Bruno is very responsive and professional and he helped guide us through the maze of health insurance coverage. Overall he is very patient and explain things well without trying to rush one off the phone. I would (and have already) highly recommend him.

cEven though my company negotiated our medical coverage through UHC, I still have to work with them when there are procedures, etc. UHC is as prompt as a insurance provider can be (you have to engage in all aspects of coverage to get questions answered) but they do have answers to all of your questions. UHC is a decent insurance provider that has to follow guidelines, rules and regulations which you can get caught up in. But, they still offer help when needed.
They provided most information I needed for my daughter's procedure and there were no and quot;gotchasand quot; when it came to coverage and billing expectations. Overall, a nice experience when they can usually be frustrating.

I had my first child in a midwife center and was happy with that experience. I had my second child at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, with epidural, and I LOVED the experience. I felt fully informed and included in decisions at all times. Every nurse was above and beyond wonderful. The food was great. I almost want another kid so I can go back.

You can send them or fax a ninety day prescription.  They will fill it and bill you if you give your card number.  You get two prescriptions and the last one free.  It's a division of CVS pharmacy.  You get two months supply and the third supply is free.  It's like ninety day supply with one month free.  They are pretty good with price because you get one month free.  You can call in, talk to the pharmacist and they will call you right back if there is a problem with the prescription.

I have been using them for four months and I have been very happy with them. From what I have seen, they are every easy to deal with. You can mail in an order or you can order online. If you give them a credit card or BeneFlex cards, they will do auto refilling of your prescriptions. If you are waiting for your medications, they have plan where you can go pick up your medications from a nearby pharmacy. They do not allow that plant anymore.

They are excellent. It's well run. The staff is friendly. There are enough of them. The place is very clean and very up to date. The staff is very professional but they are also very pleasant to deal with. It's a good hospital. Under the present management and the management that was immediately beforehand, it's been an excellent institution so there are no problems at all with them. I would use them if I need them.

Dr. Patterson has been my primary care doctor for some years now. Very good checkup sessions as she takes the time to listen and is very perceptive. Also up on latest research that led to checking for vitamin D levels, finding that mine was low, and the treating for it, and following up.

I liked the fact that I have a supply, and I order my medicines online. It is nice that they send me generic medicine when it is available. If we are going away on vacation, I don’t have to worry about running out or making special arrangements to get enough medication to cover it. It is nice to have a good supply. They have automatic service, and I feel it sends me too much medication. I asked them to stop doing that. I just feel like the expiration date is going to go by on some of the ones I had before. Their price is good.

I was admitted on Tuesday at 3 pm and my physician began to induce at 5 pm. The nurses in labor and delivery were AWESOME! The anesthesiologist gave me an epidural the next day around 1 pm. By 3 pm, I had seen three shift changes, and the level of compassion and service never faultered. By 5:30 pm I was in the OR for a C-Section and at 5:41 pm, my little guy was delivered without incident. I stayed for three more days. There was only one challenge - after delivery, they took me to a regular room. But the air conditioner was not working in the room, and it was unseasonably warm in March. They finally got someone up to fix the A/C two days into my stay.

They have been very good. They have gone through some changes as most in the health care field have. You can get through to talk to somebody who is a real live human being who knows what they are taling about in refernce to the policies of the company. Our only problem was on a blood pressure medication that we are having to wait on. We had to send it in 8 times before they filled it.
