    If only there were a lower than "F" option....... They apparently, don't need your business. After taking our Oculus unit in to assess, they told us the would let us know by next day. Long story short, today starts week 3, and not only have we always had to be the ones to contact (or try to) them, they say that they "just can't get to it because of a backlog." They couldn't tell us that BEFORE we left it with them??? We don't exactly live close to them. They were chosen because of good reviews. No idea how they earned those, with our experience. Now, we have no fix, AND we've wasted at least 3 hours. We will be billing them OUR hourly wage for 3 hours!

    I needed to have a virus removed from my computer and install a virus protector. The were able to help right away, I waited and spoke with the technician while he fixed everything. I was out in about an hour and overall had such a great experience I will be recommending all my friends & family.

    My computer was extremely slow to boot/load files.  Not all applcations worked properly.  Mr. Duncan made every effort to restore the existing system but finally decided that it would need to be reinstalled.  Because the computer was running so poorly this all took much longer than either he or I would have hoped.  He was here a little over four hours. I watched the process and he did everything possible to make it efficient.  What I particularly liked was that he ensured that all my files were saved and he also saved as many setting as possible to be used when application software also had to be reinstalled.   The computer now is acceptably fast and a number of the applications work better.

    Jeremy picked up computer on Friday and brought back Monday AM. He set it up and there was no connection to internet. He called Frontier and was put on hold and transferred from department to department 5 or 6 times.This went on for almost 3 hours. He explained many, many times in technical terms exactly what was wrong. He was very patient and saved me a lot of stress frustration, and tears. He didn't charge me for the extra time. I will always call him for my computer needs. I appreciate so much how he handled Frontier.

    Jeremy was outstanding.  Took his time and did all of the drops in a very professional manner.  This was not an easy job since the house is 40 years old, yet he made sure that every connection was working properly and spent a lot of time in the attic organizing cables and running them professionally into the rooms with minimal intrusion.  I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home network.

    The guys showed up when they said they would, and completed the job when they promised.  We had a couple of connections that appeared not to work when we were connecting things, but they were just mislabeled, and the Iqueue Media support was first-rate.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone for this sort of work.

    Brian had some personal time restraints that could have affected his services for me, but he did all the work in just a few days for a price a lot lower than a lot of other computer repair specialists. He upgraded my hard drive and OS.  My computers both work great, and I absolutely recommend him and his repair  service wholeheartedly!

    He basically he did what he said he would do.  As I recall, and I apologize that I don't remember exactly, he remotely connected to the desktop and executed a basic software application that cleans up (removes cookies, spyware, etc.) your harddrive.Not sure what I was expecting, but I guess we got what we paid for.  It was on my wife's desktop which was performing a little buggy and she was satisfied afterward. Should the provider like to add comments here or reach out to me and remind me of doing more, I'm open to that.
    (I don't recall the cost.  It seems like it was ~ $50.  Also, the date entered is not very accurate because I forgot that too. I'm providing this review much after the fact.)

    My PC no longer recognized my external hard drive.  I called to schedule an appointment for someone to come by and check it out for me and they were able to put me on the schedule for the same day.  James called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.  When he arrived, I explained the problem I was having with my external hard drive.  Within minutes he advised me that my hard drive had crashed.  He said he had software at home that he could try to run and see if he could recover my data, so he took the hard drive with him.  Later that evening he called to inform me that his software could not read the disk.  The only option I had was to send it off for data recovery.  He came back to my home around 8:00pm to bring my hard drive back to me and gave me a few suggestions on where I could take it for recovery.  James was very professional and explained everything in detail, which I appreciated because I have very basic computer knowledge.  I never felt like he was talking down to me, like some computers techs do.  He was very helpful and sympathetic to my issue.  Once I get the issue of my hard drive resolved, I will definitely set-up another appointment for James to come back out and go through my computer for viruses, and clean-up.

    James Duncan arrived at my home and started to work immediately after I explained the issue I was having with my pc. He found the virus and removed it and tuned up my computer.  This is the second time I have had James remove viruses from my system and found both times he was very professional.
