  My garage door started closing unevenly and would jam halfway down and go back up without closing. I found Yes Doors on Angie's list. I called them at 10:30 AM and the door was fixed for $140 dollars by 1PM. Ben spotted the frayed cable in 2 seconds, replaced it, and gave the door a thorough tune up. He adjusted the springs and lubricated the tracks/springs/door joints. He even changed the light bulb in the machine and wiped down the dirty opener switch on the wall. I love Angie's List. Hiring repair technicians is always a crap shoot. However, with Angie's list you can pick the local repair service that has the most positive reviews and greatly increase your odds of a good outcome. I picked Yes Doors because they had over 900 A reviews and it worked out fantastic. That is why I am giving them an A. I highly recommend using Yes Doors for your garage door repairs.

  Terrible experience!!! I wish I didn't contract this company. Their workmanship is good but hire them only if you're ready to deal with terrible customer service. Owner yelled at me so many times. Very rude and unprofessional. I ended up with a crack on my window after the patio cover was installed but owner refused to take responsibility and insisted the window was cracked before they started work. Owner is not being truthful in his response to my above review. He claimed that someone from a window company had inspected my window and called me to discuss. That is so untrue. I did not get any call from anybody. I'm sure I would know if such a person called me. Prior to the commencement of the work, he had showed me how they were planning to install the wood gable on the wall with the window. I believe I would have seen the big crack on my window if it was present on that day. He also claimed that the window cracked from inside and so could not have been caused by the installation but I believe that the trauma on the wall from the install caused my window to crack. He yelled at me when I wanted him to address a construction problem which caused rain water to fall directly on my kitchen door claiming that he had told me that it would happen prior to the construction. However the area he had told me that would leak rain water was on the side of the broken window and not my kitchen door and that information was clearly written on my contract. I had to argue back and forth with him until he sent a tech out to correct the problem. He also yelled at me for running 10 minutes late for the last part of the work (electric work), due to a car issue I had. It was at that moment that I decided I had had enough and dismissed him from completing the electrical part of the work.

  One call and came out the very next day for free estimate, which I was surprized the full charge for complete replacement of garage door, new railings and rollers. springs. I was expecting anywhere from $2500 to $3000, but the bill came to $1149 way below what I was expecting. The tech, Brandon, completed the whole replacement w/in 4 hours. Highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage. Great service and great price, plus lifetime warranty.

  Jamie is the first man respond to my request within 3 minutes, he listened to my description and told me immediately how much he would charge me. I waited another 20 minutes and negotiated with other responses and decided to use him for my garage repair. He showed up next morning on time and finished the job before my wife left home for work. He is very knowledgeable, as a retired aircraft maintenance guy, he has done the job professionally with safety in his mind. I would recommend him to anyone who need a garage door repair.

  The Artistic Masons worker showed up early. Worked fast. He matched the color of the brick mortar perfectly and did a good job. The work he did on the concrete foundation is wonderful. You can't even tell where he worked on it, he blended it into the old concrete. Cleaned up after himself. Nice guy!

  Based on his reviews on Angie's List, and the good feeling I had when I met him, I hired Cirilio Perez to replace the deteriorating mortar joints in my very large flagstone patio (at least 600 square feet). His bid was the best I received, and the quality of the work his crew performed was excellent. It was a very big job, but the crew had all the old mortar removed in only one day. They replaced the mortar with tools and techniques that did not leave a lot of excess mortar to remove, and the final result looks fabulous. Cirilio was on site everyday to check on the project. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with Cirilio, his crew, and the qualit of their work.

  Went very. I purchased a new double steel garage door with Angie's List Deals and everything was fantastic. Door quality is great, installation was flawless, and the technician was on time. Claimed the deal on a Saturday morning, they called within an hour and was able to schedule for Monday morning. Very pleased.
