    Not well. The owner met me at my home and convinced me that the existing cameras were of low quality and should be replaced. I needed a recorder since that's the one piece of the system that did not remain with the house when I purchased it 6 years ago. The owner of AMR thought we could re-use the wiring but suggested that if possible his installation crew would try to expose as little wiring as possible. He also sold me on the idea that the recorder and power supply should be mounted to wall studs so that it would be that much more difficult to remove if I had a break-in. The end result was that there are more exposed (dangling?) wires now than before, the cameras are more conspicuous because they're bright white, rather than the charcoal gray options on their advertisements against my dark grey trim, the power supply is "secured" by two screws in drywall (not even close to a stud) and the recorder sits on a desk that I had hoped would be temporarily located in my kitchen with a ganglion of wires connecting it all in plain view. The worst part of it all is that I do not have access to the recorder except from the shareware version of the software available on my mobile devices. I am locked out of the native software on the recorder and am not getting responses from the company - even after multiple attempts to meet their schedule (and miss work) to accommodate their schedule to have the password on the recorder reset. I'm now in the position of having to contract with a different company to replace the useless recorder so that I can at least access anything caught on the cameras (which have already been requested by the Richardson police department. I am beyond frustrated...especially from a company that had a decent rating on Angie's List. To add insult to injury, I paid a premium price just because this vendor responded to my request when very few others would. I should have gone with a cheaper product that would have taken longer to install... at least then I might have a usable system, rather than a useless eyesore outside and inside my home.

    The system worked fine but they could never get my billing right for my office. Kept sending payments and they were loosing my payments. I just finished my 3 year agreement and I will never return. They are and night mare to work with if you get caught in there spend cycle of billing. Also bad other admin issues such as they could never locate my permit.

    We thought over the recommendations & quote and called back to schedule a tech to come back out and implement what had been discussed. They sent out a tech who like the first tech was one of their Honeywell experts. He reset our system & programmed in the appropriate devices having to do extra work because of our more elaborate configuration including LEDs to indicate the status of our system. The tech got everything going demonstrating to us how it all worked just to be sure we knew (the functionality hadn't changed from before). There was a minor visual lag in knowing the system was disarmed, but he returned on a subsequent day spending several hours doing what was necessary to make the LEDs change instantly based on disarming the system. This extra work was done without charge.

    On both visits, he was very polite and thoroughly explained what he was doing as well as any options we had with regard to adding / removing delays on specific entry / exit points or other options that our system offered.

    We were very happy with the work that was done as well as the price that we were charged (exactly what was quoted). The tech was very knowledgeable about our Honeywell equipment (our box, keypads, sensors, a repeater, & the LEDs) and conducted himself in a very professional manner. His behavior during both visits exemplified what all techs in every field should strive for.

    The company advertises alarm systems, however they will not install a system for you if you are renting.  They got good reviews from many people but the sales person said they will not install systems for renters because they were loosing money when people wanted to move to a new location.

    It seems to me that instead of turning away business, it makes more sense to simply charge enough to cover the cost of removing and reinstalling a system if that is what a person wants.  That way they could keep a base of loyal customers and well as getting new ones.

    I guess that is indicative of how they value customer.  I am not impressed.

    These guys were great.  They transferred my security services from my old house to my new house at no charge, replacing the controller, keypad and the battery as required.
    There was a hiccup when the first technician failed to do the job properly, but he was quickly replaced by a second technician who was prompt, kind, sensitive to my requirements and did an excellent job.

    These guys were wonderful. A 304 hour installation took about 9 hours and I was not charged more they did not complain. Cleaned up. Nice guys. Explained everything. Patient. Were recommended by Backstreet security cameras.

    Service was prompt and professional.  The rep went above and beyond expectations in dealing with our old system.  He explained how the system worked and walked me through all of the different settings so I felt very comfortable with the system after he left.     The technician was on time and did a great job-very proficient.  He spent extra time explaining to me the features of our new system and was so patient with me even though I had a ton of questions.  He was very professional yet friendly.  About a week after our alarm was installed, we had a false alarm.  Their response time was extremely quick and the operator was friendly.  I really appreciate the customer service this company has.
