  DOTS REMODELING... DEPENDABLE ON TIME SERVICE

  This was the first time remodel of the small back bathroom in a house built in 1963. The bathroom was basically ripped out and rebuilt from scratch. It was a lot of work. The result was a more contemporary look. The work is top notch. The guys were efficient, friendly, informative, and professional.

  Rita was wonderful! I didn't really know what type of window treatments I wanted and she came prepared with lots of fabric choices and samples of shutters. She recommended options for the different rooms (blackout fabric lining curtains and a sheer for the bedroom windows, beautiful cornice board and curtain in the family room, panel drapes with plantation shutters for the dining room which faces the main road). I also asked her to make pillows to coordinate with the family room curtains. The entire project was installed in the estimated time frame of 10 weeks and the drapes/curtains that she made herself were finished/installed in about 8 weeks.

  Very well.   Rita came and measured all the windows, discussed the details of materials (we went with a faux-wood  because of the lighter weight and the height of our windows).   Installation was projected at 2-3 weeks and that's exactly what happened - they were ready in about 2 weeks and then we arranged the installation in the next week.   The installation was free.  The young man who came to do the work (sorry I can't remember his name), was great - removed all the old mini-blinds and took them away.   Put up the new ones - this was all done efficiently and quickly - about 2 hours total.   We're very pleased with the improved look for our house - both from the inside and outside.

  A representative came to the house, I looked through the books to pick out what I wanted. There was a very wide selection of items available. He made suggestions on what he thought and why, which I appreciated. I came to a decision. I paid half down and the balance upon installation. The special order ceiling fan/light was exactly what I wanted. The company was flexible with my time schedule. Everyone I dealt with was more than helpful, honest and professional. The installer was courteous, speedy and cleaned up every single thing before he left. l I am more than satisfied and I would recommend this company to everyone. I spent approx. $ 3,500.00

  Rita is wonderful! We contacted her based on her volume of positive reviews from Angies List. I pretty much agree with everything that others have written. First, after speaking with 5-6 other contractors about shutters, interior shades, exterior shades, and everything else in between, we decided upon curtains. Rita was punctual and very professional. She really seems to enjoy her work and wants the customer to be happy with it. She had suggestions but listened closely to try to understand our wants and needs. Our job was a faily large one, costing $12,000. In Rita's defense, she told us up front that the curtains would be expensive, so she was very honest in that regard. We required a special rod that added some cost. The project took approximately 6 weeks to complete, but she was honest with that as well. Upon installation, she was present for the entire time and ensured that all aspects met her high standards. She really goes out of her way to make sure that proper protocol is followed. Our installation took most of the day and required some scaffolding. I had/have a concern about the weight and size of the fabric, but Rita took measures to make sure that my concerns were addressed. In sum, we love the curtains. We wouldn't hesitate to call Rita again about other possible projects. Give Rita a call. You will not be disappointed.
