply repaired it and charged us. Their honesty saved us several hundred dollars. (And they were right; the part that was broken was, indeed, still under warranty.) I would certainly call them again.

    LG Factory Service Center
The tech arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair it. The tech was courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. When he was finished he cleaned up both the work area and the machine before he left. He also suggested a few maintenance tips for keeping the washer in good condition.

    Hurst TV & Appliance
They stated that it could not be fixed per a flaw in that model of refrigerator.. Then they charged me for the service call and left at that. Then 2 to 3 years later I had a manufacture repair man come out and do something else on the refrigerator and fixed the ice maker as well. Come to find out they just needed to change out one part to get to be fixed that Hurst did not know how to diagnose that where it could be fixed. When i contacted them about that they stated that customers shouldn't expect that they know how fix appliance brand out there.....

    Best Texas Appliance LLC
Best Texas Appliance is my go-to source for any appliance-related repairs. They are prompt, courteous and they always call when they say they will call, and appear when they say they will be there.  They worked me into their schedule, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and quickly completed the repair. Chance (the technician)  was patient and informative, providing tips to help ensure the problem doesn't happen again.  A great experience, as most of the cost was tied up in the parts (Grrr!).  They also helped my mother with her washing machine.

    Best Texas Appliance LLC
I called Best Texas Appliance on Monday, March 9, and requested a service call on our washing machine.  The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, polite, and efficient.  She scheduled the service call for Wed. afternoon, March 11.  On the 11th, Chance called and asked me very detailed questions about the problem and then said he was certain the transmission was going.  His recommendation was to just "let it die" and then purchase a new washer, because to install a new transmission would be very expensive. ( He quoted the cost.)   He also explained that it was unnecessary to  come to our home and charge for a service call when he was certain of our problem.  But....he would be glad to come on over and fix the machine if we would like him to do so.   I had several other questions for Chance about brands of machines, etc. and he was patient, friendly, helpful and honest.  I was really floored that there are still helpful, honest folks around that truly like what they do and it really showed!  If we ever need a repair  on any appliance in our home, there's no doubt who we'll call!!  Thank you, Chance, for all you do.
