Hospital Care reviews in Richardson

  • I had my first child in a midwife center and was happy with that experience. I had my second child at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, with epidural, and I LOVED the experience. I felt fully informed and included in decisions at all times. Every nurse was above and beyond wonderful. The food was great. I almost want another kid so I can go back.

  • They are excellent. It's well run. The staff is friendly. There are enough of them. The place is very clean and very up to date. The staff is very professional but they are also very pleasant to deal with. It's a good hospital. Under the present management and the management that was immediately beforehand, it's been an excellent institution so there are no problems at all with them. I would use them if I need them.
    - FRED S.
  • Dr. Patterson has been my primary care doctor for some years now. Very good checkup sessions as she takes the time to listen and is very perceptive. Also up on latest research that led to checking for vitamin D levels, finding that mine was low, and the treating for it, and following up.

  • I was admitted on Tuesday at 3 pm and my physician began to induce at 5 pm. The nurses in labor and delivery were AWESOME! The anesthesiologist gave me an epidural the next day around 1 pm. By 3 pm, I had seen three shift changes, and the level of compassion and service never faultered. By 5:30 pm I was in the OR for a C-Section and at 5:41 pm, my little guy was delivered without incident. I stayed for three more days. There was only one challenge - after delivery, they took me to a regular room. But the air conditioner was not working in the room, and it was unseasonably warm in March. They finally got someone up to fix the A/C two days into my stay.

  • They are very satisfactory and attentive. When I called for something, they were right there. I didn't have to ask for anything. Each person on each shift came and introduced themselves. They ran like a machine and I really liked that.

  • We have been there on two occasions. They have boarded emergency rooms. You can get in immediately, and be taken care off. At the same time, you should be able to pay up the cost. They have x-ray machines, which is convenient. They are professional, and responsive. The quality of care there is excellent. My overall experience with them has been good.

  • Many of the nurses were very good, but unfortunately I have to give the hospital an overall low score for allowing a deterioration in my condition over a 24 hour period.

  • I have been very pleased with them because their service is excellent. I would recommend them.

  • She had a really good experience with the doctors and nurses she dealt with.
