    My husband and I noticed that there was water coming out the side of the kitchen cabinet, and it was leaking into our living room area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, causing a puddle in our carpet. We called another contractor, who could not locate the source of the leak, and who, in my opinion, was too lazy to investigate it enough to actually find the problem. We thought the source of the leak was coming from the dishwasher, so we replaced it. The leak continued. We then thought the source of the leak was the refrigerator, so we replaced that, as well. When that did not solve the problem, I called MLS late that night, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was pleasant and polite. He began investigating the leak, and discovered that the source was a pipe in the wall that was behind the kitchen sink! They had to cut into the drywall, and as we moved the furniture out of the way, we discovered that the water had leaked into the carpet about a foot from the wall, and discovered that the bottom of my large bookshelf was completely rotted, as well as my entertainment center, where my TV was located. The technician cut into the wall, made the repair, replaced the drywall, and even hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator, so that I could be able to use the water and ice dispenser. He was also kind enough to install the license plates on my new vehicle for me, as well as the car seat base for my grandson! Because of their commitment to quality work, I now have peace of mind that the leak is fixed, which is priceless to me. They did all this for me in a timely fashion, and the technician stayed until the job was completed, which was well past 10 pm, and never once complained about anything. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work, we have already recommended MLS to a friend of mine, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you, once again, for all your hard work!

    We recently needed to sell our large (5600+ SF) 30 year old Richardson home in order to move down to the Austin hill country to get closer to all our young���uns. We were originally going to list with Ebby Halliday but had been hearing great things about Josh DeShong Real Estate and invited them in to learn more about their unique approach and get any specific recommendations they may have for how best to sell our home. In a nutshell, we were blown away with everything we heard, in particular how they get you immediate top billing on all the key real estate web sites and of course their revolutionary fixed price commission fee. Needless to say it was a no-brainer to list with them and we wound up selling our home for our asking price on the very first day it was listed! Can���t say enough good things about our dynamite sales team of Matt Maisen and Karra Robinson!���

    We had a large (5600+ SF) house full of "stuff" accumulated over 40+ years, about half of which we donated and half of which we needed to move to Driftwood TX to get closer to all our young'uns. Original plan was to rent a large 24' Budget truck and hire some extra muscle to load/unload on both ends but at the urging of my wife, I contacted 3 top-rated movers on Angie's List to see what a turnkey outsourced job would cost. Having previously undergone several long distance moves, we knew firsthand how difficult and expensive (and sometimes destructive!) they can be, and consequently I wasn���t surprised to see that even the top rated movers on AL had several nightmarish reviews. What shocked me was I found a company with an almost perfect record (e.g., 667 total actual move reviews, 650 of which were ���A��� rated!), which is unprecedented for a moving company with this many moves. Omar Ayuso answered the phone when I called and couldn���t have been more accommodating, even rearranging some previously scheduled moves to fit us in on our house closing day on very short notice no less (movers actually went down and back in one day). In addition, the costs were well below what we were expecting with absolutely no hidden fees (i.e., simple mileage-based truck transportation charge plus reasonable hourly fee for 2 movers). They did not charge anything extra (e.g., for disassembly/reassembly, wrapping/padding, washer/dryer disconnect/hookup, loading/unloading, etc.). And last but not least, the 2 young men that actually moved us (Carlos and Martin from Belize) were a pleasure to work with and outstanding in every way including most importantly not damaging anything in the process! Needless to say, I have to admit my wife was right yet again and we are both so very thankful that we discovered King Moving!!

    The service was EXCELLENT, I will recommended highly!. James will not give up until he found out was was causing the heater to shut up! He was very professional and explained every step he was taking to make it work (which not other plumbing co. do). my water heater has been working great! They are the BEST in plumbing business. Next I will try them for my AC

    Two guys showed up Sunday evening, i expected them to do dryer vent cleaning in certain fashion, 1) check/measure air flow outside 2) use vacuum adapter vacuum it, while sending brush up in vent 3) send brush from outside as well. 4) re measure air flow. None of the steps happened. All they did was send brush from inside home and air blow it. Not professionally done it. These guys didn't even have proper ladder to check outside vent.     It took a couple of phone calls to get a time setup with Martin. The original day he was supposed to arrive he didn't show up, so when I called him he said one of his crew got injured at another job, so that is why Martin did not come and look at my job. It would have been good for Martin to call me and tell me this, rather than me having to call Martin and inquire why he did not come. When Martin did arrive, he gave me a quote, which seemed a tad high, but his crews were with him and he said he could get started immediately. I appreciated he could take care of my issues immediately, as my commercial insurance policy was requiring me to get the trees trimmed up for policy compliance. My main disappointment with Martin is that I was promised a receipt, which I never received. I have reached out to him repeatedly for this. In addition, I need his Taxpayer ID Number so that I can send him a 1099-Misc form for the work he performed. I have sent him the form three times and reached out to him four times to get him to send this to me. In conclusion, in a city where repeat business is what many contractors strive for, Martin seems interested in doing single projects and not building long-term relationships with customers who have the capacity to direct multiple projects to him.

    Rey did an incredible job repairing my garage drywall. There were several drywall cracks and holes that needed to be fixed and he made my garage look like it was brand new with the plaster and paint job he did after the repairs. Very friendly, professional, and hard-working. I was very impressed with the work that they did.

    This is the second time that I have used 1st Class Heat & Air, Inc. My heater in the heat and ac unit stopped working, and I was concerned about getting it repaired due to the cold front which was coming to DFW with much colder weather. Getting the parts for the repair was also a potential issue, since the repair Technician had to search for them. Happily for me the Repair Technician was able to find the parts needed and make the repair in time for the cold front. I appreciate the prompt and professional way that the repair was handled.
