Two hours with her and I felt like a new man -- my back felt MUCH better after she was through, and I had more range of motion in my body and legs than I can remember having for some time. I cannot recommend her highly enough to my friends and associates.

At the age of 52 and my 10th anniversary of kicking breast cancer, I had resigned myself to just being fluffy and slow from here on out and then I found ilovekickboxing Richardson! After a tough week of soreness the first week, I have consistently gone to class every week I'm in town for over 3 months now. I've lost 15 lbs so far (I'm motivated to eat better too) and 9 inches. The coaches know each of us personally and are fun and demand the best, showing us proper technique EVERY class. I've made friends in my Fit Family and I feel better than I have in years. I crave the workouts. I've tried boot camps and gyms before, but nothing compares to ILKB. So worth the money!

Went awesome! Love working with Josh.
We have been working together for almost a year. I had ACL surgery a month ago and was looking forward to getting back to work with Josh. He is a great motivator.

Success was mine by the end of February. Even with Thanksgiving and Christmas I was able to continue to lose. The staff at Equilibrium was supportive and the diet very reasonable. I lost 32 lbs and to date have kept the weight off. Thank you Equilibrium.

The appointment went off without a hitch. I love this doctor's office. They call you in advance to confirm appointments. They have even called weeks in advance to reschedule an appointment, when the doctor's schedule had changed. I would recommend this office to anyone with endocrine issues.

I am very upset with 24 Hr Fitness. Despite cancelling my membership in July, they continue to charge my account. I called in August to point out their error ( I had an email to prove that I cancelled within the required time period) and spent a great deal of time trying to clear it up. Several days later I received a partial refund which was upsetting since I cancelled within their guidelines. Today when I checked my account, I noticed that I was charged again for this month. Once again I will have to spend a great deal of time trying to get my money back and have to wait several days for the refund. This seems like a scam. I will never use this gym again.

They are excellent and I will highly recommend them to anybody. I have been going there for 3 years. If something goes wrong, like water goes out or hot water water goes out then they are very good about emailing me on that. They are very good at keeping their customers up-to-date pretty regularly. The staff is really good. They are really friendly and they are very service oriented. I had varieties of gym membership over the years and I will rate them as the best.

I am a returning client who lost over 30 lbs in 2010 and have kept every bit of the weight off. I wanted the opportunity to lose additional weight in attempt to build more lean muscle. The protocol works and the diet is easy to stick to. I am a middle aged woman with Thyroid Issues and back in 2010 could not lose an ounce let alone the weight that I shed. My experience has been awesome and I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose 5-155 pounds, this is not just a diet but a life changing approach to food.

I have had a 24 Hour Fitness membership for 3 years now and always use this Richardson facility unless I am out of town (I get my membership through Costco at a very reasonable price). In addition to being conveniently located (I typically jog over from my house), I have found this facility and its staff to be exceptional. While the age of the building and some of the equipment is a little dated, it has 3 machines that I haven't seen anywhere else that are very unique and helpful for strengthening key parts of my body for running:
    1. Multi-hip machine, which isolates the muscles of each hip individually in all 4 directions (extension, flexion, abduction, adduction)
    2. Tibial machine, which isolates and strengthens the anterior tibialis (muscle that runs down the outside of each shin bone)
    3. Butt blaster, which isolates each gleut and associated quad and hamstring
In addition to these machines, I use a dozen other more standard machines to hit every major muscle group and then some. There are enough machines here of similar enough type, that I rarely if ever have to wait and can complete a full circuit (1 set of 20 reps) in only 30 minutes. I typically do my strength workouts just prior to spin class.
For spin class, they have an absolutely awesome instructor there by the name of Angelica Garred. Angelica is an endurance athlete/triathlete and she is the perfect coach! First of all, she has a great personality, always positive, outgoing and fun invoking. Second, she knows how to connect with people of all fitness levels, and get them welcomed, set up, and immersed in the workout at the proper resistance level. Third, she designs each workout to cover virtually every type of workout you can do on a bike (e.g., jogging, running, sprinting, intervals, tempos, hovers, hills, recovery, etc.), frequently taking you up to near maximum heart rate. And finally, she has a tremendous selection of great music (over 70 play lists!) of varying tempos sequenced to match each segment of the workout (e.g., fast tempo songs for sprinting, slow tempo songs for recovery, and mixed tempo songs for intervals). Bottom line: every class is a real enjoyable experience that gets you a solid cardio workout that never drags!

overall good experience working out there - many machines are usually available and have a lot of free weights to chose from. they also offer classes but I have yet to experience any of them. place seems clean (as clean a workout facility can be I suppose) and locker room meets the needs of most.
