  • I was fortunate to receive an appointment only two days after I called. On the day of my appointment it was about 40 minutes from the time I was called in until I was back in my car. The staff was kind and efficient and always told me what was happening. I was called in 5 minutes before my appointment time. One cyst was leaking, and Dr. Achtman pressed on it to be sure it wasn't infected. That was uncomfortable but brief. The excellent prep was done by his surgical assistant, who made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Dr. Achtman was very assured and good-humored. He swiftly opened each area and got the cyst out. The tiniest cyst was the most stubborn, but though he had to tug on it a bit, I felt no pain. Before I left, his assistant held gauze to my head until the oozing stopped. The cysts were left open, so I had scabs to be careful of. He asked that I keep my scalp clean, which was easy to do by washing my hair gently. Healing has gone smoothly and is almost complete. I'd return to Dr. Achtman readily for any future work and have already recommended him to my friend.

  • Diagnosis and treatment by Dr. Bryan Selkin cleared the problems. Dr. Selkin is fast, friendly, great listener and a highly skilled Dermatologist. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful.

  • Dr. Michaelson has been taking care of Dermatology issues for over 10 years for me. He takes no chances on treatment, approaching everything with confidence and agressiveness to ensure problems are fully addressed. I can say with confidence that his treatment has resolved many issues an keeps it all under control. He's friendly and serious at the same time. What a nice doctor. No wonder he makes D Magazine's 'Best in Dallas' regurlarly.

  • She is very compassionate and very professional.  She is very knowledgeable about the dermatological field and does a real good job.  The office staff gets me in on time and sends me out on time.  The billing is electronic.

  • I arrived for my appt 15 minutes early; again waited for a whole hour to be seen by the doc.  The staff are kind and very competent, though they never introduce themselves (?) which I find disconcerting.  When Dr. Warren came in, he was in and out of the exam room in less than 5 minutes (I timed it) and that included the time it took him to write a prescription (which he did not explain) and suggest a UV treatment (which he also did not explain).  The only reason I checked yes in "Would you use this provider/practice again in the future?" is the convenience of the office.

  • I called their office to check if Dr. Warren was the one that would see me. They had some issues in the office to be honest. The PA was the one that would see Dr. Warren's patients in the clinic. One should rather have insurance there as they did not have any free consultation. I have never actually seen Dr. Warren. I have been to them a couple of times with my mother-in-law and so I disagree with that. If they were going to have their PA handle their patients then I would rather go into the doctor's office but Dr. Warren did not even come into the office. I then started researching PA's as I was not even sure as to how that worked. They or may be my insurance, charged me the same deductible to see a PA as he was a specialist. I paid more to see a PA than I would have to see my regular doctor. Dr. Warren may be a major doctor that I don't know. I would do the grading with the way that they did that. The office staff was sort of seeing a beast just walking a little bit but they were ok. Dr. Warren was not available at all. I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic if they wanted to see an actual physician. I had to cancel my first appointment with them as I was running very late. They messed up the billing and administration. Dr. Warren may be a fine doctor but I would not know as it is really hard for me to tell based on my experience.

  • I used Dr. Chapman for Dermatitis Herpetiformis for several years. She kept up with the journals and finally found a new treatment (gluten free diet) to control it. My son has also been to her for acne treatment and has been satisfied.

  • Although Dr. Warren was in the room a short while, he treated me as well as set me on a good regime to prevent more AK's and future wrinkles. I definitely will continue to see him. His staff is wonderful and caring and he is very knowledgeable of the field he has chosen.
