  • Jared from Peak Roofing came by right on-time, we took a brief tour of my property and he went to work. This was just an estimate so I wasn't too sure what to expect. Luckily not much was found, just roof is old. Jared was able to detect a couple spots and even wrote (with Chalk) so I can see what he was talking about. With out asking he nailed down some flashing and even went around to caulk what he could. He provided me with a punch list along with about 80 pictures that he took. He walked me through each item and gave me his opinion and if "was his house" what would he do, along with things I could do myself.

  • Blanca came out and gave us the estimate. She knew what she was talking about. We were delayed in asking her to install the new gutters, but when we called, they were here in 2 working days. They were very professional and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Blanca reviewed with me when all the work was done, and offered to come out if anything wasn't working right. We're waiting for the rain to see the new gutters work!

  • It went well! Brandon found items in the home that need fixing. He takes photos and reviews areas top to bottom of the home. Even though this listing featured updates done professionally, Brandon provides a final check prior to listing to prospective buyers which is much appreciated.

  • I generally wait several months to post a review, to be sure that I am as satisfied overtime as I am when the job is finished. DOTS did a wonderful job for me - demo-ing a decaying sunroom and cutting attic access as part of a more general upgrade of the HAVC system. DOTS was professional, punctual, easy to understand and worked well with the other contractors on the job. Would definitely use again.

  • I worked with Tim Waswick and he was wonderful to work with. Tim kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, prompt and if I ever had a question he responded immediately. The work was done when it was promised and they cleaned up when finished. Excellent quality! I would use Collins Bryant Construction again in a heartbeat, Deborah Fuller Richardson, Texas

  • My experience was awesome. JVM did a fantastic job. Replaced my roof damaged by storm hail. They went above and beyond. I rate Mr. Machado and his crew very highly, they're an awesome group of people to work with, fair and honest. Their pricing is very reasonable. They do what they say they're going to do and if they can't, they guarantee their work. The neighbors now want them to do work for them as well.

  • We had several roofing issues left over from the hail storm that hit north Texas in March of 2016. I got on Angie's List as usual and contacted 3 highly rated roofing companies to get repair estimates. Charlie Gray from JNT Developers came out immediately, listened to my concerns and then went up on the roof to assess the situation in more detail. Some of the problems were due to shoddy work of the company that we hired after the hail storm (not JNT) and Charlie recommended we contact them and hold them accountable, which tells you a lot about Charlie's integrity (e.g., willing to forego business to do the right thing). To make a long story short, Charlie's bid was both the lowest and the most comprehensive (e.g., found some missing flashing around the skylights that would almost certainly leak at some point) and consequently we hired JNT to complete the entire job. All the workers involved (led by Elias) were very accommodating, communicative and efficient throughout the process and we are thrilled with the results!

  • Excellent! Tyson planned and scheduled it and followed up with professional precision. Roberto called me at 8:30am , effectively ensuring we were both on the same page for his arrival. Roberto reviewed the concern, got up on the roof, and determined the issues. Roberto showed me the cause and next steps he was going to do to resolve the issue. Excellent customer support and effective communication. After completing the work, Roberto showed me photo's of the before, during and after of the completed work. Excellent! Roberto was extremely effective and efficient in his completion of this job. I was very impressed. Tyson did a GREAT job at outlining the job, the individual ( Roberto) to perform the work and the expected timeframe when it would be done. Again, Excellent customer service!

  • Martin is responsible, devoted, dedicated to his work, responsive to phone calls and texts, very communicative in both English and Spanish and extremely honest and trustworthy. He always does great and impeccable work. He has also cleaned out drains and worked on my sprinkling system. Martin is quick and does not waste any time getting the job done. I would highly recommend him for anything.

  • Contractor was in the neighborhood the morning after the storm and he taped up our skylight. Half of our neighborhood had connected with this company and had high praise. We then signed to have T Rock do all of our repairs. This was our very first experience with a loss like this as well as having to hire a contractor. We were very uneducated as to how the process worked with such a major loss and hiring a contractor. We didn't know that repairs would be subcontracted out to other companies and it left us with little recourse after we encountered a couple of problems. Roofers dumped shingles on our outside furniture when removing them - I called contractor and he was out within the hour to have this cleaned up. Pictures included. Also, once roof was done, there is a place where the wood deck is exposed. We were told it was inspected by T Rock after it was brought to their attention and they did not see that it was a problem. Pictures included. The new skylight faces the East and when the sun comes up every morning - much worse in the summer - the skylight makes really loud popping sounds when it warms up and expands. Original skylight didn't do this. We met with fence company - Texas Best Fence hired by contractor - to get options on replacement fence. We met with contractor to discuss our changes to have the fence rebuilt with posts inside facing the yard which he conveyed to the company. After coming home that night after the first day of work, the fence was being built the opposite of our request. My husband talked with the contractor and the fence company the very next morning and, not being privy to the conversation, we were basically told it couldn't be redone as so much had already been done. So we had no options but to have them continue to complete the fence as it was prior to the storm. But, we were told more money would have to be asked for from our insurance company. Our screens on the windows were replaced and on one of our double windows, the glass company had to heat up the area to remove old screen and broke the seal to the double pane window. So our windows have moisture in between the panes and it is hard to see out of the windows. Contractor called glass company in front of me to order new windows. No one ever showed up and after several conversations with the contractor, we were told that it was now the insurance companies responsibility to give more money for the windows to be replaced. We tried many times to connect directly with the glass company and they never returned our calls. Contractor said he could refer us to other glass companies to repair on our own. Gutter system was replaced but several months later, we have a piece that has come off of the brick. Picture included. This was my experience with this company. I would not recommend them because, even though all of the work was done, I feel like we were left worse off than before the storm. We've been left with several things - exposed deck, fogged windows, loose gutter, and noisy skylight - that we didn't have before the storm. Although this was mostly paid by insurance, we paid approximately $7600 out of pocket for the repairs.
